Why would you bother mislead with "no kyc" advertising, when you are asking KYC for the same reasons that any casinos are. And when you check what's this "no kyc" policy from the ToS, there's no such thing mentioned. You are only downplaying it by saying "sometimes", which is the policy of every casino out there. They are asking it when they are legally required to do so. Saying No KYC right at the title just gives a signal that you are being dishonest. So good luck with that start. Fair criticism. The “No KYC” wording in the title was a mistake on our side, and we’ve removed it. We don’t want to advertise something that our Terms don’t support. KYC isn’t required from every user by default, but we can and do request verification when required under our compliance procedures. We’re new to the forum and there will probably be a few things you guys catch that we can improve. When you’re right, we’ll say you’re right and fix it. Appreciate you calling this one out.

And good catch on the KYC point. The “No KYC” wording in the thread title was an error on our side and we’ve corrected it. We’d rather clarify that now than try to hide behind some fine print later.
Power.win does not require KYC from every user by default, but there are circumstances where verification may be required in accordance with our Terms and compliance obligations.
I appreciate your team response on community questions and demand, in my opinion this action truly shows your team professionalism. Terms are clear, and can be checked by everyone so KYC is KYC, not at the start, but there are terms and situations for KYC at Power.win so it's not no KYC completely. Remove that no KYC term is your team's very good decision, it makes your casino and any advertisement more accurately about your business. There is nothing bad to obey with laws and regulations from governments but it's better if a business treats users transparently and fairly. Like from now, without no KYC in your business advertisement, people will quickly know that they will have to do KYC and if they want to search, what they search will be like any situations when they are free from KYC. It's very big different than saying no KYC, then people believe it and later have to do KYC.

This is provably what you need to look at in the thread. Real user experience especially if it came from high ranking and reputable members is really valid to look at. You can easily identify if somehow is shilling, since usually they are using repetitive words and their comments or post don't have any substance. If you really want to try them then go, but make sure to use small amount to test. To avoid experiencing big losses in your first try. For sure you won't get any nice experience if you lost huge amount of money when doing test play in their site.

Now this is a good response from a casino, good job I posted in the topic of another casino before that used the NO KYC term but could ask for KYC in the fine print, and they refuse to clarify and be more honest about that My suggestion is that you could add maybe "Register without KYC" This way you show that you are a casino that do not ask for KYC just for registering, but you reserve the need in some cases to prompt the user for that

I'm using Globe as well. Not Fibr though, Home Prepaid. But they're the same, right? Perhaps the restrictions depend on where you are located in the country?
Probably, I mean, if you can't access the website, I should also not be able to access it, but I can, so logical to think that the restriction depends on which region of the country we are located in. We’re new to the forum and there will probably be a few things you guys catch that we can improve. When you’re right, we’ll say you’re right and fix it.

Great, quick action from your team's part, forum members tend to be critical about casinos claiming they are something that they are not, forum members prefer honesty here.

Welcome to our community and it’s a pleasure to see the Power’s team here. My wanted questions are already asked by the previous members and are clear when it comes to KYC procedure and also licensing which is very important and a green flag to any player whose ready to have fun.
I really liked that you also offer Poker rooms, nowadays this thing is rare because obviously casinos are afraid of fighting manipulators and lose their own gamblers, it’s like the third casino among thousands that I saw offering Poker platform.

Just curious, what internet provider are you using? I'm using Globe fibr and I can access the website, it looks like there are still some internet providers in the country that are not blocking unregulated websites. It’s also block to me when I’m using converge ISP. I was eager to check the website since the casino seems offer a good feature but here comes the ISP ban again. I wonder if Philippines is also listed on this casino ToS? It’s scary to access casino that has warning message from PAGCOR.

I wonder if Philippines is also listed on this casino ToS? It’s scary to access casino that has warning message from PAGCOR. It seems the government is so strict towards online gambling in your country. But if you look at their TOS. Players from the following countries and their territories ("Restricted Countries") are not allowed to deposit and play real money games: Afghanistan, the Canadian Province of New Brunswick, China, Cuba, the Central African Republic, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Libya, Myanmar, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Syria, the United Kingdom, the United States of America, Yemen and Venezuela. The Company cannot guarantee successful processing of withdrawals or refunds if the player breaches this Restricted Countries policy. Philippines is not listed, maybe that blocking is automatically set up by your ISP and government request that. So no people can access those illegal gambling sites in their jurisdiction. Read also here https://power.win/terms it was been mentioned. I have seen that issue about gambling site blocking and maybe Philippines will be added on crypto casinos block list in future.

