Lately, it's become a pattern: any player caught abusing the platform accuses us of scamming or cheating instead of accepting the outcome.
For context, we're 4 months into the market. Unlike most competitors, our platform is not a whitelabel
it's built in-house, which means we're also the ones finding and fixing exploits as they appear, some of which have already cost us hundreds of thousands of dollars.
That won't stop us from operating fairly, and it also won't stop us from acting when abuse is identified.
On this specific case: this account was identified running duplicate accounts , placing a bet on one account and the inverse bet on a linked alt account, which is arbitrage gambling, a guaranteed-profit setup regardless of the actual game outcome, and against our T&Cs the same as at any regulated operator.
That alt account is also where the funds were already withdrawn to
so the claim that this is a "first and only withdrawal, still pending" leaves out that the paired account had already cashed out.
This is the same pattern we see every time someone gets caught: "new casino," "scared of bad reviews," "maybe if I threaten them publicly they'll pay to avoid the noise."
The answer is the same every time : NO.We're not going to be pressured by players abusing the system into paying out despite it.

You did not identify any duplicate accounts as I only have one account.
As you claim to not be a white label, it should be very easy for you to provide the information of the other account as well as proof of its existence right? I'd like to see the name of this account, the bets made on this account, the wallet used to deposit funds onto this account, as well as the deposit and withdrawal transaction IDs used to transfer money in and out of the account.
Also, I did not arbitrage bet. That is another outright lie. But lets explore your stupidity anyway.
You claim I used a paired account to arbitrage bet, and you have paid out this other account. Lets do a simple thought exercise.
We'll call my actual account,
Account A. We'll call your fictitious account that apparently 'cashed out',
Account B.

Account A WON 6 bets and only LOST 1. If you look at the timestamps, the last 5 bets were all WINS.
You claim I was arbitrage betting. This means every time
Account A WON a bet,
Account B would have LOST a bet (and vice versa.) That is the fundamental principle of arbitrage betting.
This means your fictitious
Account B would have LOST 6 bets, WON only 1 bet, with it's last 5 bets all LOSING.
So let me ask you a question; how the fuck do you 'cash out' $11,000 from an account that has
LOST all but one of it's bets, including it's
last 5 bets in a row? Did $11,000 just magically appear in
Account B which enabled it to be 'cashed out' as you claim? Please explain how it is at all possible.
Furthermore,
Account A has a balance of $11,000 despite only depositing $4000. These are facts you are not disputing. This means
Account A has won $7000 from betting. You are also claiming you cashed out my money ($11,000) to
Account B.
So what you want everyone to believe is this: whilst arbitrage betting, wherein one side of the bet HAS to win, and the other side of the bet HAS to lose, I somehow found a way to be up $7000 on
Account A, AND ALSO found a way to be up $11,000 on
Account B at the SAME TIME. WHILST ARBITRAGE BETTING? This is really what you want to publicly claim?
So let me reiterate; I am categorically denying using more than one account and I am categorically denying having participated in arbitrage betting.
Once again I will ask you to show proof of this imaginary second accounts existence by providing:
1) The name and email address of this alleged account
2) The exact bet slips made on that account
3) The crypto wallet address used to deposit and withdraw funds from it
4) The on-chain TXIDs for those deposits and withdrawals
This is an extremely reasonable request and would be trivial for you to provide if said account does exist. So if you don't provide this information, I think it will become even clearer to everyone who is telling the truth, and who is lying.
