Why would you give a casino a chance to hold onto your funds, moreover, when it has been shady of late? One thing I know is they are going to hold the multiple account thingy and will keep referring you to their terms of service.

Maybe the fair thing to do is to get you back your deposit if you never carried out any abuse or never used the other account, but with Frogbet's current reputation, I don't know if they can do that.

I mean, some casinos make it clear that they don't condone such behavior or acts from users, and even with the open notice, some users still behave ignorantly and do the same thing, so any actions taken by the casino in such cases, I think, are justified because it's something that's already made clear but in the case of where the user or player has no information about this then that's a different case.

You guys are way too naive and gullible frankly speaking. There are plenty of crypto gambling sites out there who steal player funds citing multiple accounts and other bullshit reasons using the TOS as a shield. One of the best examples is Betby betting provider.

He is absolutely lucky to receive the funds, given that there is a claim of multiple accounts to exploit bonuses, and of late Frogbet was involved in some reputation-related fiasco. Maybe they (Frogbet) are trying to clean up their reputation. It's a very long road for them, though, as trust is very fragile and once destroyed, it is very hard to build up again. It remains to be seen what happens in the long run.

Since if they left a statement stating that the user commits violation, this will leave some negative conclusion that maybe the casino just do a selective scamming.

They have taken the email registered in frogbet and used for luckyanon - the sister company used for another scam casino.
I have never registered there but my data have "migrated "by them for no reasons.  One of the shittiest things I have ever seen on a website like this.

I don't know why these sites have a kind of "vouch" but  just avoid the "brotherood of scam managers" it's so easy to read references/trusts and check what is reported.
I would not be on the users that would send documents or would wait a dozens of days a "24 hours deadline".

I get your point mate, well it turns out Frogbet is already on their way to being one of those shitty-ass casinos that probably don't have enough liquidity or came to scam users because the issue rising against them is starting to look too shady.

Am really curious about something, it's about casino that go through the long process to buy a domain, register and license their casinos, build the website interface, pay a whole lot for marketing, and then decides to scam users here over a some couple hundred of dollars, I really don't know how big the market space for them to gather up a lot of players but I feel most of the casino that go down this route don't actually get profits or am I missing something because am thinking the cost of starting a casino or even getting license, they must have presented a certain bankroll to get that so why then scam?

A gambling platform is a really profitable business.
All these sites are not a gambling sites because they are not even able to keep sustainable this businesses.  Clearly they are acting like "honey pot". 
That's why some users RUSHED to leave a positive trust once I have noticed they was completelly absent.
What is worst, they are trying to appear "reputable" like major gambling platforms - meanwhile there are already YEARS of issues with the same users invovled.

Just check few pages ago, or other scam accusations.  There are cases with "two months" of missing answers... would you use a website that size your money without answers... for how long time?
Here it was "too early only 7 days".
That's evident they don't know that initially (professional and honest gambling site with bitcoin) was paying/replying ... after a few minutes!

All of these sites have always the same scheme / you can verify by yourself the trust reference I have left:
- bug platform with non-sense gambling - here you can bet "negatevely". You achieve 0 or a negative result... The amounts of bug in their shitty plaform was already overwhelming.
- cheap domain, most of the time the are using with a few months still available (rarely more than a couple of years)
- licenses used for previous scam, hence there is already no reputation
- adversited by some "mammals" here for a few weeks. despite the coackroaches insist that they are "trusted" , you can verify that most all of their project would turn in a scam.
- selective scam. it would easy to pay few bucks to some users, and maybe take some large win or deposit.
