When I saw that Kings.Game had created an ANN thread here, I decided to contact them privately before posting this. I gave them 72 hours to respond or ask Askgamblers to reopen the complaint so they could present the evidence they claimed to have. They chose not to respond.

I would strongly advise against depositing here.

I wouldn't be surprised if new cases continue to rise related to the Betby provider because this provider cannot be exploited and the exploiters will try to exert pressure for personal gain. Sometimes we are confused about how to determine whether it is a real accusation or accusation based on pressure, yeah right now I'm applying a filter because sports betting cases are more prone to abuse.

By the way, it's good that Kings.Game confirmed they're under the same company, even if they're run by different teams.

Unfortunately, the Askgamblers complaint is already closed and marked as unresolved. Operators are given a deadline to respond and if they fail to do so the complaint is closed. Kings.Game chose not to respond.

Before posting publicly here I even contacted them privately because I noticed they had just launched their signature campaign. I wanted to give them a fair opportunity to explain their position and ask Askgamblers to reopen the complaint before I took the matter public. They chose to ignore that opportunity as well.

So going through holydarkness may be my last remaining option.

I agree on this in general because all users are potential customers. But his reply is not that completely rude if we consider that we can’t please everyone with what we offer. He just need to learn how to do it in a friendly way. 

Personally, I will be offended if a representative trying to make me go away instead of introducing offers that will make me convinced to try the casino.

Probably it means something but it's not enough to conclude anything.

There is a presumption of innocence and the user deserves to be Innocent until proven guilty or we can say the same with any casino too.

Exploiters and cheaters usually do reputation attacks when they failed with their cheating attempts but usually they succeeded before got account terminations and fund confiscation. It is actually quite telling that some of you immediately label a user you do not know as an “exploiter” simply because they describe a negative experience with a casino involving confiscated funds, ignored messages, and a complete lack of explanation. Meanwhile, you say absolutely nothing about the casino’s conduct.

What exactly is the supposed exploit here? Betting at the odds they offered? Winning consistently over time? Does that somehow give them the right to confiscate a user’s balance without providing any explanation?

Even if there had been a genuine exploit, why would the casino not address it properly and say what happened? And in case they are regular winnings, they should limit the account, restrict further betting, and honour the legitimate winnings, just as other bookmakers using Betby odds and risk-management systems do, such as Duel or 500Casino. Anything beyond that is theft, and defending that behaviour is indefensible.

As usual on this forum, there seem to be plenty of users who are somehow incentivised to defend bookmakers, treating customers as criminals by default while acting as though a crypto casino licensed on a remote island were some kind of unimpeachable institution.

I am not saying that every negative story posted by a random user should automatically be believed without question. However, if you have never had a serious negative experience with a casino, it may simply be because you have never won consistently enough for them to see you as a problem.

I never said I had received it. The statement was "I logged in to check if it had arrived," which it hadn't. I have enjoyed and tested a few casinos here on the forum which ask for our user ID sent via DM and after a few days, I checked and the dashboard was already funded. Even if that testing bonus doesn't come, I'm more concerned about the minimum deposit. It's a new casino and I can't risk above $10.
