Thank you for the second batch of gifts received!!!

Yesterday appeared 2 times:

Status: 0/unconfirmed, broadcast through 12 node(s)
Date: 2014/4/16 03:39
Debit: 0.00 COMM
Net amount: -250585.92 COMM
Transaction ID: 972c8f407c5717a1a4b012380b243862db33abbae4c2cbd6416073b412937038

Generated coins must mature 50 blocks before they can be spent. When you generated this block, it was broadcast to the network to be added to the block chain. If it fails to get into the chain, its state will change to "not accepted" and it won't be spendable. This may occasionally happen if another node generates a block within a few seconds of yours.

Can someone start an IRC channel?

Betting on esports with crypto's and steam items has never been easier.

I just sent the update on github. I did tests but anyone is invited to check it, test it and improve if it is required.

It is important now to have as many nodes (specially exchanges) updated so it will do its job.

Someone need to compile again the wallets for windows, linux and osx.

The only change was made in the src/main.cpp

This coin is broken. I sent 10K yesterday and lost almost 500,000.

http://www.coinexplorers.com/tx/8951c9615008e733a95b38aae61741241622f2c38ed1431abeca4d8b5e531060

That happened to me but they are still in my wallet. I think it just sent them to a newly generated address in the .dat file.

So my wallet backup is useless now? Awesome...

Good question, I did not think of it. Back up the wallet now and there should be no problem.

@Andrino please provide a code than bans that address. Once you provide the pull request, I'll merge and can release a new version.

It is there already... As I could see it is merged already. Can you please confirm? Only src/main.cpp changed by me.

Thanks

How come people are saying they got their second million? It was already decided that people would get it? I would have prefered 1000 people to get 1M. Does it mean I'm getting a second million? Or is that over and I'm passed over?

MultiPool Quick Stats

We are already buying COMM with some payouts received.
There are 80 addresses created, not all of them are mining (I think probably many just tried it to see how it works).

I'm considering sending the COMM payouts once a week while it is not automated. Before automating it I will prepare some stats, this will improve the transparency of the process.

I checked all the address on wafflepool and compiled the following table just to let everyone know how is the mining going up to now:

earned (not yet sent)0,04737971
expected (earned + unconverted)0,06924252
sent to you0,19810065
unconverted (approximate)0,02186281
Total Resultado0,33658569

Wafflepool is a very easy choice since they do not require an account to be created neither the payouts configured BUT they do charge 2% from every miner. I would recommend anyone willing to improve the profits to check http://WeMineALL.com and other similar options.

WeMineAll is from the same creators of WeMineLTC, they work with 0% fee and only ask anyone to configure a donation percentage (although it is not required).

As everything in life it also has its pros and cons, anyone willing to use these other options will need to create accounts and setup the miners accordingly (do not forget to setup auto-payout to be sent to the BTC address you got from our multipool).

Once again, thanks for everyone who donate COMM to me for the multipool, it was really nice to see all the transfers popping up all day long.

I reviewed your change and I see one problem: you block all transactions with this address. If I sync from now, it is ok, but if I sync from scratch, then it will have problem. Because the address is valid before, and the transactions should be allowed. Only transactions after yesterday's announcement should be rejected.

Can you test with a sync from scratch?

At least strongly recommended, because that will help block any transactions sending coins from the lost address. It is no big deal since the wallet (and the privkey) are lost, but it is something we had to do to stop scam accusations.

I can't do it today but if nobody test it until tomorrow I will do it. For now it is better to block too much then not block at all :-)

This is not the point. If you block valid transactions, then the wallet will either crash, or will never sync. So the fix will be unusable.

And this is dev's distribution wallet, many valid transactions since he distributed a lot coins before this wallet become lost.
