The discussion about being employed and making a business has its pros and cons, which one will work for us should be sticked with.
Although there will be a time that we'll try to find something new if we feel stuck onto the trade we're at.

Yep , that's what I mean. Working for someone else and running your own business both come with their own pros and cons, there is more than one road to financial stability or getting rich. Same goes for people, we have all got our own skills and strengths.

Don't assume running a business is the only way to get rich just because social media is full of success stories. Boxing yourself in like that, you'll end up missing  the opportunities that actually suit you.

We owe ourselves the responsibility of recognizing that which will actually suits us, most people miss this only to be following the crowd and without direction and purpose, yes running a business or a particular specialization is never the only way to get rich or financial stability, by human experience what works for me might not work for you and that explains the fact that everyone must not actually go in to business, let's say every one can get in to business but not everyone can be successful.

Actually this question is a bit weird knowing that lot of people are looking for a diverse way of earning an income, whereby they would be looking for business to do in other to sustain themselves. But one question I keep asking is that “must everyone venture into business“?

It isn't a weird question, it is just a common question. Sure, people have varied ways to get money, so it isn't a must to involve in business. Only people who assume they have the skills in managing and developing business, they deserve to venture to business. Meanwhile people who assume they have lack of the skills, it is better to find out another way to get their income.

The reason why I draw this question was as a result of someone I knew too well that wasn’t able to maintain the business he owned. Every two years he kept jumping from business to another yet no results to show up about becoming successful through that business.

Besides the mentality reason, he may still not get the suitable business for him. It is important to analyze first which business that may be suitable for us before we start the business. So, we won't easily give up because we are happy with the business. Also, we must be ready with our mentality once we start a business because they must be too many challenges. Especially if we build the business from the scratch.

What contribution you would you give to someone like this?

Just give a proper advice to him if he is really your close person!
He needs advice and the support from the people closest to him. But he must realize that he must learn from the mistake he ever did. So, he also needs to evaluate his approach in building businesses previously.

Business isn't the only way to earn money cause people comes with different skills and interests. Some people are good at business while others can achieve successful in jobs or other works. If someone fails in business then they should find out their previous mistakes and should gather more knowledge and experience before restart the business.

As for diversifying resources, for normal employees. There's not that much for them to diversify except their own time and skills.
Other than that, they have to save first before they can diversify.

Let's agree that diversifying sources of income could help reduce dependence on a single resource. Most countries have monthly salary employees who can improve their financial stability by exploring different income resources. They already have some good options. For example, the stock market offers growth opportunities, in addition to crypto trading in the same field, which can also be profitable if done smartly. You can also do farming in rural areas. It is also rewarding.

So, as much as we can have other sources of income and invest it to appreciate its value, the better.

Businesses isn't for everyone, many people can practice businesses but not everyone will become successfull with business, the problem here is most people want to do what others are doing.

Many people don't like building their own skill from scratch, they prefer copying other people until they find out that it's not what they have in mind,

Smart people likes figuring something out for themselves, you need to detect your own talent first before you start anything, make sure you are good at one thing, become a specialist and your service will always be needed.

The truth is that every business requires some level of zealousness before you can scale through, and understanding the type of business you want to do is also very important for you to be able to be successful. People jump from one business to another because they have not really figured out the type of business they can do to become successful, they look at what other people are doing, and pick interest not considering what is involved in that business. Yes, It is not necessary that what leads to one person's success will also prove to be better and beneficial for another person.Therefore we should not think that if one person is successful we will also take the same path so perhaps we will achieve success.Doing business seems easy while in reality having money is not enough for a business. It is not enough to just go into business, unless a person can develop the personality to do business, then it will be difficult for him to do that business. As a business owner, a person need to have determination. There is no guarantee that he will get good results from that business after starting a business. If he moves to another business after doing it for some time, then it is not possible for him to do well in that business. There are many businessmen who were in that business with hard work and patience in the beginning, they later became successful in that business. It will be very difficult for questions like what the OP asked to have a short response without just summarizing it. Before if you asked me and even now I will answer with emotions because the state of the country today looking at the economic troubles and crisis we are faced with today, it is better to encourage every citizen out there to venture into business whether you are an aristocrat, a civil servant or other jobs people do which we ordinarily don’t expect them to venture into business but today if you look at it differently, you will realize this when we begin to make reference with people you think have generational wealth built. Everyone is free to try business, but not everyone is suited for it because long-term success doesn’t just depend on desire or capital. Achieving success in business requires mental resilience, risk management skills, discipline and patience to face losses or even repeated failures. Many people jump in just because they see others succeeding without understanding the pressure, time and sacrifices needed, so they easily give up halfway or even go bankrupt.

It’s the same with trading business is not for everyone. Those who are suited for business or trading usually have a good mindset, are willing to keep learning and don’t expect instant results. So if you don’t have this kind of mindset it’s better to look for other income sources that match your skills and abilities.

Not everyone will venture into doing business, also know that not everyone that is doing the business we eventually make success out of it, because the strategy and the effort will put into anything we do varies from each other, same also applies to our abilities, which is why the outcome everyone gets at different to each other, some we do business and flourish in it and song will definitely not go into doing business at all because this may not be their own calling.

To be successful in business, you need hard work as well as smart decisions and patience. No one can say when a business will be successful and at what time, but I think a business should be run for at least 5 years. If someone cannot be patient for this time and gives up that business and starts another business, they will never be successful in business because they do not have patience. If someone changes that business and starts a new business without finding out the reason for its failure, then he will never be successful in business. In business, you always have to learn from the previous mistakes and apply new strategies, only then is it possible to be successful.
