Hello everyone,

I am writing to publicly expose the unfair and highly unprofessional treatment I received from Betcoin.ag. They have blocked my account (Username: Valicz) and are currently holding my funds (exactly 1,210 USDT) right after I requested a withdrawal.

Here are the facts of my activity:
1. I deposited my own funds via cryptocurrency.
2. I did NOT claim or use any bonuses or promotional offers.
3. I only placed a total of 3 bets using my raw cash balance.

Immediately after requesting my withdrawal, my account was locked with a generic accusation of "sportsbook abuse". I immediately reached out to their support, offering full cooperation, and proactively sent them all my KYC documents (National ID, Proof of Address, and Proof of Crypto Deposit).

Instead of a professional review, their security team replied with an incredibly rude and arrogant email stating that the review can take up to 60 days and added: "We encourage you to share your story publicly, so we can show everyone that you are a cheater".

They have provided zero evidence, refused to verify my identity, and are using scare tactics and a 60-day delay rule just to avoid paying out a legitimate winner.

I have already submitted an official complaint to Casino Guru, and I am posting this here so the crypto community can see how Betcoin.ag treats players who actually win. I demand the immediate release of my 1,210 USDT.

You are obviously going to get a response from the Betcoin.ag representative here in this thread. They always give a detailed response to the scam accusation here by explaining the reason. But they won't share the sensitive evidence here in this forum (publicly). You may submit a complaint at Askgamblers with your issue, the Betcoin.ag team shares the evidence with them.

I have never encountered such treatment of a customer before, and I find it completely unacceptable.

From what has been presented here, the player deposited their own funds, used no bonuses, placed only a few bets, and then had their account blocked immediately after requesting a withdrawal. This alone raises serious concerns.

What is even more disturbing is the apparent lack of evidence and the attitude shown toward the customer. Accusing someone of abuse without providing proof, withholding their funds, and responding with remarks that can be perceived as arrogant or disrespectful is not the conduct expected from a trustworthy gambling operator.

Trust is the foundation of any betting platform. If players can have their accounts locked and funds withheld without a transparent explanation, it damages confidence not only in this company but in the industry as a whole.

Bitcoin.ag should either provide clear evidence supporting its accusations or release the player’s funds without unnecessary delays. Anything less would be difficult to view as fair treatment.

I sincerely hope this matter receives a transparent and just resolution.

Did you create this account just so you can post this in this thread?
I feel like you and OP are the same person, and you have created this account to vouch for OP. Betcoin.ag is one of the old casinos around, and I doubt they would scam someone for 1210 USDT. However, since OP believes he is not guilty, he could follow the suggestion given by Mahdirakib and see if he gets some responses from Betcoin.ag team.

I think I saw another scam accusation against Betcoin.ag last week, and I have said the same thing to that player as well. We need to wait for the Betcoin.ag representative who might answer here if they notice it.

This occurred yesterday, yet somehow the OP knew to come straight to BitcoinTalk, create a brand new account, and leave his complaint. Then another brand new account comes in 20 minutes later and backs him, using disturbingly similar AI. I think that tells everyone what they need to know about this person's integrity.

OP, as we mentioned your account is under review. This is a courtesy to you, as we already have enough evidence to ban your permanently and withhold all funds. If you continue to defame us, that courtesy will be removed. If you decide to go to a 3rd party mediator, that courtesy will be removed and we will abide by their decision, which will be you getting nothing, since we have ample evidence of violation of multiple terms of service. We have never lost a 3rd party mediation and never will, because we are 100% reputable and never do anything without proper evidence.

We will not reply again on this thread. Our reputation speaks for itself and Betcoin is bigger and better than ever! As this community knows, we have been known to give back withheld funds, to our great supporters here. This is not about money. We just ask that people play fairly.

Hello, just to clarify – no, I am not the same person as Dancasyk. I am a completely new member here who came to expose this unfair treatment by Betcoin.ag.

The evidence speaks for itself. I have updated my original post with direct links to the screenshots of our communication. Please look at them to see the casino's actual response.

