Manchester United ended last season well, so on a normal state we will expect their performance on champions league to be part of the best, but we should also not ignore the fact that lads season they just played few matches and that could be a reason for their good performance, this upcoming season they will play more and their fans can only hope that fatigue will not make them decline in performance.

And it's going to be nice having Manchester United back to the champions league and since they are coming back what are they going to do, we just hope that they will do something different this time around even if I know that they will not be able to win the champions League they are just resuming and we should not even expect anything from them because we know the kind of pressure that is currently in the premier League because even as good as arsenal was last season even with our unbeaten record we still did not win the champions League.

So Manchester United still have a long way to go and next season I want it to be in the headlines that we won the champions league and that's going to be crazy because, we don't even don't know why people don't like arsenal but we are going to keep doing what we know how to do best, and does that are mocking us will be the ones to celebrate us is just a matter of time because it is just very annoying when almost everyone is against arsenal.

For me I see no reason to downplay them because they didn't end the season without achieving anything, they won the premier league title which was very difficult competing with teams like City and other teams that were Also aiming to win the trophy as well. I'm not even sure Arsenal will return to the top of the table next season if their squad strength remains the same as last season and their style of play is more defensive than offensive. For now, I won't compare Arsenal to Manchester City because Arsenal just won the Premier League title last season. But with Arsenal's style of play last season, if it doesn't change immediately next season, Arsenal will likely be just a side in the top four, not a title contender.

Arsenal's performance at the champions league last season was not weak, they dominated the league's number one position, until the finals. Gameplay changes, nobody thought of this for Arsenal in the previous season that lead to the just finished champaign, the momentum and strength Arteta's boys gave out last season could depreciate or increase depending on the strength of the opposing teams.

If more teams come up with a strategy that deeply wounds the current or supposed tactical play of Arteta in the next season, he'd have no place there in the champions league top position, but if he outsmarts them then he'd get there more faster than usual.

Aa far as different fans support different clubs there must definitely be rivalry and banter when two rivals meet, in my neighborhood the rivalry used to be between Chelsea and Manchester United fans but surprisingly both Chelsea, Manchester United and fans of other clubs, where against Arsenal last season.

Well rivalry aside Arsenal did extremely well last season, at some point i was jealous of their Champions League record, it's not easy to play unbeaten till the finals and also go far in all competitions they played in.

Because back in the day, Chelsea and United both fought for winning the title between each other, a few years ago same happened with Liverpool and City fans as well because both were fighting for a title. These days everyone plays against Arsenal, because they are the only team left that could win it and at the top now.

So basically rivals do change based on who is doing great, yeah you could still see Chelsea and Arsenal not liking each other due to being same location, but Arsenal now gets hate from everywhere, and times do matter.

You are too quick to drop conclusion for Micahek Carrick Manchester united team in the Champions league. Michael Carrick don't have the experience to manage players as this is the first managerial job. I will give him benefit of a doubt. After the end of the coming season I will rate him.

No one can predict a team perfectly. Arsenal won the Premier League trophy in the upcoming tournament, that means they will start the next season as the best team. I was very optimistic about Arsenal's upcoming performance, they might even win the UCL trophy but they can't. Man City did not perform very well at the beginning of the season, but they showed some competition at the end, but they could not maintain their consistency.

They don't need to start with winning titles, an overall good performance through out the entirety of the league will show that they are still in a place and with their performance in the immediate past they could really use the good publicity, as long as they don't get kicked out too early then they are good to go, if they can win titles then it will be a cream ontop for them and frankly you can't ask them to not want that for themselves.

Yes, Carrick has now been officially appointed as the head coach of Manchester United, so he does have even more freedom in many areas, such as signing new players and perhaps selling players. But after seeing Manchester United’s strong performance under Carrick, I don’t think the team needs many new players right now. With the current roster alone, I believe Manchester United will continue to perform even better in the upcoming season.

Furthermore, if, for example, Manchester United were to sign too many new players this season, it’s clear that the results could suffer. This is because the new players would then have to adapt all over again, which would ultimately complicate things for everyone. That’s why I hope Manchester United will only sign a few players this time around—that should be enough to make them a great team in the upcoming season. As for the trophy, I think Carrick really should win it with Manchester United. As I recall they played in the champions league absent two seasons and now they are back in the champions league board of course with Carrick, interestingly the new coach happened not only to Manchester United but to other teams like Manchester City, and you are right that with a new coach there is no guarantee of achieving achievements such as becoming champions, instead of us being pessimistic about it at least now they have hope that can be struggled with what they have, but still note that optimism needs to be formed from the beginning of their steps.

Arsenal are better than Manchester City in every aspect. They wouldn't have won the Premier League if they weren't better than city. Even next season, Arsenal have to be considered favorites over City for the premier league title. Firstly, Arsenal's squad is strong. And they won't change much. ArtIt has been with the city for a long time. On the other hand, manchester city's chief manager Guardiola has left the city. Whether City can do well with Maresca is  yet to be seen. Also considering the depth of these two current squads, Arsenal will be ahead.

First impression matters, I'm sure with the performance of Michael Carrick and his team in the just concluded season I'm optimistic that more of that performance will be felt next season.
One thing we should not easily forget about football is that even as our expectations are high, things can also change although Michael Carrick will not allow that because he has gained the trust of the management because of how he was able to turn events around in the few months he stayed before the end of last season, Carrick fit into the English premier league football and he's likely going to do better coaching there.

That is true but we can not actually tell for sure if they will do well or not and I will advise Michael Carrick to sign more players and also a good strikers because Sesko is not enough and he also need players that can replace other players Incase if any injury. Martinez always go injury so he needs someone that can replace him perfectly. I can not remember when last Manchester united played champions league and I hope they make use of this opportunity.
