Their experience in this competition is something you can't ignore and we have seen them coming from nothing to becoming a potential winner and sometimes the winner of the champions league. Still, we can't completely rule Roma out because football can be unpredictable, and if they take their chances and defend well, they could surprise Madrid. at the end, It won't be an easy game for either side, and that's the interesting thing about the game.

That match has to be the toughest match for the in the champions League because of teams involved. Atletico Madrid this season is performing well unlike Manchester United they is still trying to find their fit in the league but looking at the current form of the teams Atletico Madrid has a better chance of winning tonight.

The home advantage alone is one thing you can't take away from Atletico Madrid in this game and the poor performance of Manchester United, the surprise would have been possible if Micheal Carrick has changed the game plan of his team but since he had continued to play without plans they will keep getting poor results against any good side. Manchester United is not winning tonight the best result they can go back with is a 3:1 defeat.

Today’s matches which I think would be a real shame to miss, but unfortunately all fall at the same time are

- Galatasaray vs. Barcelona
- Atlético Madrid vs. Man Utd
- Villarreal vs. Napoli
- Inter vs. Club Brugge.

I have a favorite team in each of these four matches. However, it’s a real shame that I can only focus on watching one of them. At the very least, I’ll be rooting for Barcelona, Atlético Madrid, Napoli, and Inter Milan.

But out of all these matches, I’m personally quite curious about the Roma vs. Madrid game. That’s because I know that Roma, as we’ve seen recently, has improved significantly thanks to their new coach, Gasperini.

The poor ratings that Manchester United is getting in the build up of this UCL game against Spanish side Atletico Madrid is due to their inconsistent performance in the EPL, for the third consecutive time they have lost severally with opponents that conceded red cards, that in itself is enough reason to for Manchester United to be considered the underdogs in this fixture. Considerably Atletico have what it takes to beat Manchester United seeing that they have the home advantage and they are in a far more better position in la'liga table compared to Manchester United in EPL table.

Your selections are very fine but the only concern I am having in that your game is Atletico Madrid to win Manchester united though I am not saying it is not possible but I think the safer option would have been Atletico to win either half or double chance because I am having the feeling, games may not likely play the way we are thinking or anticipating. You need to understand that Atletico Madrid has more Champions League experience than Manchester United. Let's take the last 15 years as an example, Atletico Madrid has reached the finals twice whereas Manchester United has not reached the UCL final in the past 15 years. Even in appearances, Atletico Madrid has also made more Champions League appearances than Manchester United in the last 15 years. We are not even supposed to argue the result of this match because Atletico Madrid is playing at home where they will have more advantage.