Ironically, their support literally told me in the email to share my story publicly, thinking they could intimidate me and brand me as a cheater. Well, I did exactly what they asked. Now it's time for them to step up and present their "evidence", because based on the facts, the only ones acting like scammers here are them.

Thank you everyone for your support and trust. I am waiting for the Betcoin representative to reply here.

Let me clear this up as well. Yes, I am using an AI assistant to help me translate my thoughts from my native language into English, as I am not a native speaker. There is nothing "disturbing" or hidden about that – it's a normal translation tool.

As for your "20 minutes" theory, please learn how to read timestamps on this forum. I posted my thread at 05:57 AM, and Dancasyk replied at 06:15 PM. That is a 12-hour difference, not 20 minutes.

Since you claim to have "ample evidence" against me, I want to see it clearly. I am not aware of a single violation or wrongdoing on my part. I deposited pure crypto, used no bonuses, and placed 3 regular bets. It is funny how you claim to have all this proof, yet you cannot even read simple timestamps correctly.

I have absolutely nothing to hide, which is why I welcome the 3rd party mediation by Casino Guru. Let them see your "evidence".

As the player has decided to proceed with the mediation, we are forced to reply again, so we can share the results, once they are ruled in our favor!

OP, please note that your review period has ended and you are no longer eligible to receive any funds, per our ToS. Catch you when you make your next account, scammer.

Thank you for showing everyone your true colors. Your so-called "60-day review period" and "courtesy" magically ended within just a few hours simply because I didn't let you intimidate me and chose to stand my ground. This proves that there never was any real investigation – it was just a cheap scare tactic to stop me from exposing you.

You call me a scammer, yet you haven't presented a single shred of evidence. I have absolutely nothing to fear because my conscience is 100% clear. I deposited my own funds, played completely by the rules, and you blocked me purely because I won and wanted to withdraw.

I have saved screenshots of all your contradictory statements, threats, and insults, and I am handing everything over to Casino Guru. I am more than ready for the mediation. Let’s see how your "100% reputable" status holds up when you are forced to show actual proof instead of just throwing childish insults on a public forum. See you at the mediation.

Over 90 views in less than 24 hours... and all it took was two comments full of lies and contradictions from Betcoin.ag to show everyone how they really operate. Keep it up, guys, and thank you so much for the incredible support! The truth is on our side.
Which mediators have you been using to raise concern? Is there any outcome from the mediators? As per the above reply from Betcoin AG, likely mediators stand against you, so they aren't going to return your funds. They aren't going to provide any evidence on the forum publicly; rather, they will comply with mediators.

However, if mediators stand with Betcoin AG, then we can't do anything else. You have to fight with the mediators and provide all the information to them, and Betcoin has to provide all the information regarding this issue to the mediators as well. On the other hand, when you raise concerns with mediators, then you have to accept the outcome. Because I am not sure if it's possible to appeal, even appealing the result would be the same.

Thank you for your input. I have officially filed a complaint with Casino Guru, and it is currently pending their review and processing.

I fully agree with you that the main fight will happen there. I have already prepared all the evidence, including screenshots of my transactions, my voluntary KYC submission, and the contradictory statements/threats made by Betcoin here on the forum. I am fully prepared to accept Casino Guru's final verdict because I know my hands are 100% clean. I will keep this thread updated once the mediation begins.

Just to update the community and clear things up before Betcoin tries to spin it: Casino Guru has informed me that they cannot process the complaint because they strictly handle online casino cases (slots/table games) and do not mediate sportsbook/sports betting disputes.

However, this changes absolutely nothing about the facts. Betcoin.ag still confiscated my 1,210 USDT purely as a retaliation tactic because I went public, which everyone saw in their own comments here.

I have already submitted my official complaint to specialized sportsbook mediators: Bookmakers Review (BMR) and AskGamblers. All the evidence, screenshots of my voluntary KYC submission, and Betcoin's public threats have been handed over to them. The fight continues there. Let’s see what excuses you come up with next, Betcoin.

