Are you guys Jackbit.com? I was looking around, searching for information about your casino and saw an article about "Jackbit.com rebrands as Jack.com". I also found Jackbit.com's thread here, and when you click the image in their announcement thread, it redirects you to Jack.com. If you are Jackbit.com, out of curiosity, what is the reasoning behind the rebranding?

After reading this I did a check on the casino and it made me become more curious as to why they had to rebrand and create a new thread when they have an already existing thread. They could have just made an official announcement with regards to their branding for the community to know and continue with the old thread if they have nothing to hide or worry about.
Maybe OP should give us more details so we could know.

I will agree that the former owner has sold Jackbit which was why the new owner rebranded the name since, he cannot operate with the old name.

However, if the casino is still owned by the real owner and it was just a name rebrand due to bad reputation. How are we sure that they wouldn't still try to scam customers again using this gambling site. Let the OP come and clear the air why the rebrand of name from the former.

If it's already sold and there is a proof of it, then that means that the company itself together with rebranding has changed hands already for the new management.

There's the doubt now if they'd operate just as the same and how the community is reacting right now is valid.

And with the new management, maybe they can do better or there's the puzzle and this one how they'll take things based from the past reputation of the former brand has got.

Is solving “many” cases enough or wouldnt it be more appropriate to solve “all” the pending cases? And to be honest, why the rebranding? I am not supporting either the casino or the victim but from a neutral point of view I dont think it is ideal to simply rebrand and start from scratch again. You need to provide valid reasons justifying the negative tag from your previous account.

This isnt a video game where you can simply restart the game. People’s money is at risk and some members are demanding justification regarding the issue. I wanted to welcome you with an open mind thinking of you as a new casino. However thanks to my fellow members, I think they did some pretty good research into OP’s history.

The new casino operators could know about a previous brand reputation in this forum or could not know about it but when intending to buy a business, they should carefully check that business reputation in general. They possibly did not know about this forum, reputation of that casino in this forum, but likely know about that casino reputation generally in gambling industry.

This is a good step on rebuilding their reputation. I don’t have any idea about the full extent on how profitable the previous brand in able for them to acquire it instead of just building from scratch since resolving all previous issue will probably cost a lot of money.

I doubt that they will start solving all the previous issue that was done by the previous owner but it will be a solid move on building their reputation.

It is almost impossible to change usernames in bitcointalk except for few accounts under specific circumstances. And usually it be made public that the username has been changed.
Overall you don't need to change account's username since you can create new accounts and them to official representatives team.

I'm really impressed with this comment and I appreciate your transparency, when I first received your Ann thread notification from my telegram bot I thought jack.com was a new casino, but I later realized it was a rebrand.

However, welcome back to the forum and it's good to have you here again, from what I have read so far, jackbit didn't scam anyone, they were accused and the accusations has simply been resolved.

The same goes for those who put scam accusations on their TrustPilot page. For all we know, those were just disgruntled users who drained their bankroll on failed bets.
Everything on that site can easily be manipulated; I wouldn't put a penny of trust in that review platform.
What's good, though, is that Jack's reps were always quick to answer complaints there. That should tell you they value their user's feedback. Hopefully, that attitude will remain the same throughout their future operations.

I was also played to believe that this is a new casino when I saw the name and how fresh the thread was, but it was when I read through the thread I knew that they are actually jackbit, but that being said, coming out clean to inform everyone is good and it shows sincerity, but it still do not guarantee anything because we live in a world where anything is possible, but  they still wouldn't be too trusted until the old case against them is settled, that's why the logical thing they should be doing now is to go back to those thread and look for a way to settle or counter all what they are being accused of, if not most people will still see their casino as a danger zone, which is not good for the growth of the casino.

Based on those stats, I'd say it's mostly related to RTP and bonuses. 1 withdrawal complaint was posted a couple of months ago and was already answered.

One of the reasons why gamblers complain whenever there's a slight delay during withdrawal is most likely that they are impatient to wait for approval. Things get a lot worse whenever the withdrawal takes longer than expected. When I saw the name of the thread I was also confused, I had to read comments so I don’t get misled, it’s totally a new thread, which can make most people think that it’s a new Casino, when we have so many different jacks, people would definitely require clarity in such a situation that they’ve previously had some sort of reputation cases, they should’ve informed the forum on their previous thread, I think that would’ve helped people to understand what is actually going on, gaining trust is something that should be important, anyone that wants to have something to do with them would ask for that guarantee of transparency because anything can happen.

Yes it is certain that Jackbit.com has started their new journey through Jack.com. When you enter Jackbit.com it is automatically redirected to Jack.com URL. They got Red Tag on their previous account and why did they start it anew. It seems that their design has also been changed a bit I can't remember exactly what their previous design was like. They don't want to lose their old players even though they're starting anew, which is why they've redirected their old domain URL to the new domain.
