Betby is used by hundreds of legitimate casinos, and I've been betting on their lines on a legal casino's website this whole time. How exactly is the betcoin.ag scam connected to Betby? Do you really think that if betcoin.ag stole a user's money, Betby would support that?
The narrative will be a bit different if you or OP was flagged by Betby before. Flag by providers follow the player to every casino they provide. Might took some time for Betby to connect the dots and get the player to trigger the match-system [that very understandably and obviously none of the casino nor the provider will share here publicly], but once identified, provider will issue a flag to lock the account and/or void bets. If this is the scenario, either you or OP were already limited by other betby-provided-casino, then your bet tripped an alarm or against their ToS here, then it's actually Betby who issue the command to confiscate, and the casino --Betcoin, in this case-- have to "support" that.

If Betby's legal team actually read your message and could identify you, they would probably sue you for corporate defamation. It is absolutely ridiculous to associate a legitimate B2B provider like Betby with the outright theft committed by the betcoin.ag scam.
Betby provides the software and manages the risk on the odds; they do not manage player wallets, and they absolutely NEVER instruct a casino to confiscate an initial deposit and lock an account. Trying to shift the blame from a cheap, rogue offshore casino onto a respected software aggregator just shows you have zero understanding of how the betting industry actually works.

I've actually been trying to explain how things actually works, to those who doesn't know in-depth about sportsbook and provider dynamic. If they want to sue me for defamation, it would happen much much earlier as this is not the first time I mentioned the mechanism of provider's flag. Kindly do yourself a favor and pick one GPT AI [grok, deepseek, chatGPT, others perhaps] and ask them to explain to you about "turnkey model", then you can kindly return here and see if you can understand the explanation of the dynamic that's being used by numerous sportsbook.

If Betcoin provides me with an official document on their company letterhead explicitly stating that Betby gave the direct command to confiscate my deposit and winnings, I will immediately delete every single negative review I have ever written about the betcoin.ag scam.
Why? Because with that official document in hand, I could just sue Betby directly for 100 times the amount for the illegal seizure of user funds.
But we both know that only happens in fairytales.

Nope, not exactly working like that. Flag by Betby follows you and marked you as problematic gamblers, all over the casinos under turnkey model with them, but the flag will stays true if you're found as the username xxx on the othe platform due to your similar detrimental gambling preference, of which effectively violate your ToS with the casino. With that, your problem is now directly with the casino itself, as you violated their ToS, and the flag by the provider --binding as it is-- serves as a warning and alarm that you had a prior and now repeating the same. Thus, you can't sue. Unless, unless, you only play one game on Betcoin, fairly, and get flagged. Then you have more wiggle room as it is within reasonable doubt that you breach any ToS in that single gameplay and it is unjust to let you bear the burden of the past casino on that one single fair play on Betcoin. The questions are, whether or not you only have one single play and won them fairly? Or was it multiple gameplay with same strategy, that trigger Betby's system to find you, thus flag was sent to Betcoin? With that, I'll really appreciate if you stay in your thread instead of hogging other's thread with your desire to sue whoever it is.

First of all, I would like to point out that this is not your thread either, yet you are posting here freely. I don't understand why you are trying to tell me where I can or cannot post. This is a public forum.
The only reason I responded to your message in the first place is because you were spreading blatant misinformation. Claiming that Betby issues commands to confiscate deposits and winnings is completely false. It is nothing more than an attempt to shift the responsibility for outright theft from the betcoin.ag scam onto a B2B provider.
As for the rest of your assumptions about my gameplay and "triggers": I have the exact session key from my browser. Since all my bets are processed and stored directly on Betby's servers, they will be able to see my entire betting history and every action I took once they receive this key along with my official inquiry. There is no mystery here, just a rogue casino looking for any excuse to steal funds.

This is a public forum. So we can focus more on your own case without derailing other's case with their own details and situation. Might wise to inform you that I've been actively communicating with betcoin to get them to be willing to be mediated by CH, so that you can get your case tried. But reading this just now, https://casino.guru/forum/casinos/betcoin-ag-casino---general-discussion/3, I understand clearly stated that you no longer need for a trial or any attempt of dispute resolution, rather to spread awareness of your opinion about how Betcoin works. As that, I will cease to push Betcoin as well as being active in your own thread. The only reason I responded to your message in the first place is because you were spreading blatant misinformation. With above part of my response, this section will also no longer be debated or straigthened out as it is your opinion and from a near past experience, I understand that it is very hard to penetrate carbon steel head. You're free to speak what you think as truth, I will put you on ignore so I can concentrate on this case.

Of course I will continue to spread information about the betcoin.ag scam. Like any normal person, my goal is to warn others. In fact, the situation with the author of this very thread happened after they scammed me. Clearly, I haven't done enough yet to properly warn the honest community.
Meanwhile, I continue to place bets on other platforms that use Betby lines without a single issue. I use multiple platforms simply because I refuse to keep more than $1,000 on any one site. And that basic risk management is exactly what saved me from losing a much larger amount of money to the betcoin.ag scam.

