This could really be a glitch, but if they don't settle this properly it could damage the reputation of the company because people might start thinking that every time someone wins big, they can simply call it a glitch, meaning players can never really be sure if a big win will be honored.

I thought this was on bingoplus.com, but anyway, I don’t think there’s much difference between BingoPlus and ArenaPlus. I believe they’re managed by the same company anyway. I also saw this on our national news here in the Philippines.

It is shameful on ArenaPlus PH a betting company that presents itself as a reliable and respectable company, would refuse to award the jackpot to the winner, claiming that this was merely a technical glitch. Whether their claim is true or false this will damage their reputation.

They will need to review their systems better to make sure something like this doesn't happen again if it's actually a glitch. And if it is then you can't expect them to pay when they already know there was no actual winning, they are running a business, not a charity and while they know the risk involved for them as they will have to pay when someone wins they also have no reason to pay when someone doesn't, it will be regrettable that someone who given false hope only for that hope to be crushed, a compensation might be in order but it will be nothing compared to the glitch winning, if it's offered then the person should just take it and walk away.

All this cases always seem to be shady because providers of games usually claim there was a glitch when big wins happen, they never do it when someone happens to win just a handful of bucks.
In my opinion, glitches should not be taken as an excuse for providers not to pay their gamblers, after all, it is the responsibility of those providers to have their slots in perfect shape, so glitches do not happen.

Everyone will immediately assume that they’re trying to hide behind system glitch in order not to give this man his big win. This man is after fighting a big platform like that, I doubt if he’s going to win this case but fighting for his right is something he should not relent on, who knows they’ll even get charged more for lying if he wins the case.

I saw a video on Tiktok about this case, and it seems that her bet actually win on the casino as the casino offered here two times first at 1million pesos and she declined and another offer of P5million after a month still she declined it. I dont think you will offer something to any of your customer if you believed that the win was just a glitch.

As of now, when I read the comment on the tiktok of the winner she said no update yet except Pagcor stating that the claim was not valid and not in thr system log. Now she mentioned they will appeal this via Office of the President. Wonder if there will be a change.

I remember that case imagining trying to fight for your try, believing that you have all it takes, and the money belonging to you only to be offered little compensation for that total amount. either you accept it or face the chances of not getting anything at all from it and you still have to be paying some legal fees to the legal team which will help you pursue the case.

I just saw a news on social media that a user of ArenaPlus PH one of the Philippines newest and famous Sportsbetting gaming platform has denied a user of its winning amounting to P433million or approximately $6 million. The said user has asked for help with the NBI (National Bureau of Investigation) to claim their prize. He also seek guidance from a Lawyer and according to the news, shown a screenshot or evidence that he won but the platform customer service says its only a glitch.



But as per the Lawyer, its a binding agreement and the platform should pay the user as he win on the said game. Stating that the evidence has been documented well. Will he get his prize for this? What happened in the event that NBI found them guilty. I bet the user will gave a huge reward for the Lawyer who handle this if the prize got claimed.

Im using this platform for sports event and if this issue would not be resolve then many will doubt this platform authencity to their users.

Well I should hope that the user gets his prize. It’s awful to toy with people’s emotions like that. If it’s a flaw in their code I’m sure that the judge will rule in favor of the winner but maybe he will just get a smaller amount or something that is agreed upon in arbitration. Who knows. If I am not wrong, the Philippines were strict against gambling operators for a while they required a certain license to operate even an online casino in that country but I wonder what if all these are just influenced by the gambling companies inside the country making it harder for the global players to enter the market?

While the investigation clearly shows its glitch or system has no winner, it's time to adjust with the company, and the winner surely still has a good amount, so he needs to go ahead and enjoy this free money as well because things are pretty clear, the system surely can do tricks like this, which are surely not having a good end, but he needs to be cooperative.
