OP i would highly advise you to take this deal and accept the 90% you are getting back
I dont know the details but betcoin are highly confident and most books wont refund deposits like this when they suspect player of trying to abuse the casino.

Let's make one thing absolutely clear: I have not violated any ToS, so I will absolutely not falsely admit to doing so. I have my honor, and I refuse to make a fake confession just to save your reputation, nor am I going to let myself be scammed again while my account is blocked.
However, since I genuinely want to resolve this dispute and move on, I am willing to accept the 10% deduction from my deposit for the community giveaway under a structured, secure process.
Here is my safe counter-proposal to finish this within your 48-hour window:
1. You send 75% of my deposit to my wallet address first. 2. The exact moment that transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, I will update this thread, request the moderators to lock it, and remove the other reviews. 3. Immediately after that, you will send the remaining 15% of my deposit to complete the agreement.
If you are acting in good faith and honestly want this resolved rather than just trying to silence me without paying, you will agree to this step-by-step procedure.

I am not rejecting the 90% at all. I am entirely willing to accept getting 90% back just to put this behind me. However, I need secure conditions for the transfer, and I refuse to make a fake confession about violating rules I didn't break. Since my account is blocked, a step-by-step process (75% upfront, then thread removal, then the remaining 15%) is the only safe way for both sides.

Just a quick pro-tip for point number 2, you don't need moderator to do that. The power to lock a thread is also bestowed by thread starter, namely: you. The button is at bottom left of the page. And you can just mark this case as resolved by editing the opening post's title and adding word "resolved", that is widely accepted by the forum and overseers as a conclusion.

Thanks for the helpful advice, holydarkness. I didn't know I could lock it myself. If Betcoin agrees to this proposal and sends the first 75%, I will definitely use that button and update the title to "resolved" right away. Let's see if they accept it.

We already said our offer was non-negotiable. You had your time to agree. Now we will leave it up to the mediator.

The fact that you couldn't even address my fair, step-by-step secure proposal—which I posted just 3–4 hours after your offer—speaks volumes about your character. You wanted a fake confession and a total deletion of reviews before sending a single cent. You have already scammed me once by blocking my account, and I will absolutely not let myself be scammed again. Your refusal to accept a safe transaction process shows exactly what your intentions were from the start. Since this is how you want to play it, I am now going to actively revive and update my complaints across all forums and channels. I will start treating you exactly the way you treat your customers.

How could you, a permanently banned cheater, know how we treat our customers? You are not one and never will be. Move along, scammer. You should stand in front of a mirror and read that sentence out loud to yourself, because it describes you perfectly. If I am truly a "scammer" who deserves to be permanently banned, why did you just offer to refund me 90% of my initial deposit in exchange for a fake confession and deleting my reviews? Why would a casino offer to return a deposit to a "cheater"? You offered that deal because you know you have zero evidence against me, and you desperately wanted the negative reviews gone while trying to steal my legitimate winnings. When I proposed a safe, step-by-step transaction to protect myself from being scammed a second time, you completely panicked, threw a tantrum, and resorted to childish insults. Thank you for showing your true colors to the entire Bitcointalk community. This is exactly how Betcoin.ag treats customers when they get caught.

We will no longer speak directly to you or about this issue, until we hear from the mediator. We have ample proof that you are a cheater and are ready to provide it

Hey. I mentioned in your thread before that these guys are just petty scammers. Judging by their website traffic, they have absolutely zero real clients. Basically, any real person who makes a deposit just ends up getting blocked. After that, they start writing absolute garbage, calling the player a "scammer," a "syndicate member," a "known fraud," and other ridiculous nonsense.
I've read through the complaints against them, and it's true that they sometimes offer to return a portion of the deposit during a dispute, but only in exchange for deleting negative reviews. You know as well as I do that no legitimate, operating casino communicates the way they do. It was exactly their disgusting, unprofessional messages and their replies to victims that made me realize immediately that the betcoin.ag scam is 100% real.
Be careful: the fact that you agreed to a partial refund will be completely twisted by them. They will frame it to the public as you "admitting guilt" and use it as proof that you are the fraudster. It's a standard trap they use to save their own reputation.
The only effective method to hit them where it hurts is to file a direct complaint with Betby (their sportsbook software provider)—which is a highly respected B2B aggregator powering hundreds of legitimate sites—and to report them to the authority that issued their license.

