I’m curious to see how Maresca will set Manchester City up and whether Haaland will manage to remain the devastating striker he proved himself to be under Guardiola game style. He certainly needs to implement a style of play that encourages plenty of crosses for the Norwegian. In my view, Cherki will play a key role in Maresca’s system, just as Palmer did when he was at Chelsea.

Haaland remains the striker he is, whether Pep is in charge of the team or Maresca because Haaland has already built himself to that level. He will continue to score more goals but it might not be as consistent as before because you cannot be in your best form all the time. Recently, before the end of the league, he hardly score goals like before which is what I'm talking about. However, if he's in his best form, banging the net is a norm for him.

Haaland is now 25 and you bring up that he can't perform on the same level all the time. If usually a player reaches his peak, what do you think how old those players on average are? I think 25 and a few years after that is the time when players mostly peak and Haaland still has potential to improve.

I am not talking about his age because he is still very young to keep up with his pace but what I mean that he cannot be on his peak performance always is because he can be injured and that can affect his performance when he's back. There are other factors that can make a player decline in performance in a particular period of time which you know that. Look at Neymar, injury has made him decline in performance a lot.

Carrick kinda knows their game play since he was coaching them as a caretaker in 2021, but we also need to know Carrick is seriously driven by passion as a former player who played his professional football and made a good name for himself in the Manchester United from the year of 2006 until when he retired from professional football in 2018. He is coaching the team with the passion to make the club great again starting from January this year, 17 games played so far with 12 of those games won, 3 draw and 2 lost. This is an overall good performance so far and from next season, we will be able to understand more about his performance, whether he will be the Manchester United’s favorite after Sir Alex Ferguson.

More importantly, Carrick isn't bringing his own style to make the team somehow fit into his system, unlike all the managers that came before him. Amorim was the worst of this, he had a system, a tactic in his mind, and he forced everyone to fit that system which failed miserably as we all know. Carrick on the other hand, just feels a bit more dynamic about it, he can change anything as long as players can do it.

The confidence of Manchester United States winning the Premier League is too much, at the end of previous season they showed positive signs, won difficult matches and finished in a Champions League position, in all I don't see them as favourites for the title next season, same with winning the Champions League, whether they buy new players, Manchester United can only finish in a good position.

As for Dembele, this season he is not at all the same as last season, I wouldn’t make any big statements if I were him. It's too early to talk about next season as this one isn't over yet and the main event is ahead - the World Cup, but I wouldn't consider PSG as the main favourite next year, they'll probably be third after Real Madrid and Bayern. And that's mainly because they can pull off tricks with rescheduling Ligue 1 games.

Dembélé is actually very good but I don't think he will be going to real Madrid because of the way he has been a great tool for psg they won't be letting him go any time so so I believe that they will do everything to keep him and for them thinking they will win the champions league next season I don't think that will be happening any time soon again because a lot of of adjustments have been made already in real Madrid and because they have won it twice now they think they have arrived and they can do what ever they want in the champions league and it does not work that way.

PSG will definitely come back next season stronger, and if that should happen, they will also be watched closely as one of the teams to win the Champions League trophy. I personally was not expecting them to win the trophy this season, but they did. Which I know they will try their best to win it again next season. Luis Enrique is already planning for next season, I can sense some changes that will improve the team further, as there are rumours of them selling some players. I also know they will buy more players to make them stand out from the others.

No matter who they sell they shouldn't touch their first squad players else the team performance will reduce. If Vitinha or Joao Neves leaves it will affect their game.

We all know that it will be a bit difficult for PSG to sell players from the first squad, because they know what they are doing, and they will not want to weaken their own performance themselves. Furthermore, I know next season will not be that simple for PSG to win the trophy, because even Atletico Madrid are trying to buy some players from PSG, likewise Real Madrid and others, but that will not guarantee a drop in PSG’s performance.

The Champions League is not always easy to win, but PSG are still one of the favourites for the trophy, and no one can deny that. From all indications next season will be more competitive than this season.

I don't think Jaycoinz understand what is football is all about. It is not all the football teams can pursue all the competition titles at once. If a team wants to pursue the two League Titles, they have to check the strength of the players because to pursue the two title needs much strength from the players and they will need outstanding players to do that. It must be acknowledged that the Champions League is truly on a different level, the level of difficulty is far higher. Sincerely i didn’t see anything too spectacular in the PSG team during the just concluded final between them and Arsenal, starting from their goalkeeper who lacked confidence, the goal keeper was tensed each time Arsenal strikers took the ball at him, even the PSG strikers and wingers weren’t exceptional that day because i saw a lot of chances they missed, they wouldn’t have even equalized if not for that penalty, the only part of PSG i could commend were the midfielders who outplayed Arsenal, so i see no reason why Dembele should be so confident of winning the next champions league finals, it’s just that Arsenal doesn’t have that winning mentality yet else they would have won PSG, why did Arsenal suddenly decide to go back and defend thereby easing there attack? That was even what gave PSG an edge over them, Arsenal didn’t learn the strategy that Chelsea used against PSG during the club World Cup were they attacked and pressured PSG till 90minutes making it completely impossible for PSG to equalize, the best form of defense is attack and that is one mentality that Arsenal lacked against PSG and that brought about Arsenal downfall. The teams you mentioned have the potential to compete for trophies next season. Madrid, in particular will be a strong contender next season with Mourinho possessing a strong strategy in European competitions especially the Champions League. If Bayern Munich releases a player like Olise during the transfer window, I doubt they'll be able to advance further in the Champions League next season, as Olise is a key player in their attack alongside Kane.

As for Arsenal, I still doubt they'll be able to win the Champions League next season as they've already missed their chance this season. It's rare for a team like Arsenal to reach the final two seasons in a row. As long as Enrique remains at PSG, they'll remain the favorites. But I doubt they can win three consecutive Champions League titles, as Madrid will certainly do everything they can to thwart PSG quest to equal their record.

I’m not convinced Mourinho will be able to steady the ship at Real Madrid right away, so I wouldn’t label them as Champions League contenders just yet. In my opinion, Bayern Munich and Barcelona are fully capable of challenging for the title next season. I think if PSG hadn't stopped Bayern in the semi-finals, Bayern could have easily gone all the way this season. As for Arsenal, it’s hard to say whether they can replicate this run and reach the final again—losing a final like that can be mentally devastating for the players.

I don’t think any team that is financially fit will just sit back and watch other teams getting stronger and not do anything. The summer will definitely be beneficial to almost all the teams, and we will see some changes in the coming season. All we can do now is wait and watch the World Cup, and then wait to see what will happen before the end of the summer.
