From my perspective, so long as Jack.com is under new management, they can actually improve. Isn't it obvious that the reason why the casino is under new management is literally that the previous owner couldn't manage it by making things right? No matter how solid you think that evidence is, it won't matter in the future if the new management does things differently from the previous owner.
They are not under new management but the same management and renew brand. You can see the quoted comment below to understand it better. Or click on the quoted link to read more on from the representative. They came with new name for cleaner operation a d service delivery. And we pray that what they have said should be accomplished. The former domain was simple and good likewise this current domain. They are not new and no new management or the domain changed. Alright if that's the case, then they really need to clear up their previous issues if they really want to make improvements on their site. However, from the information you provided concerning their rebranding, it seems they want to correct their errors from the previous site, but it's concerning why they decided to leave the previous domain and rebrand to a new one, while they could have sorted out all their customers' previous complaints and improved in any other way they didn't. Actually, rebranding will even cost more than sorting out previous complaints with customers; well, it's their service, and they also know the reason they chose to rebrand rather than sort out issues with previous customers.

I totally understand what you are thinking, but I don't think we can ever really find out the reason for them switching different domain name rather than sticking with the old one. I don't want to speculate on why, but maybe there are a number of reasons. But my main concern is whether the old issues are being taken care of or not, irrespective of the field they are functioning in today. If it is the same management, how they dealt with the previous issues will remain relevant to any users who are thinking about using it.

Is solving “many” cases enough or wouldnt it be more appropriate to solve “all” the pending cases? And to be honest, why the rebranding? I am not supporting either the casino or the victim but from a neutral point of view I dont think it is ideal to simply rebrand and start from scratch again. You need to provide valid reasons justifying the negative tag from your previous account.
They have rebranded under a more recognizable name, something that does not come cheap. On the other hand, rebranding can save time and reduce costs, especially if the previous brand had already established a large user base. The consequence is clear: if they have an inherent responsibility to resolve all past issues, I believe they have taken that into account.

I just signed up and found an offer that's different from other casinos. You can deposit $50 and get 100 free spins with no strings attached. I'd like to hear from previous players. Are there any complaints about this promotion? I'm a little concerned about the sudden KYC request, especially if you win more than your deposit.

The name they rebranded to really suits the casino best. There is also an old casino here in the forum with the same initial names. This new brand, which I can’t call new owners since most of the old team are still part of them, has also taken it upon themselves to pilot the issue of the old brand and get it fixed, like they have said on this thread that it’s all been resolved, which is good. Some of the arguments which are seen on this thread could have been avoided if they had announced with their old forum account on their ANN that this new name was their rebranded one. It could have saved the stress of the question of if they are trying to hide the old identity or not, which the new brand has been very transparent enough to answer and address all those issues. Let's hope this continues this way, especially as the new brand has made the KYC policy obvious that they require KYC on their policy. I don’t think anyone have tried them out since the rebranding, but their have been a user who confirmed the bonus from their telegram page. Pay attention to the bolded parts, as its important for the bonus so that you don’t miss it out or misunderstand it. Since jackcasino X account isn't accessible in my region, so I checked their telegram instead and found something interesting about the promo details. There's a Wednesday Bonus, deposit $50 and get 100 no-wagering free spins, but it can only be played on one specific game. Also, the code has to be claimed within 3 hours after depositing, meaning once the deposit goes through the bonus needs to be activated fast or it might expire even after depositing.
I'm a little concerned about the sudden KYC request, especially if you win more than your deposit. The casino is no longer a NO-KYC casino. Like the old brand claims, this one is full KYC. Have it in mind: you can be asked to submit KYC under any circumstance, and you don’t have to see it as something which is tied with winning, but consider it as part of their already existing policy.

Whatever strategy they follow, their games are very updated at the moment, and it will attract different people because there are different facilities and the amount of deposit bonus is more attractive. This opportunity is there to attract gamblers as a welcome bonus. So in this current situation, if you have made up your mind to gamble, then choosing this platform will be a very wise thing to do.

I don't play at jackbit so I don't know much about JACK, but because of your explanation I am more careful

If you come across any issue that hasn’t been resolved or closed and you believe it deserves our attention, feel free to bring it up. We’re open to discussing it and addressing any legitimate concerns. But as of today, all previously existing issues have been successfully resolved and closed.
Since you didn't deny even in the slightest the connection from the previous brand, and you know well that it could possibly risk the rebranding, but still you didn't deny it and you seem pretty confident, I think you are telling the truth. But you know, gaining trust from the community is not easy. Since the new brand is under new management, I just hope things like before won't happen again and will be solved right away, and that you can slowly gain back the community's trust. Welcome and good luck.

From official posts of Jack.com team here about changes from rebrand to owner and team members, the connection between Jack.com and a previous brand is considerable, not mild. They replied about that, gave that information to community after the community did searched and found something, raised questions to the team, so it seems Jack.com wanted to confirm such information for the community, no reason to lie about the company changes. But you know, gaining trust from the community is not easy. Since the new brand is under new management, I just hope things like before won't happen again and will be solved right away, and that you can slowly gain back the community's trust.
Reputation of a business takes a lot of time and decent development efforts, and it's very important for any business but it can be damaged or destroyed very easily and quickly. Let's see how Jack.com company will develop their business and its reputation from now, but generally my best wishes to them.