Do not cherry-pick messages out of context. If you want to post updates from my LCB complaint, post the entire discussion, not just one outdated screenshot that suits your narrative. This case is far from over. I have just provided LCB with clear evidence that Betcoin is lying and contradicting itself. To my face in official emails, Betcoin Security claimed they blocked me for "sportsbook abuse" and that "an investigation is underway." Yet behind my back, they told LCB they have proof of "duplicate accounts." They are making up different excuses for different audiences just to avoid paying me out. I have officially requested the reopening of the LCB complaint, provided all the email screenshots, and demanded at least the return of my original deposit. If they refuse, I am taking this directly to their licensing authority (Anjouan Gaming) the moment their 60-day window ends. Do not try to rush and close this thread based on incomplete information. I have made my stance extremely clear on LCB.

This whole setup with these so-called "independent mediators" is incredibly shady. It honestly looks like they are just getting their cut directly from the money stolen from players.
I had a similar experience with Casino Guru. They completely rejected my complaint and quietly deleted my honest review warning people about the betcoin.ag scam. Meanwhile, they keep Betcoin's rating at an absurdly high 9.3/10—a number that is ironically higher than their actual daily organic traffic!
I read through the details of your complaint, and the logic is just mind-boggling. The casino claims to have "proof", but conveniently, this evidence is "top secret" and strictly cannot be published or even shown to you?
So let me get this straight: the betcoin.ag scam stole your money, funneled you to their pocket mediator, simply whispered "multiple accounts" (or whatever fake excuse they used) behind closed doors, and the mediator instantly closed the case. How are you supposed to defend yourself against invisible evidence? You can't. This isn't mediation at all; it's just a rigged scam game designed to leave a trap for new users, and it is absolutely disgusting.

Exactly, you nailed it. This "secret evidence" bullshit is the ultimate joke. How is anyone supposed to defend themselves when the casino can just whisper some fabricated excuses to their affiliate "mediators" behind closed doors, and the case gets instantly shut down? It is a completely rigged game. Just to update you and everyone else here: LCB just officially closed my complaint. The moderator Cookie17 basically told me that Betcoin provided "evidence" of me violating terms 10.2 (sportsbook rules) and 7.1 (multiple accounts), but due to "privacy policies," they cannot show me a single thing. I wrote them my final response. I told them I don't give a damn about the account itself, but I demand my original deposit back because keeping it is flat-out theft. I also made it clear that I am handing all my emails, screenshots, and transaction history over to my legal representative. The very day their self-proclaimed 60-day "investigation" window ends, we are filing an official complaint directly with their licensing authority. Thanks for the support, man. It’s good to know I'm not the only one who sees through their disgusting practices. I will keep this thread updated!

The multi was found after, which is clearly stated in this BitcoinTalk thread, as well. When we agree to the binding arbitration, the player does as well. If we had lost, we would have to pay the player. We said from day 1 there was no chance of that. He chose his own mediator and they reviewed all evidence from both parties. The player lost the arbitration and now the case is resolved. Any further comments from the player are spam, at this point.

The player lost the arbitration and now the case is resolved. Any further comments from the player are spam, at this point. Calling my legitimate defense "spam" just because you got caught in your own web of lies is hilarious. You are desperately trying to silence me because you know you cannot defend your shady practices in public. Let's look at the facts that you just admitted yourself: 1. You blocked my account on June 21st, sending me an email stating "an investigation is underway" regarding "sportsbook abuse." 2. At that exact moment, you had absolutely no proof of any duplicate accounts. You just admitted you "found" it "after." This proves you locked my funds first and then went on a desperate fishing expedition to find any excuse to keep them. 3. You ran to LCB—a private portal—and presented your "secret evidence" behind closed doors, knowing I would never be allowed to see it or defend myself against it. A private website's decision is NOT a legally binding court ruling, no matter how much you want to call it "binding arbitration." I have only one single account. I registered legally, deposited my own funds, and won fairly. My licensed attorney in the Czech Republic is already preparing the case. We will bypass your "pocket mediators" and present all these contradictions, timelines, and screenshots directly to your actual licensing authority (Anjouan Gaming). Calling a robbed customer's voice "spam" won't make this go away. See you at the licensing board.
Furthermore, do not think for a second that you can sweep this under the rug by calling my defense "spam." I will make sure that every single piece of evidence, every screenshot of your contradicting lies, and the truth about how you hide behind "secret evidence" and fake ratings is shared across every major gambling forum, review site, and social media platform. The gambling community deserves to know how you actually treat players who win fairly.
Just a quick final note here.. https://lcb.org/onlinecasinobonusforum/player-complaints/betcoin-ag-account-blocked-and-1-210-usdt-withheld/msg823481#msg823481As you can see, LCB stated that we have shown proof that he was in violation of ToS regarding sports abuse as well, which was the original reason the account was closed. The player lost the arbitration and now the case is resolved. Any further comments from the player are spam, at this point. Also, just to add to my previous point about their "business model": I did some digging on a major review platform. Out of 277 user reviews they have there, around 20% of them (that's over 50 individual players!) are complaining about the exact same exit scam. The story is always identical: the moment a player wins and requests a withdrawal, Betcoin instantly locks the account and fabricates terms violations to avoid paying out. So don't try to frame my case as some isolated "arbitration" issue. This is a clear, proven, systemic pattern of selective scamming. You let people deposit, but the second they win, you find a way to steal their funds. The gambling community is not blind, and this thread will make sure your 20% scam rate keeps growing until everyone knows exactly what you are.