I believe it is an action from the government in Philippines because in the nation, government is very strict with blocking sites they don't see fit. Time to time, there are stories about that shared in this forum and stories belong to many industries, not only online gambling industry. bitcointalk banned in the Philippines.List of websites blocked in the Philippines.Looks like Tumblr is banned in the Philippines.

Welcome to the forum, your announcement thread is actually very attractive and I’m sure a lot of people will be interested to check out your casino.
I checked out your casino and to be honest, I love what I’m seeing, the registration was easy for me and that’s one thing that I love first about a casino. The design of your casino site is simple and elegant.

- Climb the ranks: from The Underdog to The Top Dog, every tier lifts your rakeback and cashboost % - VIP Transfer: already have status at another casino? Live support matches it instantly
Seems that you have little information about these 2 things while I think these 2 things can be considered as your selling points of your casino. I cant find detailed information about the VIP tiers, its benefits and its common wager requirement to achieve every tier like what is available in most casinos. Am I missing something here? Surprisingly I cant even know what is my own account tier/level. I wanted to contact your live support but I cant even find a way to do it because once I clicked the customer service icon, it shows like a FAQ page only. No option to talk/chat with live support. There is also something need to be fixed here as the information is cut off because as you can see in below screenshot, I tried to resize my browser screen from smaller screen up to max but it does not help:

I am actually interested about the sport books as that is my most favourite game that I do bet, although I have interest about crash games and plinko. I would want to know about the no kyc aspect of the casino. Does it mean when there is need for kyc the casino wouldn’t in any means request for verification even after suspecting that the gambler is gambling illegally? Because there are some gambling site that said of no kyc but at last when they suspect of illegal betting or gambling they wouldn’t mind asking the said gamblers to pass through verification before they could be permitted to have access to their winning?

Do you use the same ISP from that guy? Of course the block will vary depending on your connection and location There are two different types of blocks: 1. The casino will block your registering based on the IP 2. The ISP that owns your internet connection will now even allow you to access the casino I am actually interested about the sport books as that is my most favourite game that I do bet, although I have interest about crash games and plinko. Is the giveaway quoted below related to your casino? I just saw someone post it on the gambling discussion board. Would be nice if you can clarify if it is related to your casino or not. I came across this PowerWin giveaway where they're giving away the new iPhone Fold. Apparently you just need to like + RT the post, tag 2 people, and add your PowerWin username.
They're saying winners will be announced after Apple's launch event on Sept 9.
Has anyone here entered? Also, does anyone know if they've done similar giveaways before and actually announced the winners? Just curious before participating.

I think the op was skeptical because it's a newly launched casino. But since the casino now has a presence on the forum and is also running a signature campaign that's managed by a reputable manager, I think it will help to reduce some level of doubts for those who would like to participate from the forum.

It displays the Canadian flag and says your casino has a Canadian license, but there's no link proving your casino is licensed in Canada. Did you forget to include the link to the Canadian license? Could you provide the link that proves your casino is licensed in Canada? Because all I saw was a Costa Rican license. Another point I found strange, but I've seen it in other new casinos, is the following:
When you click the license icon next to the Canadian flag, it redirects you to a Tobique Gaming Commission license validation, and apparently, after searching for a bit, Tobique Gaming Commission is a First Nation license provider located in Canada. Well, after reading your post I went to check that out. When I saw that he put up the Canadian flag, the first thing that came to my mind was: " Canada is a first-world country and getting a license must be very difficult, unlike Curaçao and Costa Rica", so I immediately thought that if they really have such a license, then they might be a very influential casino and have physical offices in Canada. That's what crossed my mind at the time, and that's why I asked. But after reading your post I researched more about this license and to my dismay I see this: The Complete Guide to Tobique Gaming License: Explained by Rikk iGaming Lawyers https://rikk-law.com/en/blog/complete-guide-to-tobique-gaming-licenseThat's when I realized it's not something different from having a Curaçao license. From what I've read, this license can be acquired more quickly compared to having a Curaçao license, and according to the article, this license is also cheaper compared to the Curaçao license. In any case, I hope the casino provides good services and that we don't see scam accusations against them.
