Must everyone venture into business?

Actually this question is a bit weird knowing that lot of people are looking for a diverse way of earning an income, whereby they would be looking for business to do in other to sustain themselves. But one question I keep asking is that “must everyone venture into business“?

The reason why I draw this question was as a result of someone I knew too well that wasn’t able to maintain the business he owned. Every two years he kept jumping from business to another yet no results to show up about becoming successful through that business.

Everyone is free to try business, but not everyone is suited for it because long-term success doesn’t just depend on desire or capital. Achieving success in business requires mental resilience, risk management skills, discipline and patience to face losses or even repeated failures. Many people jump in just because they see others succeeding without understanding the pressure, time and sacrifices needed, so they easily give up halfway or even go bankrupt.

It’s the same with trading business is not for everyone. Those who are suited for business or trading usually have a good mindset, are willing to keep learning and don’t expect instant results. So if you don’t have this kind of mindset it’s better to look for other income sources that match your skills and abilities.

The most important thing to succeed in business or trading is patience, hard work and consistency. It is never reasonable to jump on the success of others, rather, you should not see the success of others but rather see the difficulties, obstacles, and failures behind achieving others' success and learn from them and move forward with patience like them. Not only can you not see the success of others, because you are watching their success from above, but you do not see the difficulties behind achieving their success, and therefore do not expect to become rich overnight by watching someone's success.
Achieving success is not easy for anyone, you can start a business or trading with the hope of quick profit, but you will only see disappointment in every result. There are many obstacles, failures, and adversities in this place, and to survive in the midst of all that, it takes a lot of hard work and time, and therefore it is not possible to achieve anything quickly.

For someone who's busy making choices and jumping from one business to another, I think he needs to calm down. He needs to thoroughly think about his existence in the business space, he really need to take a step backward and observe his weaknesses, those areas he's finding vulnerability and also his strength. Business is not for everyone, so I wouldn't blame anyone who's not venturing into business and choose to side other hustle. The end goal is to be financial independent.

Yea, true, alot of persons have ventured in business because they saw a friend of thier who did or is doing a business and is making money from it, so in order not to be left behind, they venture into starting the same business and of course as we know the experience can never be the same for everyone and I can say that's exactly how alot of persons who probably no longer have interest in Crypto, thats how they were onboarded, with the mindset that as you invest small money, you can multiple it over small days, so of course once you start, especially now the chances of hitting X is small but I guess it is never 0

We should always venture into it to streamline our finances. A salaried job is good because it provides complete security, but a business is something we absolutely need, as long as it's our own. Hopefully, our education would have included business education or classes on how to start or develop businesses; perhaps we already have businesses.

Consider that now that we know so much about the challenges life presents, how difficult it is, knowing about business and having financial literacy is truly essential. We must take this to the level of seeking solvency and peace of mind.

First of all, I say that each person has different thoughts and mental preparation. A lot depends on the willpower of a person. This foundation of every person is created from childhood and depends on the surrounding circumstances. A person is more motivated to job because the business spirit was not awakened in him at the beginning and the surroundings have pushed him towards the job. When a child sees his father's business from a young age, he develops a mindset to do business and if his father is in a job or in a different profession, he is attracted to doing it.

Business is not for everyone because not everyone can withstand the pressure of business or many do not have access to capital. Some people prefer jobs by acquiring skills. Some may not even imagine working under others because they prefer to be independent.

If that person is not aware of the conditions that need to be met to be successful in business or is not patient, he will not be able to succeed in any business. I have a friend who has changed many businesses over time but has not been successful. One of the reasons for this is lack of patience. Even if you have a lot of capital, you cannot be successful if you are not patient.

The real problem is that people tend to delve into a business or investment simply because they saw how successful someone else is doing in those areas, but they fail to consider or try to understand what actually made it possible. In crypto, stuffs like this can make someone have unrealistic expectations you know, especially when people begin to mostly think about the possibility of growing their money rather than dealing with the potential risks involved. Most of the people who go in with this mindset only manage to succeed by luck, but like we know, luck isn’t a strategy we can rely on, especially when trying to build wealth.

Businesses isn't for everyone, many people can practice businesses but not everyone will become successfull with business, the problem here is most people want to do what others are doing.

Many people don't like building their own skill from scratch, they prefer copying other people until they find out that it's not what they have in mind,

Smart people likes figuring something out for themselves, you need to detect your own talent first before you start anything, make sure you are good at one thing, become a specialist and your service will always be needed.

A colleague of mine once said to me: "I enjoy following my boss's orders. It doesn't require any mental effort." At that moment, I realized that some people are simply not cut out to be entrepreneurs. They prefer to be like drones in a beehive—carrying out commands unquestioningly, without asking any unnecessary questions. Such people make up the majority of our world; that is a fact, and it is hard to argue with it.

If things were any different, the world around us would undergo a radical transformation. After all, someone has to be the one to perform the work assigned to them by others.

Many people wants to be "boss" and to achieve such statues they have to be business owners so that nobody can control them but a lot of them don't have what it takes to actually become business owners, they are mostly in a hurry to get started without making research about the type of business. If you fail to do your feasibility study and understand the terrain of the business that you have interest in then know your capability whether you have what it takes to sustain such a business it would mean planing to fail if you jump into what you know nothing about. If you know that you are not capable yet to be a business owner there is no need to start, give yourself time, meanwhile you can gain experience by working for experienced business people.

To be successful in business, you need hard work as well as smart decisions and patience. No one can say when a business will be successful and at what time, but I think a business should be run for at least 5 years. If someone cannot be patient for this time and gives up that business and starts another business, they will never be successful in business because they do not have patience. If someone changes that business and starts a new business without finding out the reason for its failure, then he will never be successful in business. In business, you always have to learn from the previous mistakes and apply new strategies, only then is it possible to be successful.

Of course, patience is necessary for success in any business venture, but patience alone does not assure success, even after working hard for five years.  Because maybe market demands change or the business strategy fails altogether, so instead of just going ahead with patience only, one needs to make appropriate changes. Like when customers stop visiting your shop, one cannot sit back and just wait for results after checking his products' price and marketing. Rather one must follow one basic rule which is never surrender yourself after facing difficulties in business rather stop doing things when they are not benefiting anymore. So patience along with proper decision making is the key element of success in business.