On AskGamblers, their rating is 1 star, and 100% of the reviews are about the betcoin.ag scam. On Trustpilot, all the latest reviews are exactly 1 star as well. Every single one describes the exact same scheme: your deposit is accepted, but any attempt to withdraw immediately results in an account block by the betcoin.ag scam.
Just recently, another person left a review on Trustpilot stating that they were also scammed by Betcoin. I really hope they come and share their story on this forum too.
The fact that it's a betcoin.ag scam doesn't even need to be proven anymore. Just read the neighboring thread where a normal casino decided to refuse service to a user for their own reasons, yet simply refunded both the deposit and the winnings. Betcoin, on the other hand, just outright steals your money, calls you a fraudster, and hides behind so-called "mediators."
I am going to wait out my 60 days as well, and then I will be filing official complaints directly to Betby demanding a real explanation.

[...] 3. You ran to LCB—a private portal—and presented your "secret evidence" behind closed doors, knowing I would never be allowed to see it or defend myself against it.

Calling a robbed customer's voice "spam" won't make this go away. See you at the licensing board.
First, to emphasize, not cherry picking by snipping your post, just pointing out the relevant point. I can quote in full and mark them in bold, but we'll have a wall of text. And, commenting this because I really get ticked by this kind of behavior in problematic gambler, where one agree to a thing and then frog-leaping to other platform because the ruling is not in their favor, and on and on and on until they "win". So, to point out, your point number 3 above, IIRC [and based on below post], you're the one who choose LCB, Betcoin only answered there, as per the agreed statement that it will be binding. [...] Let's put your reputation to the test. The mediation team at LCB (LatestCasinoBonuses) has officially agreed to take my case.
Do you agree to enter into binding arbitration at LCB to resolve this matter?
If you agree and stand behind your words, I will immediately submit the official complaint at lcb.org/complaints. Let's see if you will answer the complaints at LCB as you claim, or if you will just keep throwing insults here.
As you already have your licensed attorney in Czech, you can ask them kindly to verify what I said: "what you wrote below, your offer to enter binding arbitration to resolve the matter, of which the other party agreed by responding, though technically has no legal power, it show the intent of the one proposing the idea, their state of mind, and their written willingness to resolve the issue outside of court."

@holydarkness: You are absolutely right that I was the one who proposed LCB. I have no problem admitting that. I suggested them because Betcoin was acting incredibly confident on this forum, and I wanted a public, transparent review of what happened. I expected a fair mediation process.
But let’s look at what actually happened behind the scenes.
How can anyone call it a "binding arbitration" or "fair mediation" when the casino presents "secret evidence" that the player is never allowed to see or defend himself against? A real mediation means both sides present their arguments and evidence openly. Here, Betcoin simply whispered something to the affiliate team, LCB shut the case based on "privacy policies," and that was it. That is not mediation; that is a closed-door agreement.
@Betcoin.AG: You are laughing and calling me a cheat, yet you are the ones who refuse to show a single shred of proof to anyone. If you have such "clear proof" of me having duplicate accounts or abusing the sportsbook, why don't you post it right here?
You admitted yourself that you blocked my funds first on June 21st for "investigation," and only "found" the alleged duplicate accounts AFTERwards.
I proposed LCB expecting a fair process where evidence would be examined. I did not agree to a process where you can make up claims, hide them from me, and have an affiliate site nod along. That is why I am taking this further. If you did nothing wrong and have the proof, you have nothing to worry about when the official authorities look into it.

First they claimed "defamation"—Trustpilot rejected it. Then they claimed "fake review / not a genuine experience"—I submitted my actual proof of account and communication to Trust Support. Trustpilot has officially VERIFIED my documentation and REACTIVATED my review. Even independent review platforms agree that my experience is 100% legitimate. You can try to flag, report, and censor the truth all day long, Betcoin, but the facts remain. Pay out the 1,210 USDT you owe.

We need to wait out the 60-day period and draft a letter to betby. They are obligated to provide the legal address of the fraudsters at betcoin.ag. We need to file a report with the police. This will be the correct mediator.
