I have played in many casinos. This isn't how it is supposed to work.

I got a similar experience in another casino, I claimed a bonus with a 35x wagering requirement. When the bonus was activated I thought my real balance would remain as my real balance but I was wrong, everytime I play with my real balance it becomes bonus balance when I win the bet (I late to realized this). When I forfeited the bonus, my entire balance was gone.

I contacted customer support, they told me that's how their bonus system works. That experience taught me not to be tempted too easily by casino bonuses. It's always better to ask for detailed information about how the bonus balance works, the wagering requirement, what happens if you cancel the bonus and any other important information.

Be careful when taking the welcome bonus

I deposited $755.80 and received $1,511.60
After I lost about $300 I started to win and got to $2,924.60 ($657.20 in the profit)

I'm afraid that when you play with your real balance, any winnings may be converted into bonus balance. According to this terms, if you lose around $300, your real balance should still have about $400 remaining. I hope the team can resolve this issue.

If a player holds both real money and bonus money in their account, real money is used before bonus money in all game rounds.

N/B:. It would be better for the team to run a review campaign so as to help them figure out some errors and bugs because the gambling industry and market is already a very competitive one and having a very active community and support system along with a flawless site service would give them more edge.
Maybe we'll see one of it in the nearest possible time.
While we wait for that, I think several questions have already been asked and even some issues needs the attention of the team and I don't know if they have anyone who actually represents them over here aside the manager who's duty is just to handle the marketing because for a casino who is still trying to meet up market demands, staying active all round would do them more good and I will suggest they get someone from the team to regularly check up on their thread to answer questions and give clarity always when needed.

Being active on the forum can make a difference. Particularly for newer casinos looking to establish trust. The follow-up from someone on the operational team, not only the campaign manager. Is the best way to demonstrate that the feedback is being listened to when users ask questions or report problems. If a fix is not immediate, it helps to acknowledge the problem and give updates. To reassure the community. When a review process is open, and communication is regular. It can have a greater impact than just remaining silent in the background until resolved.

How much had you actually wagered after taking the bonus? Most probably you have played some excluded games, which don't contribute to the rollover requirement. Only the slots game has 100% contribution towards the wager requirement, where a big number of slots games are excluded from the list. Whatever, they shouldn't forfeit the deposited funds if you cancel the bonus. Weren't the bonus funds and your real deposited funds separated there?

I read the entire bonus terms and the excluded slots list before I deposited $755.8. I did my due diligence, except the bonus doesn't work like it says. There are different systems in different casinos, but this one is blatantly misleading if they are taking bets and losses from real money, but the wins from the real money are added to bonus money.

All my bets are in Big Bass Splash that is not in excluded games. Around 3% of wagering completed when I forfeited the bonus.

Be careful when taking the welcome bonus
~snip~

When i clicked cancel they took entire $2,924.60. My balance is $0. Mind you I was in profit.
Support: "Please note that each casino has its own bonus mechanics and Terms & Conditions. Unfortunately, this is how our Welcome Offer is designed and implemented."
A reason I don't dare with bonuses because I have been through all these kinds of dilemmas.. Am just hoping this is not a case of you use your bonus first kind of arrangement because these casinos usually take this route, regardless of how it happened , if your account didn't go below a certain threshold the least they should have done is restore your initial deposit!

Have you tried to engage their support stuff here on the forum for a manual review, and to avoid confusion they better separate the two accounts (real funds from bonus funds) this will save everyone from the headaches.
Goodluck.

I have played with bonuses in 30+ crypto casinos.

There are like a dozen different bonus mechanics different casinos have. Tower.bet converts real balance to bonus immediately, and is upfront about that. Rakebit adds real money bets to real money and bonus money bets to bonus money. Some casinos take half and half and credit half and half. In others the bonus need to be unlocked in tranches.

If this was not an error, their bonus terms do not say forfeiting can remove the real balance or that real money bets convert to bonus money.

I am hoping they either reinstate my balances as it was before I cancelled bonus or take only my winnings and refund my deposit. If they don't this is fraud.

I have checked my bet history and it proves:
My highest balance was $3,719.80 and lowest was $2,120.20
My drawdown was only $755.80 (deposit) + $1,511.60 (bonus) - $2,120.20 (lowest balance point) = $147.20

I only lost $147.20 of my $755.80 before I started winning.

If you don't believe me I can allow any trusted member to verify this

As they are a new casino I am thinking this must be a mistake and allowing them time. I have a track record outside the forum (in bitcointalk forum only one https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5577510.0) for taking actions including legal action (very slow but effective) against anti player and fraudulent systems by crypto casinos.

My request is reasonable, either reinstate the balances as it was, like I never cancelled bonus, or keep the winnings and give my deposit back as per the bonus terms.

Having a representative manage their thread will sustain the communication between members and casinos and give satisfaction to members. The follow-up will directly receive a response from the related team and that can solve the problem without taking too long. We can hopes they will be online and explain the situation while also solving the problem because that can gain trust from members as they care their members. Casinos must have separate teams to handle the problem or other things to the right departments to solve them the right way.

You have a strong argument to warrant that much needed review especially that it was never written in black and white, just hope they don't use the we reserve the right to amend card blah blah blah...

But have you engaged their support on site to look into this because this looks clear as day!

I have checked my bet history and it proves:

Good you giving them that benefit of doubt that this could have happened in error, hope they can and will review your bets..

The problem I think they have here is about being active in the thread, because in this case they already have someone that manages and answers to any concerns of their client. The last time @Luckiest came online was on the 20th of July, which he did answer a few questions and tried to solve a problem @Mahdirakib was encountering, but since then he has not been online.
So it would have been better if he is present because the challenge @doggywin is experiencing right now would have been looked into,  and it wouldn't have lingered for this long.

It's clear that if you're there, you make a difference, particularly for a new casino wanting to establish a reputation. A campaign manager can take care of promotions, however users value hearing straight from somebody who has an understanding of the functioning of the platform. When there is no immediate solution to a problem. Just saying that the team is aware of it and that they will keep you updated from time to time will convey this. This kind of discussion creates trust. Mnimizes false rumors. And makes the consumer feel that his opinions are being taken into account.

I think they need someone to notify that there's an existing claims posted against them, so maybe they came here and answer then solve the issue of @doggywin.

Its time for them to show up how good their casino, because if they don't do anything about his case. Many people might start to think about that maybe they are only for profit same with other scam casino and struggle to take care the concerns or those error occurs to their players.

But well let's figure out on how this case will run, because for sure that many gamblers monitoring their thread provably don't want to see those claims unattended.
