If you ask me Monero or Darkcoin?

The winner will be Anoncoin Cheesy

Anoncoin has the best name and was the 1st to have native I2P support but that is about it. Their Zerocoin plans were never completed.

My vote goes to Monero or Boolberry. Darkcoin cryptography is not serious from an anonymity standpoint.

Exactly, that's why price dropped and unlike big established coins, there is extreme upward potencial

Can Dash go 100x up now? I highly doubt it.
The fun part is ANC development is still on Cheesy

Anoncoin already has testnet i2pd integration. Moneroe is at the least months behind in that regard. But your right,  ZC delays suck ass through a stirring straw

ZeroCoin/ZeroCash is still vaporware. CryptoNote is based on solid Cryptography and is the best option today. Plans to strengthen it further with the addition of Confidential Transactions are being researched.
https://www.reddit.com/r/Monero/comments/3pw30d/ringct_for_monero_updated_versions/

Most of the coins in the poll do not have anonymity on the protocol level. CoinJoin related mixing techniques are not true solutions.

Very true even after looking deep into the source code and what elliptic curves monero is based on as well as ring signatures etc.

Essentially many of them are practicing "privacy theatre" much like politicians practice "political theatre".

How many of the coins in the poll is still around?

2 years ago, my vote went to Anoncoin. And I would wote the same today.

Dash, instamined scam, and that will not change.

Monero, not good enough tech.

The rest, garbage or daydreams.

"Not good enough"?

How so? Be specific please

I choose Monero, because the terrorists will never use Dash:

I think you missed STPT. I participated in a campaign called Micro Token Offering (MTO) presented by STP and win $500 worth Thunder Token with only $20 input recently. This campaign is very interesting and I want to introduce this campaign to you.

MTO participants have a chance to buy high-quality project tokens with a 50% discount. Compared to IEO, MTO is more frequent and low cost. Every week a new project will be initiated and the minimum participation cost is as low as $2.

While IEO participants will take the risk of losing money, MTO secures the profit for participants because the rewards are US dollar-based. The winning chance of MTO is as high as over 40%, with more than 500 winners announced every week. Now they are holding the 4th MTO with Aergo, I think you can also try to win some lotteries. Honestly no one knows for sure which coin will succeed in the long run, we can just assume based on the development progress. A coin with a project having great development will likely succeed. From your list, the only coin I've done research on and think it's a good privacy coin is Monero, others I'm yet to research on and some I'm seeing their names for the first time.

I think BCN will succeed. BCN success was also caused by the success of the new  project Bcnex (BCNX). Of course, with the exchanges they developed, BCN coin transactions will increase. In my opinion, BCNX is part of BCN.

It is funny you darkcoin or DASH have 208 votes or 25% of all, while things like this happens: https://old.reddit.com/r/Monero/comments/dl0egn/blockchain_analytics_company_scorechain_now/

This only shows how much lies their team were feeding us over last 5 years. And they still do.
