I guess that after waiving withdrawal fees for two first withdrawals each day per user, Reels.io want to charge withdrawal fee and it can be acceptable but I agree with you that charging 10% from the withdrawal value as withdrawal fee for a third withdrawal each day is too much.
I propose that rather than charging 10% of withdrawal value, Reels.io can simply set up a static withdrawal fee for 3rd+ withdrawals per user each day. It's a static fee so they will have to update it with time if necessary when for example Bitcoin blockchain has considerable change in on chain transaction fees.
Exactly, the penalty rate of 10% is too harsh, especially for big rollers. In case one needs to make a big withdrawal in the third attempt, the person would lose 10%, which can actually be a hundred or even thousands of dollars, just for making the third withdrawal in one day. So yeah a static charge after the first two withdrawals that would only cover the cost of the network is way more usual and appropriate in such a situation, If the purpose of the casino was just to prevent the users from making many small withdrawals, then I think a static fee is ideal.

The 10% fee should be worth all those counting that the system is going through. I don't know about any other casino applying this kind of fee 10% at every third withdraw per 24h.
This is actually a rare event, I also don't see any casino having this kind of payout or withdrawal system. It is either free of charge or charged depending on the transaction fee, or a fixed rate charge. Most important to know that almost all players are lazy to carefully read TOS before proceeding to accept them upon registration. Otherwise nobody would join reel.io casino. The casino just wait for the lucky one who want to save his winning from lost in playing and charge a high fee, or the money will stay in account waiting for the next day which is higher chance that the user will use them in more bets. It is not a genuine tactic to bet on users naivety but nothing to say as everything is written in the TOS. We understand your point, but we don’t think it’s fair to assume that this policy is designed to take advantage of players who don’t read the Terms. The withdrawal conditions are stated in our T&C and are available to review before playing. Players have two withdrawal series per day without this fee, and the 10% fee only applies starting from the third series within the same day. Well, that's actually true because it's the player's responsibility to read the ToS before they even start playing. It's publicly available, players just beed to take a little of their time to read and understand the important details they need to know such as this terms that there's a fee that will apply on the third withdrawal within the same day. I don't see any problem with this as long as the first two withdrawals will remain as free of charge. Players just need to be mindful of the number of times they withdraw in a single day if they want to avoid paying extra fees. Nothing is wrong with all of this and the users should take full responsibility after confirming that he agrees all the terms. But it is not wrong to discuss those terms. Why to apply such a fee? Why the third withdraw in exact? And the most important part, why it is that high (10%)? It is terribly high. The first direct explanation that can answer all this is that the casino is playing the trick game because nobody would accept those terms but nobody really reads it. They just click the button while they can just switch to another casino with flexible terms. As I said before, this is the first time to encounter this kind of fee terms.

ToS can be changed with time and discussions for raising need of user community are parts of important ideas for ToS updates. An online casino is created to serve users, to bring money to casino operators so generally customers first. They decide whether a casino succeeds with positive business revenue or negative one, so opinion from user community if valid, must be taken into consideration of possible ToS changes as one of top priorities. The online gambling industry is very competitive and gamblers certainly have many options to choose platforms for betting. They don't have limited choices, and they don't have any restriction to only use any online casino. The 10% extra charged fee for third withdrawal in a day and later withdrawals is too much, I agree with discussion here so far that it needs to be changed, lower it down.

Again, reading the terms is the player's responsibility. If they just accept the ToS without reading it especially the section with withdrawal informations such as minimum amount, fees, and so on, it will be their fault to missed this kind of information. This is also the first time I encounter this kind of terms and percentage of withdrawal fee. Most of the online casinos I've played at either they don't have a withdrawal fee or have a fixed eithdrawal fee depending on the crypto they used for withdrawal. So, maybe they can do anything about it or at least change the amount of fee when withdrawing funds for their players.

↗️ +438% IN LESS THAN A MONTH September has been an interesting month for Telegram Gifts. ❤️🔥 Some collections have shown impressive price growth over the month: 🎩 Witch Hat — +70.86%
🐈⬛ Scared Cat — +36.43%
🎁 Mad Pumpkin — +24.98%
📅 Desk Calendar — +24.53%
🔝 And one of the biggest movers was a Fabergé variant from Jingle Bells — approximately +438%.
Of course, past price growth doesn't guarantee that these gifts will continue moving in the same direction. But it's interesting to watch how the Telegram Gifts market develops and which collections attract the most attention. And here's where it connects with Reels.io: 🎁 You can receive an NFT / Telegram Gift with your first deposit. 🎁 You can also continue adding gifts to your collection through Daily Reload. So you don't necessarily have to buy every collectible directly on the market — some can be earned while playing on Reels.io. Which Telegram Gifts do you think are worth watching next? The 10% fee should be worth all those counting that the system is going through. I contacted the live support about the message regarding the 10% withdrawal fee that I see in my withdrawal page, and they told me that the message will disappear after making a deposit. Here is the response I received. Thank you for waiting! I see that you have not made any deposits or withdrawals on our project, and you may have this message, but don't worry. The system calculates this as the 3rd payout series for which a commission is charged, but after making a deposit, this message will disappear for you

