We know that arteta has done his best but at this point I expect him to make use of resources for them because the money to bring in players is it a problem because the ones we already have are not functioning exactly the way we want because even before we won the premier League we performed better, I saw how most of our players were active , and indeed and the champions league has become difficult for us to win,  and the structure at which the players are operating on is not given me what I want to see and am appreciating the effort of arteta is needs to come up with something better.

PSG players are doing quite great too, and that was expected. These are the players at the highest level and they are going to play great no matter where they play of course. However, only downside would be if they are playing for a small nation that has bad players in other positions. But stuff like England and France are already great so that would not be an issue at all.

I do agree that we should be looking other national teams as well because premier league allows players from national teams, hence that means there would be even more additions to teams because that would mean that we are going to end up with more transfers to premier league from there, it will definitely help them improve a lot to get national team level players after a world cup.
