It was a truly incredible comeback by Real Madrid, I was checking the match's live score and was really impressed by how Roma had led the match until the 80th minute. Then the debacle struck! I'm beginning to love what Roma has become, and this is evident in their home matches; not the best, but you can easily spot the fire and seriousness in them. We see some improvement from the Italian National Teams, then suddenly the Italian Clubs starts performing poorly in the Champions League, I think the only team that can standout in the Champions League is Inter Milan, and they’ve lost two games already, just like you have said earlier, I don’t really understand what is wrong with the Italian Team, there are traditional Champions League teams in Italy, which are Juventus, AC Milan, Inter Milan, AS Roma who just made a comeback after being absent for so many years.

what is the reason for such poor performance by Italian clubs? in 8 matches, they have managed only 1 win and 1 draw, alongside 6 defeats. while Inter’s loss to Real Madrid might be understandable, a home defeat to Club Brugge raises serious questions about the quality of Italian football. the losses suffered by Como and Napoli to Feyenoord and Villarreal respectively are also cause for concern, especially since the Italian sides were not exactly facing European giants.

This is what makes the drama interesting in a game and this week I think this game is one of the dramatic games in the Champions League.

Roma tried hard to take advantage of the home advantage and seeing what they did in this match they've been very hard at work with their 3 goals but Madrid's mentality in the second half was very worthy of appreciation.
Madrid's performance was also outstanding although in the first half they lost momentum but in the second half especially after a couple of subs their performance slowly got a bit better especially for set pieces.
Espi's goal in the 83rd minute really made Roma lose concentration even Endrick won an aerial duel with some high Roma players that made them lose points in this match.

Roma played well but they could not be consistent until the end of the match so this they must improve because if only the crucial time their focus remains then the possibility of this result they can minimize.