It's not retaliatory at all. We confiscate the winnings of cheaters. Had you allowed us to review independently, we likely would have returned your deposit. As you chose to go with a 3rd party mediation, we will accept their result, however when they rule against you, we will use the full scope of the ToS, and withhold the full balance. This is not new or a surprise to this community, and everyone who tries to cheat is given this opportunity.  You wanted to be a tough guy, now you will face the tough guy consequences. No one is profiting off this, as it costs us more in labor to research these cases than your winnings, but it is important for us to take a stand against scammers like you, to support this great industry! Every cheater takes away from our ability to provide great service and promotions.

After reading everything I'm still thinking that what type of possible sports betting cheats that person used for which his account got locked? Is there some kind of match fixing out there or something else?

As we all know that Betcoin.ag is a fair platform and it has been offering it services for quite sometime to the community, and I believe it's much better to somehow show the cheats that OP used and also let OP to reply after the evidence.

Thank you SamReomo for asking the right question. Like you and the rest of the community, I would also love to see what "cheating" they are talking about.

Let me repeat the facts: This was my first time ever playing at Betcoin.ag. I deposited my own crypto, took NO bonuses, and placed exactly 3 standard sportsbook bets based on my own experience and research. All 3 won, which was likely just a good run and luck. There was absolutely no "match-fixing" or anything of the sort.

My withdrawal request was simply a test to see if this new platform was trustworthy and if my funds would actually be paid out. In fact, I explicitly told them in my emails that I wanted to keep playing on their site and that I was planning to bet on the football World Cup.

Instead of treating me like a new customer, my account was instantly frozen. To prove I have nothing to hide, I proactively and voluntarily sent my full KYC documents to their support via email right away, but they completely ignored it and chose to threaten me instead.

To Betcoin: I am not trying to "play a tough guy" as you childishly put it. I am a regular player defending my rights and standing up for my hard-earned money. You are the ones using empty threats and trying to sound tough because a player refused to stay quiet.

Stop using cheap buzzwords like "cheater" and "scammer" to justify stealing a new player's balance. If you have proof of any Terms of Service violation, POST IT HERE RIGHT NOW. Show the community the exact bets, the exact rules violated, and the "proof" you claim to have.

You won't post anything because there is no proof. You are just upset that a new player won 3 bets in a row and refused to be intimidated by your fake "60-day review" scare tactic. I have already submitted all my evidence and communication logs to AskGamblers and Bookmakers Review (BMR). If you are so confident, you can present your "evidence" to their auditors. Let's see it.

The evidence gathering phase of the investigation has been quite interesting. You've been a busy boy! No wonder you knew exactly what to do to try and extort us the moment you got caught. You have been banned from so many sites at this point, it is ridiculous. Why do you create a new account for every complaint?

FYI, you don't get to go from mediator to mediator trying to find one who let's you win. If anyone is willing to take your case, we will show them the evidence and when you lose, that's it. That was your mediation. Scammer.

Edit: Additionally, don't lie and say you were going to bet on World Cup.100% of your bets on Betcoin were on table tennis, including your 17 rejected bets. And so far the information we have shows that 100% of your bets on every other site were on table tennis, as well.

Both, could you please calm down? Could we come to a conclusion? Since mediators are refusing to handle cases relegated to sports betting, the OP won't get an outcome from there. I have noticed you mentioned OP as a scammer a couple of times. I know you won't share data publicly here on the forum, but at least share the possible information about how he tried to scam you. I am not asking for the evidence but the story behind calling him a scammer.

I will ask OP, is it possible to solve the issues if Betcoin returns your initial deposit? Although I don't know if Betcoin agrees with that, we may ask them for it. I really don't want so many arguments about this issue and want to solve that. But the situation seems to be getting worse slowly. Both parties seem angry, so it's becoming hard to solve as well.

To The Cryptovator: Thank you for your neutral perspective and for trying to find a peaceful solution. To answer your question: I am definitely not enjoying this situation. I am only here to clear my name and protect my funds. My conscience is completely clean, which is why being repeatedly labeled a "scammer" simply for winning three bets is unacceptable to me. This dispute was initiated by Betcoin's immediate decision to confiscate my balance instead of following a standard review process.

