We use a risk-based KYC approach. For the vast majority of players, KYC is never needed. Verification is only requested in specific cases where it's necessary to keep the platform secure and compliant. We only ask for the information that's required.
I believe it’s better to implement KYC from the beginning if you aren’t a real non-KYC platform. Not asking for KYC at the beginning and asking for that when a gambler wins looks shadier to me. Because then gamblers think it’s a non-KYC gambling platform, and they raise allegations when asked about it from the platform. So make sure we aren’t going to see such allegations against you.

However, every casino seems to claim to be probably fair, so make sure it’s really probably fair and everything is fair, including withdrawal. It seems you are working for fast withdrawal; definitely it will help you to get attention from the forum gamblers. Good luck to you.

We've created 10 promo codes worth $1 each for anyone who wants to try our Originals!

CODE: BTCTALK

Welcome to the forum. As some people have already mentioned that the method for logging into the account is uncomfortable, I tried logging in via Telegram, which is the third method to access the casino, and it's not working. It says the following: " Bot domain invalid " The other two methods, although they work, I prefer not to use. Honestly, why don't you simply use the standard method: email, password, and other data, and people will register normally without any headaches

I really liked this section: https://hazebet.co/responsible-gaming

This is a section that we all need to take the time to read very carefully. The recommendations are very clear. I just want to add something I saw in this part:

In your casino, people enter through Google, Steam, and Telegram, so even minors can easily access your casino and play. Probably by the time you request KYC, it will already be too late. This is the problem that arises when considering whether or not to implement KYC. On one hand, implementing KYC reduces the number of cheaters and bonus abusers and reduces the number of minors creating accounts, but it removes anonymity. On the other hand, not requiring KYC attracts bonus abusers, cheaters, and minors. It's a dilemma.

On the other hand, not requiring KYC attracts bonus abusers, cheaters, and minors. It's a dilemma.
So I think of two possibles to do that safely for users.

1. Ask KYC at the start when people register accounts.
2. Have a warning like "Please confirm that you are over 18 age, if you are under 18 age, you are not allowed to use our service. Don't bypass it, you might be KYC later".

The notification as "Please confirm that you are over 18 age, if you are under 18 age, you are not allowed to use our service" can be used for the first option too. Without it, many minors will register accounts and use the service without knowing that they're not allowed and will have troubles later.

According to the term, I know parents must be responsible if their accounts are used by their minors too.

They explained earlier that they do not want to start off as kyc averse now and then start requesting it later if they get their licence. I agree with that reasoning,  casinos that do not require kyc due to a lack of licence should not be planning on getting one at anytime. I also agree that casinos should get their licence before going live.

The notification as "Please confirm that you are over 18 age, if you are under 18 age, you are not allowed to use our service" can be used for the first option too. Without it, many minors will register accounts and use the service without knowing that they're not allowed and will have troubles later.
Some casinos have that checkbook and usually have a sort of under 18 banner somewhere. Awareness isn't the major issue but making people realise the possible damage causes by underage gambling.

You are welcome to the forum. I have registered in your casino but the registration process is too porous. There was no box to input password and email address and it is only the sign button and when I clicked it, it asked me.to continue with my email and as I clicked the email to continue, it was automatic registered and login. That means I can only use this device for the auto login what of when I want to use another device since there was no collum for email, username and password? And also there was is no registration information about the casino displayed on the site. No license number to check if the casino is properly registered.

Hey TheAndy500 I saw you in the casino on the recent bet players and there was a guy (pahsi) who has bet $850 which is the highest I am seeing for now.

Op there are things to work on your casino. The registration process is not good and the visibility of the registration number and the license number. Those are very important for the public.

Welcome mate, I have read through the posts and reply and I noticed you are very much active which I so much commend and as a matter of fact your presence in engagements and interaction with members really count's to showing how responsive your customer care service is.

