Frogbet need to resolve cases like yours first, then they will have to seriously review their processing internally, and make improvements on their speed of verifying user deposits, crediting it for users, and most importantly proceeding withdrawals for their users.

As I said in my earlier post, I understand your frustrations and would most likely feel annoyed just like you, but there's not much you can do apart from staying patient for now since many people are following your case closely at this point in time.

They did mention that they would resolve the remaining issues within 24 hours above which is why it's odd that your issue is still unresolved. They will need to address it though at some point or another to keep their reputation intact within this forum.

At least you still manage to have another experience playing on their website. It's better to think this way as one of the opportunities to explore and experience the casino. In this way, even if you end up losing all of your balance, you won't regret this action.

Incorrect! If that were the case, most of us wouldn't have agreed to review the site with our own funds in the first place. x5 wagering requirement is quite easy to cover while keeping losses minimal. This was never the issue. The real issues were above ones.

I was almost busted with my first deposit as well, but my luck was good enough, and I was able to get back my deposit. Which is actually another reason I played like that. This does not look good. The casino has a good potential and they could turn into a good platform if they wanted. However, I would read the scam accusation first before I write something about it.

Honestly, am a victim of this bonus model Frogbet runs and I should be joining this fight because my own deposit + winning was converted into a bonus that I did not consent to which is a loss on my side.. but am willing to give them the benefit of the doubt as this looks like a totally new platform and maybe some systems are a work in progress...but they can fix this with a balance restoration.

But again for a new platform, Frogbet  needed to be more present here on the forum because without BCT I/we wouldn't have have never played on the platform or known about them and they owe us the attention & resolution.

Am hoping come Monday a resolution is reached, because staying mute over the current issues doesn't send a good message especially after giving the community a timeline of getting back to us.

I believe this has happened to all active gamblers because it's not easy to wager such amount of money and expect to make profit and cash it out. My own side was that, I was unlucky, because I only won few games and the rest was a total lost till my bankroll was emptied. One thing with gambling is that, if you don't accept your losses and feel you can win back your initial capital before you know it, you will lose all your bankroll because it's beyond our own power to control our luck.

Funds have been stolen 14th September!  
They have replied 72 hours later since it was already evident the scam.

Despite they continue to say "soon""24 hours""the team" and other buzzy fresh words, no one has addressed after one week the scam (and they supposed to address in less than 24 hours).
It's evident they have just decided to confirm their reputation as scammer.  
At least I have avoided other users to fail on this and make a deposit attracted by "positive reviews" and "deposit bonus".
