New casinos don’t see the need creating a coin, other factors might be involve I guess they either use same funds for other features and growing the casino because by the look of things casino coins no longer get the hype like previous times.
Personally, I don’t mind about casino tokens, I know of a few casino tokens, but these coins have lost their value.
Though a lot of people are deviating to a more beneficial coin while the casino is still considered best I doubt if casino tokens will get a high recognition.

I don't think casinos that offer popular cryptos need their own tokens. Crypto casinos have taken over the place where you used to buy casino tokens for dollars. Having crypto means you can easily gamble at the casino or the casinos offer incentives to buy crypto.

This one the main reason they have lost their popularity and usefulness to many people is because their are varieties of options, that are useful outside the casino, unlike the casino coin that is only useful in the casino, but if these casino coin where as useful and can be spent on other crypto platforms, I guess it would not have suffered it current fate, but since their usefulness only ends in their casino, gamblers would rather choose a crypto that they can make use of when trying other things, than holding a token that will tie down your money with. I believe it's only part of the issue with utility. If a casino token offers discounts or rakeback or other benefits within the casino, but the player has little or no liquidity or ability to use the token outside the casino, then the player might not hold the casino token. That means that the same money can be transferred between exchanges, casinos and other services, whereas with BTC or stablecoins it's another story. If the gains to be gained from holding a casino coin are likely to be less than the opportunity cost of capital trapped in the casino, it will not be a desirable asset. Otherwise, why would a gambler take the extra risk?

Is something like that possible? I would actually be happier if holders of casino coins in a certain amount could also determine the VIP level of their casino account and receive some additional bonuses that are not offered to regular customers. For casinos that have coins, they should indeed think about offering better benefits to their coin holders. Perhaps the lack of attractive offers is what makes the development of casino coins uninteresting at the moment.

Why cant it be impossible? Long time ago when I used sportsbet.io for betting, they gave bet boosts. I dont remember if they were given for specific sport, or they were bonuses I could active, but I remember bet boost could increase odds for 0.1-0.2. I wasnt a VIP there.

Just make it like this: for each thousands casino-tokens you hold at casino balance, you get 0.01 bet boost. The more you have, the bigger is the boost, but there must be limits also, so that huge holder wont turn 1.01 into 3.00 At least with that, people would be interested in buying those tokens.

They are created because they are gambling sites, that is the first use case of the tokens. But on the gambling sites, people prefer to use stable coins and few other coins than using the gambling site token to gamble which make the tokens not not to have much value.

I wouldn’t say casino token are necessarily useless just because they don’t solve some major real world problem.
But I do agree that the main problem with most of these token is their very limited source of demand. As long as casino is growing quickly, attracting lot of new player, and increasing its volume, there can still be enough demand fof token.

Rollbit was actually pretty successful example in this regard. RLB got strong support from the growth of the casino itself and its buyback and burn mechanism.

For me, there first need to be clear and sustainable source of demand for the token, and only after that would I look at staking, token burn and all other mechanism.

In the past, casinos were very common and there were only a few games that everyone played, but now there are very advanced casinos and thousands of games have been created in it and people like them. And in all of them, the casino will have its own tokens, from which gamblers will also benefit and will get more benefits by withdrawing and investing. There are new tokens in the listing of these tokens, which we can also see like memecoin. There are many casinos in this form, in which there are more and more gambling dens, so we will see more things in the coming time and we will see some good things about it. It has been 5 years since this gambling has come to this form and if it remains popular on this form, it can become more advanced and we can list more tokens.

So far, the gambling tokens that seem to have a strong market are only Shuffle and Rollbit, aside from that, there aren't any online casinos with tokens as strong as theirs. Just as you have mentioned, these coins have no other use cases apart from just being there as speculative assets and being an alternative for gamblers to use for staking. Gambling is already too risky for a gambler to add a speculative asset like casino coins that can dump at any time to their portfolio. I guess gamblers now see it this way; that is why less attention is being paid to those coins. Personally, I am only interested in hodling bitcoin; I can't invest in any other coin.

It could have been an interesting idea, but instead we got shitcoins.
A casino has plenty of ways to attract investors. It could structure the token like stock, distribute it among players, and buy it back. These are just examples of how a casino could give its coin real value. But in the end, we still get shitcoins.
I wasn't ready to buy into it. Too silly as an investment, too strange for a gambler.

I feel like all gamblers who get casino coins for activities in casino, immediately gamble with them. I dont think there are many holders. Neither there are investors, because I havent found what casino offer and promise to those who purchase their casino coins despite staking program. For now, honestly, I'll just enjoy it if I decide to deposit money here at the crypto casino. As long as I only think about getting lucky while playing, this is all I think about when I'm inside

Casino coin are obviously alt coin, but alt coin are even better than them because they have more use cases than casino coin that is only useful in the said casino, because if they were like alt coin at least, people would be talking about them a bit, like most meme coin that has dropped in value. They died a natural death like NFT that made wave in the crypto industry few years ago, but as of today, nobody is even talking about them, that was the exact way casino coin went out of fashion in the crypto community.
