Yes it is certain that Jackbit.com has started their new journey through Jack.com. When you enter Jackbit.com it is automatically redirected to Jack.com URL. They got Red Tag on their previous account and why did they start it anew. It seems that their design has also been changed a bit I can't remember exactly what their previous design was like. They don't want to lose their old players even though they're starting anew, which is why they've redirected their old domain URL to the new domain.

If the old account really got a Red Tag like mentioned above, that sounds like a more likely reason than just a delayed name change request. A Red Tag is a sign that an account went negative because of some report or case. So if that is really what happened, it should be explained too, is it fixed now or not, and people here need to know about that so trust among members can be rebuilt.

The possible reason of the rebrand can be related to the change of the operating company (I read it on few articles) so high possibility it was sold then the new owner decided to rebrand it.

The main issue with the previous brand (at least here in this forum) was that they presented themselves as a NO-KYC platform when, on the contrary, they in fact have a KYC policy.
