Fast, but not really quick. For me, I still wouldn't put them in the top 5 casinos here, but at least they are clearly trying to build their reputation. Their marketing has been running for months already AFAIK, and so far they have managed to maintain a decent image. I also haven't seen many serious scam accusations against them, so it looks like they are really trying to build trust for the long term. Because of that, I wouldn't immediately doubt what they are saying. As for using a VPN, i expect that it will solve a problem rather than creating one for its users.

Others dont allow to use VPN to access games, because nobody complain on that. I think Bitz clients were complaining that they cant access games and threatened to leave to gamble in other casino. Bitz took decision to add VPN feature. I dont know from which country Bitz has more clients. I think answer to your question is hidden behind users registration location and game providers game regional settings.

Certainly, a move and choice like this one by a casino would make sense if the bulk of their gamblers were geographycally located in countries which are unfavored by third party providers or slot providers.
Though, I would have imagined that allowing and providing their gamblers with those tools could have provoked troubles between third party providers and the casino itself. But it seems it is not the case... Perhaps, because in the end, it is also convenient for those providers to have as many people as possible playing their gambling experiences, and have been only forced to apply regional restrictions due to local non-sense regulation laws.

I have a question for you, I'm just too curious, have you tried the VPN? and if so, you can browse only in the casino or also other sites, I'm simply curious because they explained to me that the VPN is like using protection.

The word "threatened" sounds quite harsh, I don't think users would really describe it that way. Casinos usually have systems to monitor player activity, so they can probably already see if many users are coming in or leaving.

My guess is they noticed that if the situation continues, they could lose more clients, so they made an initiative to recommend using a VPN just to keep access available for those users. That's only my speculation though, unless the casino itself confirms the real reason.

I am not getting your point here, Bitz supports VPN connection, they have one obviously but you now saying that people should make sure they are gambling from country they support is confusing.

Everyone that are from supported countries won't have any reasons to use VPN in the first place, it's always those who are restricted or from unsupported location will want to use VPN connection.

Am I wrong about this? Because I don't see any reasons to use VPN unless my location isn't supported, my advice is use casinos that supports your location, if it's not supporting your location better find another, to avoid stories later.

A gambling site may allow people from a country but the game provider may not allow the people from the country. VPN can help in that situation.

I am very sure that you have nothing to be worried about when using Bitz VPN, it is the same like you are using their gambling site directly because they will know the IP addresses of the internet service providers in the country that you are connecting from to access their gambling site. Bitz is one of the best gambling sites that I have seen recently. I do not say this because I am advertising for the gambling site but I said it because it is the truth.
