 Dear John, We are absolutely enthusiastic about having our site translated into Chinese. However, we need someone to do this! We have .po files that can be edited with a simple program called Poedit (available for free).
We would be able to give a 75% fee discount to any Chinese translator/group of translators and would be very great if you could help us find someone to do this.

perhaps Chris (PND-Chinese) or others in the Chinese qq group QQ Group QQ群：255237866 would be interested, seems like a nice international exchange
and they already have added our Pandacoin (PND)

So Pandacoin has no premine and no IPO. Other Proof of Stake (PoS) coins such as Blackcoin and Cinnicoin can say that too.
But there is one thing that the other coins can't say.. Pandacoin has 3 months Proof of Work distribution phase which lasted from Feb 16, 2014 to May 21, 2014 . That is a total of 94 days!
Blackcoin has a total of 7 days mining phase. Cinnicoin has a total of 3 days mining phase.
Those coins can say it's not 'premine' but with such as short mining phase it might as well be premine.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to May 21 when PND switched over to PoS. In the meatime, I'll continue stocking up and mining PND.

This x100. Pandacoin PND is going to stand out among all the other POS coins JUST because of this single factor. Not to mention all the other reasons why we're awesome

I have high expectations for PND, and for good reasons too. I support the notion that this could be THE gateway coin to reach the general population, as stated by the devs in their vision statement. It can be doge 2.0 without the meme or incompetent deoge devs that do not want to keep up with the new alt coin tech and can actually be taken seriously by the public, either start off in China or even via the internet. I for one, like where this is going!

You forgot that it's already on a tier 1 exchange - mintpal for both btc/and ltc markets. So...

Also only coin with a territorial theme with a higher chance of adoption twards the East. PND actually has a growing chinese community -

You cant really tell... there might be a run on PND before POW ends... or a huge dump... you never know...

though the multipool is already active and buying from the market... so eventually all the "dumpers" are gone and the price could only go up. (depending on the will of the bagholders btw lol, they could still dump any time then)

The amount of coins you keep in your OWN wallet... (not exchange) will grow through the POS system... Youll get interest on your coins so too speak 

So if youre bagholding youll earn coin through POS, and if you mine through the multipool... they will mine the most "profitable" coin at that moment, sell that coin on the market, and buying PND back for it... and paying you...

So if youre both staking(minting) and mining on the multipool... its double fun

Proof of Stake Wallet version 2.0.0 is now available! Update your wallet to prepare for the PoS rollout!

Wallet version 2.0.0 is now available on https://github.com/pandacoin-official/pandacoin and as binary.

A few things to consider before updating:

1. You NEED to back up your wallet.dat. The software will automatically do a copy but it's better to be sure.
2. The wallet will take around 10 minutes reindexing so please be patient.
3. The wallet might crash and give an error after importing (Windows 7 has been tested successfully). This is okay - just start the wallet again and you should be good to go.