I checked for your operational licence and could not see it but you request for KYC so why would you not make your licence public for all to see. Where do you operate from? These are the minor things we look out for and it would be nice you put up your license for the community to see it for themselves as it is very necessary you do that.

Thank you for the warm welcome and for the kind words! We really appreciate it.

We're doing our best to stay active and engage with the community because we believe being transparent and responsive is just as important as building the platform itself.

Regarding licensing, you're absolutely right—we are not licensed at this point in time. However, obtaining a gaming license is part of our roadmap, especially as we expand the platform with slots and additional casino games in the future
.

As for KYC, the policy is included in our Terms as a forward-looking measure. We didn't want to market ourselves as a "No KYC" casino today and then later have to change our Terms to meet future licensing or legal requirements, potentially breaking promises made to our community. We'd rather be transparent from the beginning and set realistic expectations.

Thanks again for your feedback and for taking the time to ask these questions. We genuinely appreciate it.

You requesting for a KYC is not a bad idea, I know you want to do that because it is in line with the licence you are going to get as you have said but don't you think it would be suspicious when you do not have licence and you are requesting for KYC from prospective client before they register or make withdrawal.  Getting a licence should have been amongst the first thing you should have done before making any move of running your casino. You can not just request for KYC when you do not have a licence yet. First get your licence before requesting for KYC.

🎁 FREE $1 TEST CODE FOR BITCOINTALK USERS 🎁

I tried the code, I got $1 as promised. Thank you  Smiley

Hey TheAndy500 I saw you in the casino on the recent bet players ...

Yes, I tried out how the website works. With $1, there's not much you can do, but I played a bit of Keno. I didn't have much luck, but everything works fine.

Sometimes casinos roll out a fully finished product right from the start. Other times, they take it slow and test everything with live users, which is what HazeBet is doing. I personally prefer this approach, and it seems to be working out well so far. I'm genuinely wishing them well and hope they keep it up!

That is nice. Now you have first the experience. You were not lucky today try again tomorrow. Lolz. I have not played in the casino but only registered because of the license, and  I just saw a comment that they will get it. We are looking forward to hearing from them.

Welcome to the forum HazeBet team!
My first impression of the site is that it's a bit dull, to be honest. Looking at the images in your announcement thread contents, I was expecting a more vibrant-looking theme on the actual website. But some people do like minimalistic designs, so I guess that's fine.
Also, the chatbox seems to have no moderator; you might want to just remove that for now, otherwise people could spam random stuff on it. Lastly, the site itself currently has no live support as well. I tried clicking the 24/7 support in the footer; nothing happened.  Cheesy Will that be available in the near future?

Where did they say that KYC is mandatory in their casino? I cant find it anywhere in the terms page.
Here in this thread, they do say that KYC can be asked for specific case only which means that they have no mandatory KYC.
It is rare indeed to see unlicensed casino which ask KYC to their players but as far as I know, even unlicensed casino may ask KYC due to their own policy.

It is in another page, for Privacy.

You can see details I quoted, and it's KYC. I think it is clear enough and I cannot interpret this term as no KYC.

I got another promotional code for $1 but this time on Twitter.  Wink Thanks HazeBet.  Smiley

I chose Plinko to test. I had a bit more luck here than with Keno, as I played many more games. However, when I finally went all in, meaning the entire $0.30,  Grin my bet unfortunately refused to be accepted. I got this error:

I'm just posting it so you can check the code of the game.

I can see that the casino is fully ready to deliver at their best capacity when it comes to gambling experience to their users, however it will be more interesting to see them also work on some little site challenges that might needed attention, such could be the functionality and other features to what you offers and that is why platforms do take a review campaign to also check for bugs, this is my suggestion.

🎁 FREE $1 TEST CODE FOR BITCOINTALK USERS 🎁

We've created 15 promo codes worth $1 each for anyone who wants to try our Originals!

CODE: BTCTALK

No wagering requirements
💰 Whatever you win is yours to keep.

Only the first 10 users can claim a code!

