I believe that in one way or another the choices of a club at a corporate level should never affect the decisions on the pitch and the morale of the players, because it is one thing to make managerial choices and another to be a player who represents the team.

No, I actually think the opposite. We know both teams have high scoring rates, but in the UCL, every team will be very cautious. So, both PSG and Man City will also try to avoid taking big risks that could lead to conceding more goals.

Last season, their meeting ended with a total of 6 goals. This season, I'm confident that the match will end with 4 goals or even fewer.

In our previous discussion, I was talking about the number of goals both teams scored in their domestic leagues. This is also what PSG did last season that they also won the Champions league, they were not that consistent in their league loosing and drawing some matches, but when it comes to champions league they play as if they were playing finals. Champions league also have a spirit of its own that a team needs to possess before winning the trophy, let's take Real Madrid as an example , they might be loosing and playing inconsistently in the Laliga, but when the comes to play in the Champions league they have the spirit and knows how to play in it.

Their second match is actually a favorite because they face Galatasaray but for match 3 of course this is not easy because there is PSG who are the defending champions who will tackle them.

Manchester City and Barcelona really have been outstanding in their domestic leagues. Atletico Madrid vs Manchester United is 50/50. Any team can win that game.

The problem Manchester United have going into that game is the home advantage for Atletico Madrid. ATM are stronger when they are at home. In the Champions League, they reached the semi-final last season. Manchester United, with their bad performance every week, will lose to ATM tomorrow.

IMO, Barcelona looks overrated when it comes to the UCL. They're so strong at domestic by scoring a lot and conceded fewer, but they always so crap when competing in the UCL. The last time Barcelona won UCL was in 2015, and they never able to do that again since then.

Manchester united is not a weak squad. It is true that the team is struggling to secure points in the premier league , but even so, they are very strong. They also have the capacity to launch frequent and rapid attacks. Considering the home  advantage, Atlético is being regarded as the favorites. Anyway , United has every capability to walk away with points. In their first CL match, MU secured a convincing 4-0 victory.

The most exciting matches of round 2 will be Roma vs. Madrid and City vs. PSG. On the champions league platform, Madrid will remain the favorites against Roma. But, Roma is in fantastic form in serie A. It would not be surprising if madrid fails to secure points in that match. On the other hand , it is difficult to pick a favorite in the psg vs. city match. In the 2025 Cchampions league, Paris SG defeated City 4-2. But the upcoming match will be held at the Etihad. City will surely do everything possible to avenge that previous defeat.

I think it makes sense since they just signed the best CDM in the world and this is the position that had been their Achiless heel since Busquets had got too old - and that's many many years.

But they did really well in their last league game against Le Mans, they almost draw the game. The second week of the Champions League starts tomorrow and the most interesting and exciting match of the second week is going to be the Manchester City vs PSG match. This is going to be a match that is very difficult to predict and it is very risky to put this match in the betting list.

Yes, looking at PSG performances in their domestic league, it seems that they are not in their best form. But one thing I hardly underestimate is PSG against any team when it comes to the Champions League. They play with a different mentality. Even last season, they were not good in their domestic league, but they played differently in the Champions League, especially when they met big teams.So, based on that, I would prefer to leave the match alone and not make any predictions about it because I believe that anything can happen in that match, despite Manchester City seeming stronger than PSG based on the season’s statistics, particularly their domestic league records.If either team ends up winning the match, I will not be surprised because, despite their performances in their domestic league, PSG have never convinced me enough that they are not in great form, especially considering how they played their first match in the Champions League and won it easily.

The first match they played in the champions league is a reason not to judge PSG with the league form. They won with a big goal difference, they haven't scored that number of goals in a single match this season in the league which mean they have a different approach regarding the two competitions. It's not news to us anymore of PSG having placed more importance in the champions league than the league because they know they can win it, severally different bitcointalkers has aired their opinions on this matter and majority of us has said what we noticed in PSG and the champions League.
