Upupup

Sorry, I was out for family matter since Friday and totally beaten up when I arrive home by Sunday. I inquired to the other side to match the puzzle, please wait a little until they get my nudge and we can sit together to talk and I can figure out what happened.

Another thing: I just received an email from them mentioning a supposed email from September 30th (which I never received) in which they allegedly warned me about my style of play. Why didn’t the VIP manager—whom I spoke with every single day on Telegram—ever mention this to me? Furthermore, why not give me another chance, considering I had lost thousands of dollars?

OK, so I have a sit with my contact. The warning should be sitting in your inbox, as I've witnessed it myself with my eyes that the issue was indeed there. I would ask for you to send me the screenshot of your inbox in "all messages" form, so that it'll show emails even the ones sent to spam, but I think it is very prone for manipulation of the said message being deleted before screenshot.

SO, I'll just inform you to look into your spam folder and everywhere else of the said email from them, as I can see it clearly from their side that they've sent it to you: a gentle reminder with no corrective action, before they jump to this matter.

So, they’re taking $16,000 from me based on an email I never received? Are you kidding me? What’s supposedly written in this email—what am I accused of doing? And why did my VIP account manager on Telegram stay silent? Can a Platinum-level client—who has lost thousands of dollars—just be cut off like this, via a single email? Why didn’t they take the precaution of verifying that I’d actually received it? They could have just suspended my account temporarily to see what happened... I’m sorry, but as far as I’m concerned, this is a blatant scam. They keep dancing around the subject of this email without ever clearly stating what I supposedly did wrong.

I’ve searched extensively for this email from September 30th, but I haven’t been able to find it anywhere. Even if they did send it, I’ve asked what exactly I supposedly violated—and why my VIP account manager didn’t notify me via Telegram, considering we’ve been in touch every single day.

My apology, I missed your post here about AG, CG and other entities. I am on a strict one mediation for each case policy. Since you've escalate to CG and AG and others, I will cease from handling your case, and since you raise on the other ADR, I will have to mark your case as resolved on CH too, because they're now in the hand of other ADR.

Honestly, I don't understand... Did they tell him the reason for my ban? That’s all I want to know.

I am asking for your help because I haven’t been able to sleep for 15 days; I am even thinking about taking extreme measures, as that was all the money I had. Please, help me.

that's evident they have a difference idea on what is a mediation / have a "resolution".

its somewhat unfair read such posts in bitcointalk - I hope there is no need for any measure, moreover something "extreme".
I would expect a kind of "positive resolution" - it would definetely opinable delete a full balance with the reason "we sent you an email that can't show the content"
if this "email" has not been received (or they can't show evidence to have sent at latest... Roll Eyes ) it's evident there is no trick from your side.
if you want show your betting history feel free to share or to send a message.

Honestly, I am truly disappointed by the whole situation—having all that money tied up without knowing why... I reached out to my VIP account manager on Telegram, but they never mentioned anything about this supposed email. I asked for an explanation as to what I had done wrong, but got nothing. I even apologized, promising not to repeat the mistake if only they would tell me what it was—still nothing. It’s been 15 days of hell; I can’t sleep at night—this is a significant amount of money for me. I am asking anyone who can help me in any way to please step forward.

As a gambler with bitcoin / crypto for many years I can understand your disappointment but I would expect some positive feedback or at least a confirmation on what was the real issue.
This would not change anything for now, anyway don't feel discouraged and ignore those bad feelings. I would continue to put more importance in yourself and not this issue.
A third part mediator would provide a first (and fair) insight on the case.
Being able to profit this amount with "classic" sportsbet seems a bit questionable (it would be profitable also in an exchange betting platform or p2p...) if you have devloped some strategy thats impressive profitable to be just " style of play " Roll Eyes ...

I had that amount in my account because I had deposited 20,000 dollars a week earlier and was actively playing. I only ever bet on "over 0.5 goals" at odds of around 1.2 during live play. I had lost over 10,000 dollars three days prior and had managed to recover some of it. Their conduct borders on fraud; they claim to have sent me an email on September 30th—which I never received (or perhaps it ended up in my spam folder, I’m not sure)—but the fact remains that I was in daily contact with a "VIP manager" whose only focus was pushing me to play more and make further deposits. Their behavior is indefensible and fraudulent; furthermore, the internet is full of reviews identical to mine. I don’t understand how a site with so many complaints can still be online. I’ve spent many sleepless nights, consumed by anxiety because of their fraudulent actions—sooner or later, someone will have to pay for this.

Just... as a parting words before I leave this thread for good and waited for CG or other ADR's verdict, and to give context to others, I've been sanctioned to publish this to clarify matters:

At the bottom right, there is an info that the email has been read. So the defense that OP didn't get the email is somewhat thwarted. Also, my contact provide me with another instance of communication between them and OP, that thwarted the possibility of the email landed on spam folder.

I take my leave, overseers can draw their own conclusion.

And OP, as a parting words, since I can no longer attend to your case and mediate, bitbollo seemed to have interest in your case, if I may judge from his second-to-last message where he prompt you to PM him with evidence. If I may advise, do try to get to him and see the extend of what he can do and/or his judgment capability for this matter.

