Both are good for wealth creation. But there are people who are built to take the risk of what bitcoin has got and those who have the belief that they'll become wealthy with real estate. For me, they're both good if ever I made some money from my bitcoin holdings, I'll buy a piece of land or real estate and have it rented. Then the profit that I shall get from it will also go back to bitcoin as I'll continue to buy. There are several factors which decide if bitcoin investing or real wstate is going to be worth it. Real estate is a centuries old concept of making money while bitcoin is relatively newer. Real estate is a safer, more stable form of investment. We all know that the population is rising and the land per person is decreasing with time so real estate has no ifs and buts and is guranteed to givw you returns but only thing is that it requires time, it needs maintenance and proper surveillance and management. Bitcoin on the other side is also safe but is not stable, the only things that people “might” not choose bitcoin is that it is not stable and is relatively newer. And in any other aspect BTC takes the plus point from real estate or any form of investment.

Bitcoin is definitely going to being far more profit than any real estate. But real estate has the advantage of being a physical thing  that you can use for yourself if you need a place to live. But with real estate you can expect it to crumble to dust over time like any physical asset. Especially if it is not  cared for and kept up to standards.

Real estate is more stable, but has slow growth. It is also an asset that has cash flow. Bitcoin, on the other hand, is market-driven. It has high growth potential and is volatile. To choose both is not bad. To choose one over the other is not bad too. Both can build wealth, but cash flow is king.

Another thing that separates them is the capital to start. With as little as $10, you can have Bitcoin. Not the same with real estate. Bitcoin might outperform real estate, but I won't dismiss cash flow. Real estate has that and Bitcoin doesn't have that. Except you want to trade Bitcoin, that's when cash flow comes.

All of these are good investment and can give unexpected returns winning ten years or so, but there are certain advantages that Bitcoin investment if properly saved in non-custodial wallets have over real estate; it is not about the profit this time, it is all about the security of your wealth.
If you can be able to keep your seed phrase safe for as long as you hold your coin, you will never have any problem with your wealth, it will remain intact no authority will question it or intimidate you to claim its ownership. Unlike houses or physical property; in some countries, the government can claim ownership and might just compensate you with some little amount of money that will never be enough to cover up your investment, and some people can also forge fake documents to claim ownership of your property which will land you into problems that will involve their party to solve. Because of these reasons, Bitcoin investment appears better than real estate.

They think that bitcoin is just a fad, a hype from the internet until they've seen its growth. Missing a lot of entries when it was still cheap before ignoring it has its price for them to pay. Real estate's market is pretty stable and not as shaky as bitcoin so this is for those who likes it slow and steady. We are on a forum about Bitcoin, and we are all Bitcoin investor. Almost no one invest in real estate because most do not have enough capital and experience in this field. I do not think you will find an objective and fair answer.

100% will choose Bitcoin because most people tend to value the asset they already hold and are more familiar with.

That is why i always say that the decision of which to chose is completely dependent on the investors preference, everyone knows what works better for them, some people would prefer to see their assets physically in terms of real estate on like bitcoin that is mostly transacted, personally i don’t really have strength to be following up real estate in terms of servicing it that is why i will always prefer bitcoin, bitcoin don’t really need so much of work from the investor all the investor needs to do is define his investment plan and know the perfect time to trade, no investment is completely secured both bitcoin and real estate can be influenced by external factors, hence, every investor should chose the one that suits them and invest, as long as am concerned both assets are highly valuable.

In terms of creating wealth, both sectors have done marvellously well who invests and for how long determines how much profit they will make. Land value increases based on demand too, and the idea that the real estate line of investment is only for the elites is wrong. You can always partner with people or start small by buying and reselling properties based on what you can afford.

Well, both investment can actually create good wealth after a decade but for real estate, I think it depends on the country or area you are looking at investing in those properties, in my country, real estate is actually profitable to the companies, with amount they are charging for their properties, in 10 years time from now, they won't be marking a small profitable. Bitcoin and real estate belong to different class but they both have the potential to print profitable investment while the level of wealth print through real estate depend heavily on location, and property type. Bitcoin has nothing like that.
What I am trying to point out is that some people are into real estate and their investment is not profitable due to location, and property type. However, real estate remains a viable longterm asset class with income.

both are profitable in the long run, but i think bitcoin is more profitable than real estate, many believe that bitcoin has been profitable in the past 10 years and may not be as profitable as it was before, but i still believe that its still a matter of time for bitcoin to recover from its price. i am not a real estate agent but i believe in bitcoin more than real estate.

I choose Bitcoin in this case. While the real estate sector also has the potential to create wealth, but in the long term, I see Bitcoin as having greater potential. It still has more room for adoption and growth, as institutions and governments increasingly want to use it as a strategic reserve. Not to mention retail investors who see Bitcoin as an alternative asset that can be used for diversification. These are all reasons why Bitcoin is more viable in my opinion.
