Yea i cancelled it anyways to claim the freebet drop for UCL arsenal game. But it seems i had a 10$ bonus active from before (but 0 balance) and i activated this 5$ on top of that. I think due to that the 5$ balance never came to me. Not a big deal cheers

I can relate to this because I've had the same experience with a certain casino. I had a problem with my account and their agent requested for my email and password. I just sensed right away that something was off.  Even though I know they actually want to help out with the problem I'm having with my account I see no reason why they'll be asking for my details when they can easily reset things on their end. But I didn't feel comfortable sharing that info, even if I wanted to.

A casino is not meant to request for users email and password, although it depends on the situation you find yourself into because if it's pending transaction or pending withdraw a casino can only ask for your transaction ID or bet ID and phone number I'm speaking from experience. There was a time I was facing difficulty in making withdraw, all the withdrawal request for that very day keep showing pending then I had to reach out to the costumer service to make complaints regarding the issue then I was asked to provide my bet Id and my phone number, without  wasting much of the time I provide my bet ID and phone number before the next 5 minutes I received my money.

You cannot conclude that someone is a scammer using one side of the story. If you see where detailed information about the case is posted, draw my attention to that else bury that your idea of tagging people promoting them.

op replied to my message today he is telling me to provide the email with which I registered the account. email is my personal information why should I provide him with an email! I gave him my username is it not enough to give rewards? Username is a unique name that never matches any other user. Everyone's username is different. There they are asking for my email. So I am skipping the bonus. Because I am not satisfied with their activities. Lol

In your case probably they might be asking for your email address for verification, but I believe they should tell you why they need it.   I think it's better to be on the safer side, so if you're not comfortable giving out your personal information then I see no reason why you'll do that just because of $5 bonus.

But if there's nothing like that happen, then their support just asked that to examine if it match on their account. Then I don't see any problem with it.

For double verification, I have seen many casinos on this forum before that have asked for the forum username and the casino username or ID. In this case, asking for an email may seem odd, but I don't think there is much need for concern here because they are asking for the email address in PM and besides, we have already given them our email to sign up.

They are making a lot of excuses about the $5 2x wagering requirement. Although I have posted on this topic several times, I don't want to comment on it separately, but I want to say that I have not received this bonus yet even though I provided them with an email. They are giving some unnecessary bonuses like $15 20x wagering and these are only for playing slots games. And it is sure that no one can cash out this bonus by fulfilling such requirements. And I have not yet seen any clear evidence that they are scamming. However, their activity does not seem inconvenient at all. The op should definitely be active here since they are here to promote themselves. And every question should be answered correctly and clearly.