No, I haven't interest in anything related any case. I am taking his complaint seriously.
I have just seen that this guy was extremely sad " thinking about taking extreme measures" ... You can read by yourself or maybe you skip this reply too.

Since I have already win around 13 prizes in a public competition related sportsgambling (reaching 2nd place as best tipster) and running a topic with betting suggestions for several years, I would be barely enough to provide some suggestion or verify if there is anything suspicious.

I am truly at a loss for words regarding how this site treats its players. I never saw that email, and I’d like to know how they can claim I read it—especially since their emails don’t even include read receipts. I’ve asked for the reason behind my ban, but no one will respond. I feel robbed, and I hope this discussion sheds light on what kind of site betpanda.io really is—they’ve taken $16,000 from me without any explanation. Why don’t they just publish this email so I can finally see what I’m supposedly guilty of? And who are they to seize everything? As far as I’m concerned, that "receipt" is fake; if it were real, why didn’t my VIP manager mention anything? In fact, they were actively encouraging me to deposit more funds and keep playing! Draw your own conclusions—I truly hope the moderators step in and shut this site down.

Thank you very much for your interest; I hope that everyone reads this conversation and draws their own conclusions about the site betpanda.io. Even if I had read the emails (which I didn’t), there is no indication of what I supposedly violated or how to rectify the error. I apologized, but they couldn’t care less—even though I don’t even know what I supposedly did wrong—and the fact remains that they have taken 16,000 dollars.

One final personal observation: is it right for a customer of three years—who has suffered significant financial losses—to have their funds stolen via an email that explains absolutely nothing? And what about the fact that my VIP account manager, with whom I was in daily contact, said nothing—other than urging me to play and make deposits? Furthermore, why was my account blocked just days after I deposited 20k? And why have they stopped responding altogether? Yet here we are, arguing over whether or not I read a simple email—and I’d love to know how they can be so sure it didn’t end up in my spam folder, given that my Android email client sends almost everything to spam and deletes it every 48 hours. I truly hope no one else makes the ill-advised decision to gamble at this casino.

@alano83
feel free to provide screenshots of your betting history/anything related - even if I am not a "mediator" between you or any other scam casino - I would tell honestly (and immediately) if there are issues on your betting style.

Pay attention.
Considering there are the same group of "bangla-indonesian" supporting/advocating their operations, I would not be suprised they have turned to some selective scam.

Once I get scammed by one of their advertised website they offer 100 USD for closing an accusation Wink meanwhile other users get scammed here in forum.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5595318.msg67195417#msg67195417 "case is resolved" but this was a confirmed scam! --> they would try to harass anyone and they think all users are ready to scam for a few bucks

As I have seen from your email you speak Italian. I would not add more but you can reach me in private.

I truly hope no one else makes the ill-advised decision to gamble at this casino

Not reading an email it's just a retard justification
Since I would not believe you have founded a way to defraud a bookmaker with odds 1.20 in a live game.
They have changed domain/property (from betpanda to betpandacasino) ?!? or somewhat like that.
Just to mention, in the past the same gambling site offers some games without a history of gameplay (hence you can't verify your spins in some games)...

Honestly, is there even a way to cheat a bookmaker? It’s impossible—the house always has the edge in any game, let alone in a live match... This is just a blatant excuse to block an account and avoid paying out. Besides, if that weren't the case, they would have specified exactly what I supposedly violated days ago, instead of just hiding behind the claim that I "didn't read" a certain email. Yet, it was perfectly fine for the VIP manager and the support chat agents to stay completely silent, right? I’ve sent you a private message. Thanks—and apologies for the rant, but this whole situation is really taking a toll on my mental state.

Does anyone have any advice for me? I’m at my wit’s end... I’ve had a complaint open with CasinoGuru for 5 days with no response, and it’s the same story with AskGamblers. Honestly, judging by past experience, I suspect both will turn out to be a complete dead end.

Hmm, from what I observe, they do doesn't attend CG and AG so much. Progress [and by "progress" I mean response] happened in CH and forum because I have direct contact to their compliance staff, one that CG or AG might doesn't have as they usually just inform that there is a case and encourage a response, instead of steadily nudging every now and then.

That said, from CH side, though I have to close due to escalation to other ADR, verdict will be as what they've allowed me to share to public: a warning email was sent and read as per the read receipt.

Do you think this is a fair verdict—seizing $16,000 via a single email? Why won’t they say what I supposedly violated? Why did my VIP manager on Telegram never mention anything? Why won’t they tell me what I actually did? I’ll tell you why: the moment you win a few dollars, they block your account, leaving you no right to appeal. They don’t even hold a valid license. And, by the way, do you think there’s actually a way to win at betting? No—there isn’t; it’s purely a matter of luck. I’m going to keep fighting this, in every forum possible, and sooner or later, I’ll find out who’s behind it. They’ll pay a very high price for all the sleepless nights I’m going through.

Unfortunately, they aren’t responding to anyone—neither AskGamblers nor CasinoGuru. They only mentioned this email to you, without providing any further details.
