Madrid could find it an unbearable decision to replace him outrightly, Mbappe too wouldn't prove ungovernable under Mourinho, he understand how strict the Manager is to players who do not obey his instruction, Madrid brought in Mourinho to fix the ego issues sprouting out of the team.
In this modern era, I'm confident Mourinho won't be as strict as we imagine. He understands the players' personalities very well and will still strive to unite them to create a strong squad. Therefore, Mou will be a good coach for Madrid without being overly disciplined, and all the players will ultimately respect him and develop a good relationship.
Joseph Mourinho is a disciplinarian, I don't see him changing from being that way. However, knowing that he is coaching Real Madrid, he will not be too strict else the players can connive and send him packing. I would want to see what new thing Mourinho is bring to Madrid especially in the aspect of challenging FC Barcelona who are their rival every other year. I still trust Mourinho to be a very wonderful choice by Real Madrid because the club desperately need a coach that can handle their poor psychology.

I think the coach needs to establish discipline in line with the management. The players must accept his discipline. Otherwise, it won't be good for the players. Because if the management stands behind the coach, the players are obliged to play well. Last year they played very poorly, and many players received harsh criticism. This year is the time to correct that. I hope they can do it.

What's Mbappe at the moment no manger in the world can manage him instead they can give him trust or give them the priority role if Mourinho give them that's role I think it will be good for Madrid and Mourinho. The last time Moruinho manage Real madrid they didn't manage to win any UCL but they won laliga and Copa Del Rey. So I just thinking madrid don't think about UCL at the moment they goes trophyless 2 season in Row so they just want one trophy and I think mourhino is the master to give them atleast one trophy and madrid will be happy for that's and I think next Laliga will be very challenging for barcelona because of mourhino but let's see what's mourhino can do next season
If you are of the opinion that no manager can manage Mbappe, then you should also consider that every manager too can do without Mbappe, so if he decides to be ungovernable, they will be left with no option but to let go of him and have him replaced. Football is not an individual game, it is a team game and so anyone who decides to become bigger than a team will be allowed to go, because at a point, a team can actually do without a player, they will only need some time.
That is exactly what happened. PSG failed with Mbappe, for years they tried and did not get a single UCL title, and in fact, so much so that he was the best player in the world according to some, he became a superstar there, and yet they won absolutely nothing at UCL.

Then he left, and they won 2 years in a row for 2 years he was not there, so far it has been just 2 seasons since Mbappe left PSG and in both years they won the league and the UCL. And even if you look at Madrid, since he joined, they won nothing. Mbappe is great on paper, scores a lot, has great stat sheet, but teams he is on, fails to win anything, that MUST be something to look at.

Mourinho knows how to manage the players at Real Madrid, even with their ego, he can still bring them together to play as a team and achieve a better result. I am sure it will work for them. All we can say is, let’s see the tactics and strategy that he will bring in order to evaluate Real Madrid's performance to the top of the domestic league and, if possible, also help them get another Champions League trophy.

And as you said already Mounrinho is an experience player, any player who refuse to obey he won't give him any chance, rather than removing him from the game. I don't think that will be bad and he need to protect his reputaion.

Mourinho is a manager who has already had success at Real Madrid in the past. He knows how the team works and has worked with star players before. He even managed Cristiano Ronaldo. That's why Mbappé and the other players didn't show him respect. He should use that respect to establish discipline and balance within the team. In that case, Real Madrid can win both the Champions League and the Spanish league.

We all know how Messi suffered in PSG, in all the clubs he has went, they make sure he played as a maker and a dependency, that's what many teams did for him but when he went to PSG, Mbape was still trying to steal hold the show by staying relevant and greedy nature, he wasn't making passes for Messi and I still hate him for so many things he did in PSG. Along the line, karma caught up with him and the club didn't used him anymore as he wanted.

He has went back to Real Madrid that would make it easy for him but it's not easy to see again. He played two season without reaching even the final. Mourinho that everyone think might do it isn't a magician, he will only tell the team and direct them on what to do but I'm not sure if he is going to be able to make that team that has refused to coperate with each other.

Mourinho cannot be strict with Real Madrid's star players, and if he tries to be, he might worsen the team's cohesion instead of improving it. He may have to implement a different strategy. When making player selections, he should prioritize good communication with the stars who will be benched and explain his reasons to them.

Perhaps he should be even stricter—I don't know which option is right—but the important thing is for Real Madrid to end the ego battles and focus solely on playing good football.

Mourinho will not reduce his standards for anything and for real Madrid I think they still have a very long way to go because Mourinho is going to make sure that he puts every player in there place because he will not allow anyone disrespect him so it's a light at the end of the tunnel for real Madrid because there is no way that Mourinho will allow failure in that club this time around because they did not Play well last season so we expect something different next season.

Because that the only way that things can be  difference Mourinho is a master planner and am very sure that his the perfect man for the job because what the club needs now is discipline because the players are okay just that they need to do better that is the only thing I feel they need.