Why only (?) after making a deposit but not automatically disappear after a day passes. Like if today you make 2 withdrawals, with a third one you will get that notification and 10% fee but if you cancel the withdrawal, tomorrow or next days you can withdraw your fund with a normal withdrawal fee. Requesting users to deposit just to get rid of that 10% withdrawal fee is like a scam. It's not 100% similar but double scam is like you must deposit more money to be approved with your current withdrawal request. Reels.io will have to seriously consider to change that term.

I have a feeling there's been a major misunderstanding here. The first two withdrawals are zero-fee. @hosemary didn't make any deposit or withdrawal. The information about a 10% fee appearing to him is a mistake – it's a bug on the website and should be fixed. (He can't make a withdrawal without a deposit - that's probably why the system got confused and shows this message.) Furthermore, the information about fee is clearly visible not only in their ToS but also in the withdrawal interface, so it's very transparent. If someone doesn't want to pay the 10% fee on the third withdrawal, they can safely wait until the next day and withdraw without a fee.

Their terms say that the first two series of withdrawals are free which means that you may be able to request more than two free withdrawals within a single 24 hour period. @hosemary didn't make any deposit or withdrawal. Right. According to what their support told me, the system behaves as if I have already made two series of withdrawals, which is clearly a bug.

Reels.io should make a simple conditional check in the backend so that these messages are hidden and are not shown to users who have no deposit or withdrawal history. What surprises me the most is to hear that a user's funds have been stuck for so long because of a simple bug yet you still haven't provided any solution for it. Instead of fixing the list they are telling the user to make another deposit so that it gets automatically solved, I honestly did not expect a response like this.

If this is true then this is not a bug it is a rule of their system. Don’t they themselves know about this rule or bug? Instead of making the user go around for so long they could have simply said that free withdrawal will not be available without a deposit. They could have also mentioned in their notice that if you want to make a free withdrawal, you must make a deposit first.

You’re absolutely free to discuss the terms and share your opinion about them. However, we don’t agree with the assumption that this policy is some kind of “trick” based on players not reading the Terms.

Different casinos use different withdrawal policies, and the fact that you haven’t encountered this particular model before doesn’t mean it is hidden or designed to mislead players.
No Sir, I think you are the one missing about withdrawal fees. Did you encountered a casino enforcing a percentage from the withdrawal amount as a fee? Would you please share it here? FYI, I suggest you take a look at this table: Withdrawal Fees and Withdrawal Amounts on Crypto CasinosAccording to that reference that was updated last August (Thanks Pmalek), there are 5 casinos with the most highest withdrawal fee: - bethash.io ; 0,002 BTC for 0,02 BTC minimum withdrawal amount. - vipgame.io ; 0,0005 BTC for 0,0015 BTC minimum withdrawal amount. - wolf.bet ; 0,0002 BTC for 0,0007 BTC minimum withdrawal amount. - paradice.in ; 0,0002 BTC for 0,002 BTC minimum withdrawal amount. - bitvest.io ; 0,00012 BTC for 0,0012 BTC minimum withdrawal amount. The list is for BTC withdrawal fees which should be the highest in any casino. None of them use a policy like yours. Yes your policy is somehow tricky considering the huge 10%.

From your screenshot I understood that if someone try to withdraw from an account without any deposit they will not get the free withdrawal feature but whenever someone makes a deposit the free withdrawal feature will be activated in their account. Yes, the withdrawal option is activated when you have anything to withdraw (no money = no withdraw option - simple as that). If this is true then this is not a bug it is a rule of their system.
This is a bug, for a very logical reason - you can't make a withdrawal without making a deposit first. Don’t they themselves know about this rule or bug?
They found out today about it and it was forwarded to their technical department: Yes, it looks like a bug in this case. Thanks for pointing it out, we’ll pass it to our technical team to check and fix.

He didn't have any funds because, as he wrote, he'd never made a deposit. Therefore, the information he saw was simply a bug.