Enjoy, and we'd love to hear your feedback! ❤️

It is pity, I can't use the promo codes because I am not yet register on the site. That is because I don't see a register button to sign up but only see 3 methods sign-in to enter to the site and I don't want to use my Google, Steam or Telegram.

Some users have already suggested having a register button so we can use our email to register but that still not applicable. That will be preferable because we don't gives more information about us.

Hopefully that will available in the near so those who want to see the inside of the site can register using their email.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts.

We completely understand your frustration. At the same time, we hope you'll keep in mind that we've only been live for a few days, and we're continuously improving the platform based on community feedback.

The request for a standard email registration has already been forwarded to our developers, and we're actively working on making the registration process more intuitive. We agree that users should have the option to sign up with just an email instead of using a third-party account.

We really appreciate your patience and hope you'll give HazeBet another look once these improvements are in place.

We use a risk-based KYC approach. For the vast majority of players, KYC is never needed. Verification is only requested in specific cases where it's necessary to keep the platform secure and compliant.

I believe it’s better to implement KYC from the beginning if you aren’t a real non-KYC platform. Not asking for KYC at the beginning and asking for that when a gambler wins looks shadier to me.

However, every casino seems to claim to be provably fair, so make sure it’s really provably fair and everything is fair, including withdrawal.

We completely agree with your point regarding KYC. We don't want to market ourselves as a "No KYC" platform today and then surprise players with different requirements later on.

Regarding withdrawals, we're continuously working to make them as fast and reliable as possible. At the moment, our average withdrawal processing time is under one hour. Of course, there may occasionally be cases where it takes a little longer, but we're constantly improving our systems to make the experience as smooth as possible.

I find it strange how an unlicensed casino is making KYC mandatory, do you care to give more explanations? Secondly, you only have original games as at this moment, what is your time frame for adding other games like slots and even sports book?

We understand why it may seem unusual. The reason we've included a risk-based KYC policy from the beginning is that we want to be transparent about the future of the platform. Many casinos advertise themselves as "No KYC," but they're often required to perform KYC checks once licensing requirements apply. We'd rather avoid making promises today that we may not be able to keep tomorrow.

At the moment, around 99% of our users will never be asked to complete KYC. It's simply a precautionary measure that's already reflected in our Terms rather than something we actively require from every player.

As for expanding beyond Originals, it's definitely part of our roadmap. We'd love to give you a timeline, but since we've only been live for a few days, we first want to see how the platform develops before making commitments we can't accurately keep. Once we have a clearer picture, we'll be happy to share more details with the community.

Welcome to the forum. As some people have already mentioned that the method for logging into the account is uncomfortable, I tried logging in via Telegram and it's not working. It says: "Bot domain invalid".

I really liked your Responsible Gaming section.

In your casino, people enter through Google, Steam, and Telegram, so even minors can easily access your casino and play.

The "Bot domain invalid" error with Telegram sign-in is definitely not expected, and we'll investigate it right away. We really appreciate you bringing it to our attention.

We also completely understand the feedback regarding the registration process. A standard email and password registration is already being worked on, as it has been requested by several community members. We agree that it will provide a much smoother experience.

Thank you as well for your kind words about our Responsible Gaming page. We put a lot of effort into making it clear and informative.

You also raise a valid point regarding minors and KYC. It's a difficult balance between privacy, accessibility, and responsible gambling, and we'll continue improving our policies and systems as the platform grows.

The registration process is not good and the visibility of the registration number and the license number. Those are very important for the public.

We completely understand your concerns regarding the registration process. We're already working on improving it by adding a standard email and password registration option, as this has been one of the most common requests from the community. We agree that the current flow can be confusing and will make it more user-friendly.

We'll also continue doing our best to be as transparent as possible about the platform and our future plans. We know that clear communication is important, especially for a new casino, and we'll keep improving in that area as well.

You requesting for a KYC is not a bad idea, but don't you think it would be suspicious when you do not have licence and you are requesting for KYC from prospective client before they register or make withdrawal?

