You can see that in our source code on github. Look at main.cpp and search for 444444. It will be mostly 500 until block 2000. It will get lower later on when gpu etc. are estimated to jump in to save value for early adopters. 12.5 is the current auto donation (2.5 %) so everything looks good atm beside of that little fork from the start.

No, I just announced the pool too early. Solo mining with wallet works. My standalone cpuminer also works.
