If you are Jackbit.com, out of curiosity, what is the reasoning behind the rebranding?

It's about that issue that most crypto-casino nowadays use, too; presents themselves as a No KYC online casino then their ToS says there is.
That's just my speculation, though. It could be any number of reason.

Welcome to Bitcointalk, once again even though your previous owners company was live here before and had a really terrible reputations, well now that you have rebrand and made another enterence into this space I am sure you team is going to rewrite the wrong it previous owners did while they were active in the market.

I will agree that the former owner has sold Jackbit which was why the new owner rebranded the name since, he cannot operate with the old name.

However, if the casino is still owned by the real owner and it was just a name rebrand due to bad reputation. How are we sure that they wouldn't still try to scam customers again using this gambling site. Let the OP come and clear the air why the rebrand of name from the former.

Looks like this might be the main reason why they have rebranded from Jackbit to just Jack.
Based on this post, Jackbit is owned and operated by a company named Ryker B.V. However, if you check Jack's casino site now, you'll see that they are now owned and operated by Data Link Digital B.V.
I assume they also now have a different license (I can't find the license from their previous brand).
The question is: is it really just a company change? Just like what Ruttoshi has said, we all know too well that lots of companies can still be owned and operated by the same person. Not that there's something wrong with that.

Ys, it is indeed the same brand and i dont know that in the first place when talking with them until when it comes to ann thread creation but they never scam anyone based on my research.

Glad you said it could be another reason which indeed another reason because they worked on changing their username before creating this new account and ann thread but the changing process is taking like forever from Theymos end so they decided to create an account using their new branding name which is what advise to do while they lock the previous thread.

I dont know what you mean by not having good reputation aside from the no KYC which is already amended because the issue raised about withdrawal are paid the last time i checked

I don't know about article you said but I know that ownerships can be changed and new owners can have different decisions like rebranding or keeping the casino name but resolving valid cases in the past.

I knew at least one casino like this in the forum, it's Betcoin.ag.
They did not have good reputation years ago but recent years, their reputation changed positively after new owner resolved cases and continue with good operations.

Not sure about Jackbit ajd Jack.

I don't know about article you said but I know that ownerships can be changed and new owners can have different decisions like rebranding or keeping the casino name but resolving valid cases in the past.

What I can say is that, in my opinion, every gambler who has researched the amount of money online casinos spend on domains, licenses, games, and professional website creation millions of dollars just to con people.
When they resolve the withdrawal problem for users who adhere to their TOS, I think they have accomplished enough in terms of reputation.

Welcome to the forum. I see that your casino has a very nice design, and after researching more about your casino, it seems to have been operating for several months. I say this because of the scam accusations I saw against your casino on Trustpilot. Whether they are true or not, I don't know, but the fact is that there are scam accusations against your casino. For example:

June 2026: your casino had 1 scam accusation (the person accused your casino of requiring KYC during withdrawals). But this is strange because I read the following in your casino's terms of service:

Client Identification

The Client Identification Program is to be carried out:

- before any financial transaction can be made;
- when there is any doubt about the authenticity, veracity, or adequacy of the previously obtained Clients’ identification data.
- requires Clients to provide proof of identification and if necessary, proof of residence;
- and does not under any circumstances permit any transaction to be made with incomplete identity and if needed residence verification information.

Was he supposed to do KYC before making a deposit, or am I missing something?

Although I see the casino representative responding to some of these accusations, this still doesn't guarantee that the casino has resolved these problems, and frankly, for a new casino to have this number of scam accusations in the first few months of operation is not good for its image. I hope that here in this forum we don't see casinos making scam accusations against your casino anytime soon.

I was almost surprised seeing people throwing in all their welcoming messages, but I can for certain say I remember this green theme from a mile away...and after reading your comment it now made sense with the rebrand theory or is it just a name change.

Good looking ANN op though the site seemed to lag somewhat when loading the homepage on my S23 Ultra implying that it requires immediate optimization on mobiles specifically. I don't know much about the whole Jackbit drama though the connection doesn't help.

Y'all really need to clarify exactly what's going on here immediately and prove to the community that nobody from Jackbit are involved with this new site.

While it is true that complaints don't necessarily mean that a casino is really doing something wrong, on the other hand we shouldn't dismiss them simply because there are valid reasons for the complaints. So I believe it's best to remain neutral on the allegations mentioned above.

I'm more interested in the KYC point, as this appears in the policy, which suggests the verification could take place before financial transactions. Probably the representative can give an example about how this is implemented in practice, most especially when KYC is required on withdrawal. Thank you for your response, I will be pleased.

Your assumption could be right, in fact it seems as the account previously changed mail which increases the suspicion to what you just said right away. However if they are still the same gambling site then I do not see any reason to rebrand just to gain back people attention, instead they should be able to work on their reputation and then gain it back instead of having to go rebrand. I believe even if they rebrand there is also a higher tendency that they could still repeat what tarnishes their name already.

I think this rebranding should be a step to do more better and to expand more, your casino is actually good, your site and ANN thread is very good.

If the platform is owned by new management, then you are welcome to the forum. However, based on what other forum members are saying about the former domain or the platform's previous management, I decided to check the link provided in the second reply here. It directed me to the official Announcement thread for Jackbit.com. The thread is locked. I also checked the representative trust to confirm the reason for the negative feedback, and I also noticed that the representative recently changed the email on their account. They were active on 14 August.

However, it would be much better if you stay active, and responding to relevant questions, and share other information about the new domain, so everyone's mind will be at ease.
