I think the option to restrict newbies from sending pm is on default and this was done to reduce frequent unsolicited messages coming for newbies because they know they have nothing to lose even if their account were to be banned. There are so many newbies that are creating multiple accounts and making false complaints to spam the forum and it's good for such a restriction on newbie accounts. Telegram may be a good option but their have been so many complaints about scammers using the telegram app for deceitful chats that could end in scam.

I will agree with you here that if the SCORAS team kept their PM option open for newbies on the Bitcointalk forum, there wouldn't be any major problems.
But at the same time I will also say that if a player faces any problem with gambling and wants to report it to the social communities of that casino then there should be no problem if the social communities are official of that casino.
But the main problem here would be that Scoras may not have a Telegram group, they only have an announcement channel. But I think in all these cases there could be a better option, which Scoras has.
Anyway, for the reason that I came to this thread, has Scoras registered access for Bangladesh?

That’s not correct. The forum does not restrict newbies from sending personal messages to other members. However, there is an option that allows members to choose whether they want to receive personal messages from newbies or not.
On your profile page, click on Personal Message Options in the menu on the left, then you can choose whether to allow newbies to send you personal messages or not by ticking or unticking the "Allow newbies to send you PMs" box.

You should opt into receiving newbie PMs if you post offers in the marketplace, if you like answering newbie questions, if you're a moderator, etc.

I think the doubt can be removed with the ongoing service you provide, how you take care of the customer, and how the business goes. So as long as you explain to him faithfully, prove your business and service are legal, and don't have any trouble in the future, there should be no worry at all.


Just FYI for everyone, Hhampuz had a tragedy recently with a casino. You can see in his trust feedback, is also involved in one of my friend's local forums and has a vouch from a former Local Moderator Bitcointalk. So, with his experience:
- Managing a lots service and casino.
- Having due diligence skill for the project, service, or casino
- His experience getting scammed by some casino (even with a vouch from his friend and former Local Moderator Bitcointalk).

In 2021-2022, at the time there were some contests like Multiplier and other. If you want to be taken serious then I would start fixing the site instead of running giveaways with crazy rollovers. You say you listen to the feedback and so on, so why not fix the smallest things?

The Scoras team has actually downgraded the platform despite taking steps to upgrade it. They have only changed the UI, which isn't friendly for the users. Perhaps, they thought users would ignore all the issues if they give some bonus codes to the users. Yeah this is the part that doesn't sit right with me. Funneling people to the site while everything is still just gone, I mean bets and actual balance. It's coming up two weeks and I've reached out and asked about it multiple times with no real time frame.

I have had great, no issues betting with so many casinos advertised here but nothing like this, so I think people looking to sign up should think twice until they have shown things will get fixed.

Trust is not something you get one day, you grow it gradually and as a brand uts good that you understand this aspect. The forum doesn't moderate scam or thing like that, but when members sees a reason or two to raise concern, they can do that and it's up to you to address it.

Some brands? They don't understand these simple processes and thinks simply by running campaigns or contest they will build forum trust, it just doesn't work that way.

What about BSC network? Do deposit and withdrawal already working smoothly or your suggested network is only TRC20 for now since the last time withdrawal on BSC is not available/delayed.

Exactly as you said. It's possible in all types of crypto available in their website. For example, if you deposit BTC, you can withdraw using USDT TRC20, which currently is their most convenient withdrawal option right now.
