Do NFT still exist?
Because it's been long I even heard about it, so if they are issuing it out as part of the bonus, is like doing giveaway with something they knows that have no good market value. Though since it's not a must, and users are not obligated to take it, but it's quite weird that they are issuing such worthless things as bonus rewards, when they knows that it will do little to convince new players to try out the casino.

I don't know if others, but person like me will focus on other more valuable bonus rewards, with real monetary value than this NFT of a thing that has gone past it glory days.

It is a clever step to use NFTs outside the ordinary. Usually NFTs as a unique pieces of arts are made to be collectibles or to be sold. This time it is used as a way to unlock new features in the casino ecosystem. This goes beyond the classic vision to the NFT market and might lead to completely new orientation of the NFT as an almost dead trend. However, I hope that those NFTs to remain as an intermal gift within the casino and not to go to the market to be tradeble.

Haha this bet really failed because Chelsea played poorly in the second half, if you suppose as a fan of this team might be upset to see his game.
I thought the final score would not be in favor of Brentford, it turned out that the fate of Chelsea was more tragic.

I think it relates to their rule 8.16.

8.16. We reserve the right to withhold a fee of 10% from a withdrawal amount or decline the withdrawal request, in case the deposited funds requested to be withdrawn have not been put into play. Please note that your minimum bet turnover required for the withdrawal has to be equal to your deposit amount.

The Company allows no more than two payouts per day with no charges applied. If you exceed your daily payout limit, a 10% fee will be deducted from each payout.

I'm not sure if you were attempting a second withdrawal today, trying to withdraw funds before placing any bets, or if it was simply a system error. If this message appears right after signing up, I find that quite surprising.

Here they have explained that 1 withdrawal can be made for free within 24 hours and if a second withdrawal request is made within 24 hours, a 10% fee will be deducted. This issue will not give freedom to any gambler. Because gamblers deposit money and when they win, they withdraw some money. It also happens that after losing, they deposit again and again and withdraw some of it again to cover their losses. If there is such a rule, gamblers can turn away from this platform. they need to remove this type of ToS

The withdrawal fee shouldn't be a percentage of the withdrawal amount, and even if they reduce it to 1%, that would still be high.
They should charge users a fixed amount like other casinos, regardless of how many withdrawals the user has requested in the past 24 hours.

Bitcoin transfers have a transaction fee, I think the casino is generous enough to offer a free withdrawal every day.  It does make sense if they charge a processing fee after the free withdrawal is consumed.  I think this 10% fee is created to minimize frequent withdrawal requests, though I also agree that it is a bit huge. I think it would be better even  if the free withdrawal is removed and just charge the actual transaction fee instead, since people who are using Bitcoin for transactions understand that they have to pay for transaction fees.
