I remember that someone had already created a thread about the same topic you are discussing here. And honestly, I do think it can be considered gambling. I used to make bets with my friends about how many vehicles would pass in front of our house, so this type of betting is not something new to me.

I have to wonder what sort of sad life you might be going through if this constitutes entertainment for you, it's akin to betting on how long until paint dries. It's even worse when you see other people donating to these kind of streamers to perpetuate what they're doing and sometimes they end up with hundreds if not thousands of people watching. There are so many more entertaining things you can stream online - whether it's watching games or actual shows. I can understand somebody betting on football, sport or even esports that have a competitive element involved but there's just no competition here. It's not even fun like will this person choose the correct location around the world from an image in a geoguesser game. Truly astounding.

The longer the game progresses, but to be honest, I don't like this type of game because in the end, it's not worth it for me.

Indeed, if you see at a glance the stakes look simple because we only need to predict things that often happen in life like the video you gave OP but in the end this can actually make us carried away and destroyed slowly because of defeat.

Well, talking about randomness a lot of casino games are random so I would not say that this one is any different from those ones. But like you said it is a fair game and I agree with that, the results cannot be manipulated and assuming this is a casino game there would be no need to be confused about if it's provably fair or not. The question is, can the casino take advantage of this game to be in profit? Since it's not under their control would there be anything as a house edge on this game in particular? I kind of agree with you on the fact that it's a boring game, not sure a lot of gamblers are interested in it.

There will always be profits for the players in the casino, but not as much as there are for the casino owners. What I see as different now is that since the pandemic, the demand for casino players has increased. This is for obvious reasons; the only way to make money was through social media. It's something that forced us all to change our lifestyles.

Since then, things have been different. Now there are more players, but the casino will always maintain its profits, regardless of the circumstances. That's just how the gambling industry works.

And the person who is showing and betting in the video is an influencer and he makes videos for different companies, not only this video, he bets big amounts on different types of games and videos them and his balances are not his own deposits, the company reloads them for him. I've seen this a lot of times on TikTok, actually, I think he was live streaming even some gamblers I saw on social media was streaming this kind of gambling where it was an intersection and they were counting the cards, I think he bet around 15 cars are going to drive in around 3minutes something like that and end up losing by 1 car, and get frustrated by that, I mean I don't really have any kind of thing about it, and people are free to do with there money, for me if they wanted to play that game then they can do it, it doesn't matter how kind of game it is as long as someone was willing to do the bet on it. I have seen similar but slightly different videos, because the betting pattern or the conditions were different in the videos that I have seen. In those videos, the person is not actually betting on how many cars will cross, but he was betting on the speed of the vehicles passing through a line drawn. For example, if you bet below 50mph, and no car crosses that is going above 50mph, you win the bet, and the same goes for above and exact speed. The odds are different for each option because it is based on the possibility of that thing happening.

People bet on almost everything now, they are just willing to make money that’s why they sees every thing as a game and gamble to become successful or rich, and many are getting addicted to gambling in the sense that they can bet on anything within themselves. They can stand and try to predict an outcome, the two of them can decide to bet, one will have to win while both of them are not sure of the outcome.
