Please fill their official form and also include the reason it's a scam, for example the following post which I found (and which is actually YOUR post) should be helpful for the site's admins.

Confirmed scam, promised crex24 for a month and didn't happen (I have proof), then deleted Discord server. This should be a valuable lesson for those too gullible to buy into their scheme: nothing but glamorous promises, no incentive to invest, barely comprehensible English.

I will like to recommend it to every member of the forum to make it part of the routine every quarter. It is informative and a lot of work had gone into it obviously. This time around there are more additions to it that covers theft and bitcoin cash fork. It will help make a better decision.

It starts with some very depressing graphs... everything's on the red! A great report overall!
The ICOs downfall is also interesting to see in a graph... and I'm glad they're failing, that way we'll get less scams and only projects with some serious proposals will run ICOs.

What I don't understand is the term "Pyramid-Scheme like applications" in the DAPP section. The only similar thing I know is called "Pyramid scams", is this what you mean? I don't know neither I can imagine what such an app would be like.