@betSerb Thank you for the solid support and the valuable advice. You hit the nail on the head. Their ridiculous response about "giving me a chance to grow as a human being" just proves they have absolutely no arguments left and are purely a scam operation. I will definitely take your advice. I am preparing a formal complaint with all the evidence and screenshots of their extortion tactics, and I will be sending it directly to Betby (their software provider) as well as their licensing authority. If they want to act like thieves and ignore fair mediation, they can explain their behavior to their business partners and regulators. Thanks again for pointing this out!

No problem at all. I also managed to leave a review about the betcoin.ag scam on AskGamblers. At first, my review was deleted, but I reached out to their support and attached proof that betcoin.ag scammed me out of $1150. They simply asked me to adjust the format of my review, and then they accepted and published it. Their support is actually pretty good.
You can do the exact same thing. They already have the lowest possible rating there anyway—1 star out of 10. Doing this probably won't help you get your money back, but it can definitely help others avoid falling for the betcoin.ag scam.

Fortunately, we didnt say we wouldnt speak to you again, so we can help you clear this up! File a complaint with AskGamblers. There's no reason not to, unless you know you are guilty. Hopefully they dont call you manipulative like CasinoGuru did! And now we are done with you forever, as well. All the mediators know how to get a hold of us. Anyone who has a dispute with Betcoin is always welcome to pursue binding mediation from an established mediator. We have never withheld funds from a legitimate user, as proven by results, not some random noob account. Sincerely, The most trusted crypto casino/sportsbook, for 14 years and counting

If you are not capable of giving me the evidence here, you don't even have to reply. I have committed absolutely nothing. I will definitely use Betby and all other forums and mediators to show what scammers Betcoin.ag are.
You are just kicking around and you straight-up robbed me. I have committed absolutely nothing and I am 100% sure about it! Totally. So yes, I will calmly contact LCB again, AskGamblers, and everyone else. I already have another forum where I found how you rob people. User betSerb proves that too.
So you are scammers, and if you are not normal enough to come to an agreement and you throw false accusations instead, I will go hard against you.
And by the way, your remark about CasinoGuru is pathetic. There is clear proof in this forum thread showing why they refused mediation, and I am not going back to that again. So stop being embarrassing.

It’s actually hilarious watching your strategy here. Every time you throw a lie, it gets immediately debunked, so you just pretend you never said it and quickly rush to invent a brand new one.

For an obvious reason, they won't share the evidence here. It isn't about Betcoin.ag only, none of the casinos share sensitive evidence and information publicly. They are suggesting you reach out to the mediators from the beginning. I hope your complaints get accepted by a mediator at least, so that we can learn the truth by the final ruling of the mediator. Also, it will be a good sign for you if you can play and make withdrawals from other sportsbooks with Betby provider with similar betting pattern.

Betby is used by hundreds of legitimate casinos, and I've been betting on their lines on a legal casino's website this whole time. How exactly is the betcoin.ag scam connected to Betby? Do you really think that if betcoin.ag stole a user's money, Betby would support that?

Sincerely, The most trusted crypto casino/sportsbook, for 14 years and counting I have already chosen my mediators: Anjouan Gaming, Betby, and an official police report (once I manage to get your actual corporate details through the Anjouan licensor). The only reason I haven't filed it yet is that, according to the Terms and Conditions on the betcoin.ag scam website, I am forced to wait exactly 60 days from the moment you stole my money for your so-called "investigation." Once those 60 days are up, the real mediation begins.

@betSerb Thank you so much for pointing out these crucial details. I really appreciate it. Based on my timeline, my 60-day window from when they blocked my account and stole my funds ends on August 20th.
Once August 20th passes, I will launch the official complaints through the licensing authority and all the other channels we discussed. Thanks again for the solid advice!