The challenge jack.com will have at the initial stage of this is to build back their trust in the community, because when their is no trust or fate in their casino, they will definitely struggle to attract top users, so if they can win back the trust of user in the community, it will only be but a matter of time before they start experiencing a new surge of inflow of new users in their casino, that's why they need to focus more on building back their reputation and trust in the community, so that user wouldn't be skeptical of making deposits and gambling with their casino.

It is good to have a reputation and this is when you are being trusted by what you offer, there is still more time for them to prove this and other users will also attest to the fact that they are trusted or not with time. I have seen some situations whereby the operators of a particular casino are unable to achieve their maximum expectation with their casino because it was not effectively managed, gambler's nose what they want and will definitely appreciate every iota of sincerity in quality service delivery from a casino.

I see that you guys delivered a Ferrari to Arman Tsarukyan and he’s now your ambassador, this shows you guys are actually taking your casino to another level, that’s wonderful. Here’s the link to watch how they delivered a Ferrari to Arman who’s now there ambassador https://x.com/JackCasino/status/2095950022919524475?s=20. One thing I have noticed is that you guys are actually a no KYC casino but you guys still request for KYC in cases of suspected fraudulent activity. However you guys are no KYC casino as a general rule in your casino, regardless of how much people win and that’s a good one if that’s the case.

Looking at their T&C, there are actually some clear rules about KYC like asking for ID check when something looks suspicious, also documents needed to verify an account. But checking the OP or the thread title again, there is no mention that this casino is no KYC. So it makes sense for them to ask for verification, since there was never any official claim about being no KYC from the start. Maybe some other members who already played here can share their experience, whether verification is required before making a withdrawal, or if there are certain conditions that trigger it. So if that condition never happens, a player can keep playing without KYC.

Some of the arguments which are seen on this thread could have been avoided if they had announced with their old forum account on their ANN that this new name was their rebranded one. Exactly. Casinos failed to do this even when they are about to go under maintenance. That makes gamblers hope that they are going to another rebrand and their data will be transferred to the new domain/database dashboard. If casinos pre-tell gamblers that they are moving to another domain, why the account of a gambler was blocked, they are going for maintenance and others information before executing the action, most of these accusations and drama we are seeing daily will not be rampage. Not being open minded by casinos are the cause of many issue around them.

I like those casinos telling or write upfront information about those procedures. Because there's no surprise KYC will going to happen if that situation came.

Honestly, I'm shocked that I see so many amazing domains in crypto space. Jack.com is definitely a very premium domain and I want to welcome you on this forum but one thing that really annoys me very much these days is that every crypto casino that creates an ANN thread on this forum, visually looks like a copy/paste. The competition is so big that almost everyone offers amazing rewards these days, the only exception is that when casino is new, they offer better rewards than others. I'll really appreciate if at least there will be some design improvements in casinos in general. https://jack.com/en/appBy the way, creating a shortcut is far from installing an app. This is just a shortcut creation for smartphone and desktop users.

If their casinos are not no-KYC, they all have terms in ToS and Privacy pages about situations when KYC will be required or required after account registration. They don't have to announce about that in any other platforms, only writing it in their ToS, Privacy pages is enough. It's only important to show that they are frankly advertising about their casinos by doing a simple thing: don't shill their casinos as no-KYC. It will be enough for visitors to go to their websites and check terms about KYC, or ask about KYC in this announcement thread for example. Writing no-KYC to advertise a brand, while there are terms in ToS to ask users about KYC is not only confusing but like trapping their users.

https://jack.com/en/appBy the way, creating a shortcut is far from installing an app. This is just a shortcut creation for smartphone and desktop users. Few casinos I know are using this shortcut, including Stake, and a few other casinos in this forum only. A few others I have actually seen have a real app; they can start from there and see how much players are actually using it. Maybe they can consider building their own app which won't be linked or just be a shortcut. Writing no-KYC to advertise a brand, while there are terms in ToS to ask users about KYC is not only confusing but like trapping their users.
That is one error the old brand did, and so many new casinos which come here to advertise have been doing it. I’m glad this new brand has corrected that impression. I really don’t get the idea behind that deceitful marketing strategy when it won’t be long for such lies to come to the open.

I like as they are clear that they will ask for KYC over something as little as winning more that your deposit, this simply means they require KYC to make withdrawals. Therefore, it is up to anyone to decide if they are going to submit KYC documents to be able to freely use the platform or decide to try somewhere else. They have some nice bonus like the 100 FS upon deposit of at least $50 but the condition surrounding that too is a little complicated and makes it very easy to lose. But since it is a bonus with no wagering requirements, I think those conditions are fair. If not of the KYC requirement, I would have been excited to use them.

Welcome back to the forum. It's a good thing you guys decide to rebrand your casino from Jackbit and still use a name that identifies and shares a resemblance with your previous name. I have gone through your website, it looks pretty cool and easy to navigate. Thumbs up.
