I really don't understand why still absolutely nothing has changed on the site since they moved it. Nothing at all by the way. Reported bugs are still there, VIP system still not working, over and over cashier problems that get reported here, and the list is going on.
This really feels a bit strange to me. Why ask people for input and then basically fix nothing at all? It's not like the site moved some days ago, it's been 2 weeks. By the way, I told you already but calling something a tinder bet is very risky since that word is a registered trademark, yet 10 days later you still call it the same. I have a strange feeling about this, hopefully I am wrong. 

I got the same feeling but still waiting for their positive changes, old site much better to be honest, in this site I only play with $10 to test it out but as you said the VIP systems is not working and when I ask their support system they said it's not ready yet, so they shouldn't expecting that player will be play here regurally since their loyalty systems still not working.

Their FAQ page also still under Betchain, so much things that still need to fix, on phone view I can access their E-sports sportsbook but on desktop view it's hard to find it.

I normally wouldn't make a post like this, but after what happened last night I feel like I need to say something publicly.

Hhampuz is one of the most trusted and respected members on BitcoinTalk. That's exactly why this bothered me so much.

He publicly told people that they should "be careful" with SCORAS.

When I contacted him privately and asked what exactly we had done, he explained that there were "too many red flags" and that our wording and the way we were acting made him believe we could somehow be connected to two other casino projects.

We are not.

There is no connection between us and those projects. None.

So naturally I asked him what he was actually basing this on.

Some of the things mentioned were the way I write apparently sounding like the "same script", us talking about big deposits and bonuses, a $100 payment we credited to someone's SCORAS account, and messages that had disappeared from Telegram.

I'm sorry, but how does any of that connect us to another casino?

It doesn't.

Instead of arguing about it, I told him to investigate us.

I literally left the birthday event I was attending and drove home because I wanted to give him whatever he needed to see who was actually behind SCORAS.

I provided our company registration, licensing information, contracts, information about the people behind the project, our brand book and other documentation.

I even showed him private deposit and withdrawal information that I would normally NEVER share outside the company because he wanted to understand the size of our operation.

I basically opened the doors and said: check everything.

After receiving the information, his response was:

Alright, looks good.

Later he told me:

I can share that you showed me some documents that looks legit but I can't endorse or support you beyond that and I would prefer not to work together

And that's completely fine.

You don't have to endorse SCORAS. You don't have to support us. And you definitely don't have to work with us.

But what I don't accept is putting this kind of doubt around our name based on similarities that don't prove anything.

When you're one of the most trusted people on BitcoinTalk, you know exactly what happens when you publicly tell people to "be careful" with a casino.

People immediately assume you know something.

And that's exactly what happened.

People in the thread immediately started asking what information he had because they know how much weight his words carry.

Hhampuz later told me:

I made no accusations, all I said was that people should be cautious

Okay. Call it a concern instead of an accusation.

But that concern was explained to me privately, and it was based on the idea that we somehow reminded him of two other casino projects.

That's where I have a problem.

There is no connection.

We provided our company registration and documentation showing who we actually are. We answered the questions instead of hiding from them.

And after seeing the documents, you yourself told me they "looks legit."

SCORAS is our project. We've invested a ridiculous amount of time, money and energy into building this.

We're not perfect. We've had problems and we'll probably have more while building something this big.

Judge us for those problems.

If something is broken, criticize us.

If we handle something badly, call us out.

If you disagree with how we operate something, say it.

That's completely fair.

But judge SCORAS for what SCORAS actually does.

Don't put suspicion around our company because the way somebody writes reminds you of another project.

That's simply not fair.

Hhampuz, you don't have to work with us. That's your decision and I respect it.

But after what happened, I do believe you owe us an apology.

You publicly warned people about us. I immediately came to you privately, answered your questions, went home to get the information you requested and provided documentation about who we are.

You then looked at what I provided and told me it looked legit.

There is no connection between SCORAS and those two other casino projects.

I'm not asking you to promote us.

I'm not asking you to endorse us.

I'm not even asking you to work with us.

I'm asking for an apology for putting this kind of suspicion around our name in the first place.

With the reputation and influence you have in this community, your words carry weight. I think you know that better than anyone.

Judge us by our own actions.

That's all I've asked from the beginning.

In the current market, so many online casino projects share similar features, layouts, or communication styles, which makes it very easy to draw hasty conclusions. @Scoras. Hhampuz is just being cautious since he was a victim of the previous casino that showing the same sign. He is just doing it for the sake of the community and you do a good job on being transparent about your casino credentials.

Many user will doubt you along the process of improving your casino but what important is your consistency on being transparent and active on dealing concerns.

You can't control what people think no doubt, but for someone as influential like Hhampuz, his statement can really take a toll on how people actually perceive the business of any company and that's why I think the SCORAS brand is trying to sort the situation out.

At the end, it all still boils down to the operation of SCORAS, for me they have been doing well because a casino whoose intention are bad would probably not look forward to adjusting to all the feedback they get from players and trying to fix complaints as well.

My little advice to the SCORAS team is that you guys should probably be under the radar of offers that are custom to most casinos in the crypto space. I understand that you are trying to create a buzzing environment and want players to know how serious you are, but making some crazy offers that look unbelievable will make people go crazy, as in the case you just described with your conversation with Hhampuz.

The SCORAS brand, for me, is doing well, but probably their approach is making people feel they are going too wild 😂. I don't know for certain, but that's my take.

That's valid and it's only proper for the safety of this community. But admit it, people who were able to read Hhampuz reminder will suddenly shift their opinion about Scoras. Especially that there's no explanation as to why he sees the need to be cautious of this online casino.

Well it's ok to feel suspicious about something based on your previous experience but Hhampuz is not just a regular forum member, he's one of the most reputable elite members in this forum and it has been a long journey of consistent hard work and trust. However, his comment would mean a lot and can cause significant impact on any situation here in this forum. Voicing out his suspicion in the public can cause harm to the casino's reputation.
Well It's a good thing their representative have cleared the air with legal documents proving their stand as a separate casino. I think Scoras is doing quite well, my experience so far with the casino has been great except that I've not tasted Mojo's bananas🍌

It’s just a warning, nothing really serious, especially if you are not doing anything wrong. Hhampuz is a well-respected member and has managed many campaigns, so people already know and trust him here.

But when it comes to your business, you are the ones building its reputation. So if you see something that needs an explanation, then you should address it, which I can see you already did. Maybe he was just showing his concern because he didn't call the casino a scam but said people should be careful. That is enough reason for the team to buckle up and do better.

I have been following up their thread since the beginning and it's been one thing to another. Though we know they are still on the way and improvements should be taken seriously if they want to build their brand to hold a good reputation in the forum.

Of course you can’t send pm since then forum has restricted newbies not to be sending personal messages except their rank is higher, so the best is for op to give you their Telegram username so that you could reach out to them quickly than having to share them publicly. You should do well to update here if your withdrawal has been successful withdrawn without having any further issues, as I know these are the common issues with most of the new casinos.
And yes some of them try’s as much as possible to make sure they gain their trust over here.

Personally i see the same way too, because of my personal experience on the casinos, I advice users to be carful with scoras, not that the casino is a scam but the upgrade mess their system up, alot, because my first withdrawal before the upgrade was fast and zero fees which is recommendable of them but subsequently after the upgrade I placed withdrawal request that took me almost 2 day's wirh multiple requests declines.

Such moves raise concerns from the community and not just me; I mean, it happens to all customers withdrawing.

I haven't read what Hhampuz wrote, but yes, people have to be careful, most especially now that you can't get your withdrawal as fast as possible without contacting support and waiting for an estimated time.
