Considering that at least two similar cases have been mentioned in this thread where winners were denied their winnings with the same excuse, I wonder why people even use that casino anymore and hope for a big win? If I were the winner, I would hire a team of top lawyers and sue these bastards for a lot more than $6 million.

Cases like these, among other things, are why I support strict regulation of gambling and oversight agencies that keep a close eye on the industry. Historically, the gambling industry has provided far too many examples of its failure to regulate itself adequately. You just have to think about the ties the Mafia had with casinos in the U.S.

Recently they paid 100M pesos (roughly $1.6M) to the NBA MVP Bracket winners, this was suppose to be done since June but they posted it in September, I wonder why. This is hardly a glitch, I believe this is their daily bonus spin.  How can someone tell that it is a glitch when the arrow landed on the ultimate prize?  The player doesn't have access to their system to trigger the glitch.  Or whatever error on their end, it is not the player's fault.

Thats the thing. The platform is denying them their prize and purposely saying that theres a glitch happened during the time they play. Obviously they dont want to award the huge prize and blame it on the technical side.

The said user has asked for help with the NBI (National Bureau of Investigation) to claim their prize. He also seek guidance from a Lawyer and according to the news, shown a screenshot or evidence that he won but the platform customer service says its only a glitch.

But as per the Lawyer, its a binding agreement and the platform should pay the user as he win on the said game. Stating that the evidence has been documented well. Will he get his prize for this? What happened in the event that NBI found them guilty. I bet the user will gave a huge reward for the Lawyer who handle this if the prize got claimed.

Im using this platform for sports event and if this issue would not be resolve then many will doubt this platform authencity to their users.

It all comes down to the laws of the country and how well they are enforced. Having the right level of evidence is necessary, so it helps if you're a streamer and record everything. If the casino has acknowledged that you saw the screen that indicates a jackpot win then saying it is a glitch is simply not acceptable. The worst part about this is when the known gambling vloggers of the other gambling sites will try to use this issue to gain the trust of the customers that they have now. Definitely not a glitch. This casino intentionally luring players using that massive jackpot because they knew that the chance of hitting that is very small until it was hit now. They are offering that exaggerated jackpot prize for so many years IIRC.

This is not the first time an online casino does this. The first 1 is their sister company Bingoplus that do the same method and use the same excuse because they are confident that our regulators and court can be paid.
