Okay thank you for drawing back my attention and now I understood what they are saying.. what I observed there is that they only permits the first / second withdrawal from their platform and whatever withdrawal that is requested after reaching the limit could either make more deposit and to pay off the 10% withdrawal fees. Although, I do not see any reason of constantly making withdrawal every day as if they reached their limits they could wait till the next day before they could initiate another withdrawal if they do not want to get involved with the fee aforementioned above.

I think there’s a misunderstanding here. The user didn’t have any pending or locked funds, and we didn’t ask him to make an additional deposit to release a withdrawal. He hadn’t made any deposit or withdrawal at all. The issue was simply that the 10% fee notification was displayed incorrectly on his account