Thanks for your follow-up.

Just to clarify, no user has been asked to complete KYC so far—neither during registration nor during a withdrawal. The policy is currently included in our Terms as a transparent, forward-looking measure rather than something we're actively enforcing today.

We felt it was more honest to communicate this possibility from the beginning instead of presenting ourselves as a "No KYC" casino and then potentially having to change that later once the platform grows and licensing requirements come into play. We believe it's better to set realistic expectations now than to disappoint users in the future.

Probably I came late or is there any special way of doing it to have the $1 to test the casino? Username Agbe

We've just credited $1 to your account (Agbe) so you can try out our Originals. We hope you enjoy testing the platform, and we'd love to hear your feedback afterwards.

Good luck, and have fun!

The site feels a bit minimalistic, the chat seems unmoderated, and there is no live support.

Our goal was to keep the website as minimalistic, clean, and user-friendly as possible. We know that design preferences differ from person to person, but we wanted to create an interface that's easy to navigate without unnecessary distractions.

Regarding the chat, it is moderated. We intentionally want to give our community a place to communicate openly and transparently while keeping the environment welcoming for everyone.

You're absolutely right about the live support. At the moment, support is handled through our Discord ticket system, and we know that's not the ideal solution for everyone. We're already working on introducing a proper live support system to make getting help much easier and faster.

Thanks again for taking the time to share your thoughts. Feedback like this helps us improve the platform.

I got another promotional code for $1 but this time on Twitter.

I chose Plinko to test... I got this error:

Thank you for reporting this, and thanks again for testing the platform!

The error you experienced was caused by a third-party DDoS attack that temporarily affected parts of the platform. The issue has since been resolved, but we're sorry that it impacted your experience while testing HazeBet.

We appreciate you taking the time to report it.

It's great that you're answering all the questions and doing so very politely, thoroughly, and comprehensively. However, according to the forum rules, you can't reply to each post in a separate post. You must combine them into one large post. To keep things clear, you can separate your replies, for example with line like this:

The point is that writing so many posts one after another can be considered spam.

It would also be much better if you stopped using AI to respond. Every user would rather talk to a person than an automated responder.

Thank you for pointing that out, and thanks for the advice!

This is our first thread on Bitcointalk, so we honestly weren't aware of that rule. We'll make sure to combine multiple replies into a single post going forward and use separators to keep everything organized.

We appreciate you taking the time to let us know.

You can, and even you should, merge last posts now. Simply edit the first one and paste the content of the subsequent posts. (later delete them.)

There are a few more forum rules you should know, like the fact that you can't bump your thread more than once in 24 hours. But it would be better if you familiarized yourself with all the rules. You can find them in a nutshell here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=703657.0

We also wanted to mention that this will be our last individual reply, as another member kindly pointed out that replying to every post separately is considered spam on Bitcointalk. Going forward, we'll combine multiple replies into a single post.

You can respond to each one individually, just not in separate posts. Just do it together, as I just replied to your two separate posts but combined in to one.  Wink

At the moment, we are not licensed. Since we're currently offering only our own provably fair Originals and not traditional casino games or third-party slots, we've launched without a gaming license for now.

Our long-term goal is to become licensed and expand the platform with slots and other casino games in the future. We want to build the platform step by step while staying transparent with our community.

As for cryptocurrencies, we currently support:

  • BTC
  • ETH
  • USDT (ERC-20)
  • BNB
  • USDT (BNB Chain / BEP-20)
  • LTC
  • DOGE

If you have any other questions or feedback, feel free to ask. We're happy to answer them!
Welcome to the forum.
I like the fact that you're honest about your service when you stated it plainly in OP that you're going to provide instant withdrawal soon when some gambling platform will claim to provide instant withdrawal to tease gamblers.
My question is there a room to verify your game provably fair?
Are you guys planning to add sports betting?
Any planning of adding crypto like Monero?