Regarding your suggestion about a settlement: if Betcoin were to issue a formal apology for making false accusations of fraud against an innocent player, I would be open to discussing alternative ways to resolve this situation. However, until that happens, I will continue to defend my rights and my honor.

To Betcoin: I would like to address your statements with facts:

1. I do not have a ban on any other sportsbooks. If you claim to have such information, it is incorrect. I have been betting on sports for several years, so it is only logical that Betcoin is not the first platform I have ever used. Having prior experience is not a violation of any rules.

2. It is completely natural for any sports bettor to place wagers on markets they actually understand and follow. I understand table tennis, which is why I chose it. I do not bet on sports I don't follow, such as UFC or baseball, simply to avoid unnecessary losses. Like any other player, I have lost funds at various sportsbooks in the past; on your platform, my first three bets happened to win. Winning three consecutive bets based on experience and luck is not a crime.

3. Regarding the statement that 100% of my bets were on table tennis: that is because further betting was made impossible. Immediately after those wins, my betting limits were reduced to 0.1 USDT. Placing a 10-cent wager makes no practical sense, which is why I stopped. As I mentioned in my emails to your support, I fully intended to stay and bet on the football World Cup, but I was never given the chance because my account was frozen without prior notice.

Furthermore, if I were a "scammer" as you claim, I would never have proactively and voluntarily offered to verify my identity and sent you my official documents containing all my personal and sensitive data. I did this because I fully believed that everything would be processed smoothly, fairly, and without any disputes. A real fraudster would never hand over their genuine identity to a platform they are trying to cheat.

I have already provided all my documentation and communication history to AskGamblers and BMR. I am fully prepared to let the independent auditors evaluate the facts.

May I try to bridge you both? Since you both offered. But, Valicz, know that if you agree, my call is binding and I am not sharing any evidence shared by each parties to another, so Betcoin.AG's provided evidence will strictly on for-my-eyes-only basis.

May I try to bridge you both? Since you both offered. But, Valicz, know that if you agree, my call is binding and I am not sharing any evidence shared by each parties to another, so Betcoin.AG's provided evidence will strictly on for-my-eyes-only basis.

As you know, we don't provide trade secrets to individuals. If one of the accredited mediation companies OP has contacted wants to take the case, we are happy to share. We encourage everyone to play where they trust the most. If anyone thinks that we are in business for 14 years, just to withhold a few hundred dollars from some guy, they are welcome to do so. But, we lose money every time on these, from the time and resources we put into these cases. No one is as thorough or transparent as Betcoin when it comes to accusations. Plus any seized funds go right back into the community. Our last comment on this matter is that not only have we confirmed with multiple companies that this user is banned previously from them, we have also now confirmed that he was previously banned from Betcoin.

[...]If anyone is willing to take your case, we will show them the evidence and when you lose, that's it. That was your mediation. Scammer.

[...]

[...] I am fully prepared to let the independent auditors evaluate the facts.

May I try to bridge you both? Since you both offered. But, Valicz, know that if you agree, my call is binding and I am not sharing any evidence shared by each parties to another, so Betcoin.AG's provided evidence will strictly on for-my-eyes-only basis.

To holydarkness: Thank you so much for stepping in and offering your help, I really appreciate it! However, as you can see from Betcoin's reply, they have stated they will not share any evidence with individuals due to "trade secrets" and prefer to deal only with official, accredited mediation platforms. Therefore, it is best to let AskGamblers and BMR finish their official process. Thank you again for your willingness to help, I truly respect it!

To Betcoin: This is getting more and more absurd. Now you claim that I was previously banned directly on Betcoin? If that were true, your system would have flagged my details and never allowed me to register, deposit funds, and place bets in the first place.

Since you stated this is your last comment and that you are happy to share your "evidence" with the accredited mediation companies I contacted, I am more than happy to leave it at that. Let's see what you present to AskGamblers and BMR, because independent auditors look at real facts, not baseless forum stories. See you there.
