Nothing to claim on the instant rakeback as well as the weekly rakeback that should be also released earlier today because the countdown timer restarted about 12H ago but there is also nothing to claim on the weekly rakeback.
Previously I thought that there is a minimum rank requirement to be eligible for rakeback but there is no requirement after I read the rakebak percentage information which shows that lowest rank members get 5% rakeback.
I know that my rakeback will be small amount only as I have not wagered much (few thousands only), my rakeback might be few cents only but nothing to claim is a different thing.

You requesting for a KYC is not a bad idea, but don't you think it would be suspicious when you do not have licence and you are requesting for KYC from prospective client before they register or make withdrawal?

We felt it was more honest to communicate this possibility from the beginning instead of presenting ourselves as a "No KYC" casino and then potentially having to change that later once the platform grows and licensing requirements come into play. We believe it's better to set realistic expectations now than to disappoint users in the future.

It is okay if you had clearly stated about your KYC on your ToS but know that you can.not demand for KYC and nobody knows about your license validity. It is also important you make it known or available your licence so  the community would see for themselves and  have full confidence in playing on your Casino platform.