That's a tough task for Mourinho and his Real Madrid players to consider next season. Everyone knows that Real Madrid's mistakes lie in several areas, so Mourinho will have to be able to fix them very well next season. I'm also quite confident that Mourinho has the ability and experience to turn a slumping team around and revive it next season. I'm also eager to see how Real Madrid performs under Mourinho next season, as it will certainly produce a very unique strategy in La Liga and the Champions League next season.

Mourinho would bring-in an aligning team rhythm for the scattered minds, who won't revolt to his instruction, those boys are not of his level career wise, and would by all means accord him a high level of respect. Madrid would look better if the players abide by Mourinho's decisions in the pitch.
Mou arrives home with a clear mission: to be champions, to make the required changes, to no longer allow childish games and egos. Whoever has to leave, let them go. No player is above the club, not Vini, not Mbappe, none of them. So it may sound harsh, but if he has to get rid of them, then he should do it. Whoever is at the club is there because they feel that commitment to it. The most important thing for a player is up front: his club, his badge, not the number or the name on the back.

Arsenal reached the UEFA Champions League final last season but we saw that Real Madrid could not compete properly even in their domestic league. However, this team is now very hungry to win titles, for which they are selectively acquiring players and have already hired one of their best managers, Jose Mourinho. Also, all the players that Madrid has purchased are in great form in this 2026 FIFA World Cup, as we can see, Madrid's Kylian Mbappe has already become the second top scorer in this World Cup, so it is to be hoped that perhaps he will play a special role in winning a trophy for Real Madrid in the upcoming season.
Arsenal reached the champions league final and almost win if it wasn't for a few faults from them and they are doing their best to get that corrected in preparation for next season. But I don't think that they can win the trophy next season even though they put theirself In order because real Madrid and other clubs are going to work twice as hard compared to previous seasons and this is because they have been at the bottom for a long time, this coming season would be highly competitive.

Jose Mourinho came to the team precisely for this reason. Perhaps he returned to Real Madrid to resolve the issues between the players and help them understand each other better. If factionalism and fighting resurface among the players at Real Madrid, Mourinho will also fail. The only thing a new Real Madrid manager needs to do is ensure harmony among the players. After that, this high-quality squad will handle everything on its own.
Vini could leave Madrid after playing this season under Mourinho, he would have done so before now, but respected the fact that Mourinho is inbound, and decided to wait and watch whether he'd reach to a better resolution regarding his quest of matching Mbappe's Wages at the club.

That's true Arsenal is not even in the discussion for the team that will win champions League next season, they tried last season by reaching the final, if they want to perform well again z they need to buy more quality players in their team, they lacks quality Players, Real Madrid is my favorite to win the champions League next season, they have the best coach in the world with good quality players, Jose Mourinho is a coach be to be feared, he knows the champions League games.

Arsenal will not near even the finals, they will perform well in the premier League and league cups, but in the champions League stage, they are not favorite to win, Bayern munich is another team to watch in the champions League next season, they are favorite to win too.

Corporation among the players can sometimes be very challenging and for players like Mbappe who has got so much ego and does looks like one who does not want to stay under the control of any, it may turn out challenging too, but everyone is trusting him, if he does his best and Mbappe still continues in his ways,  it will be clear to the world that he is the problem who has refused to change,  so let us allow this last shot at this new season.

Champions of Europe on his first year back is going to be very difficult. PSG had made it clear that they want 3 in a row. And we do know for a fact that Arsenal wants that trophy more than anything so they will go at it again next season. Arsenal aren't the only team that wants to win it too. Besides it would take a while before Mourinho can instill his tactics and discipline on this set of real Madrid players that have little to no moral for coaches.  There's a strong chance that we might see plenty of drama because Mourinho is also stubborn.

Yes real Madrid made a good decision, but at this point he is now old and I honestly do not expect the same quality as he was when he was younger.
I prefer everybody to just wait and see how his performance is going to be. Just hyping the whole concepts about Mourinho coming to real Madrid feel so sentimental.
Although I do expect the fact that people speak this way based on his past results with other clubs but Mourinho is now old and personally do not expect much for him even as I want him to win trophies for real Madrid

I think I agree with your point on this because Arsenal has some issues with attack and the teams that didn't perform well last season are waiting to make up for their losses. My instincts tells me that real Madrid Will be a tough opponent next season and they will make an attempt to win the trophy. And like you said Bayern is another team to look out for , even though they might have their own lapses it is also going to be possible for them to win, the competition is going to be a tight on next season and arsenal might not keep up

Yes, Mourinho is indeed a great coach, but I personally don't know for sure what Mourinho is planning at Real Madrid right now. Because basically, as we know, Real Madrid's problem isn't about the players' poor skills, but rather the players are very stubborn and all want to get sorted. So, because of that, I don't think Mourinho's task will be easy at this time. Because basically, if Mourinho fails to get the players at Real Madrid to work well together, I don't think Real Madrid's performance will be able to develop optimally next season.

So, because of that, I think Mourinho must be able to implement good discipline but must still be able to make the players at Real Madrid comfortable. Because if, for example, Real Madrid wants to have a target to chase the La Liga title and also the Champions League again, it is clear that they must be able to keep their players very disciplined. Because, fundamentally, it clearly requires a good combination of good cooperation between the players. So, we'll just have to see how it turns out next season.
