Difficulty 4.4 on CPU mining?
I really doubt there are 700 core i5 mining this... someone already has GPUs on this, I'm guessing devs had the GPU miner ready before release.
+1

+1 I would be surprised if there wasn't a GPU miner. X13 is just another sphlib mashup. Someone already posted in the sph-sgminer thread so a GPU miner should be out publicly soon.

i've started a test pool: with dstorms cpu miner: https://bitbucket.org/dstorm/cpuminer-x13and the dev's python module. it *should* work but we really only know if we found the first block, please do not throw everything you have in the pool, it might not work: https://maru.suprnova.ccI'll work on it, but this is all new, new algo, new code .. so stay safe and mine with the wallet while throwing your extra hashes in the pool. thx UPDATE: I've changed a few settings, Pool should work now, please try again.

Added the P2pool and the cpuminer to the OP, thanks for the good work, hope we will have a regular Pool up soon.
We're already in contact with exchanges, stay tuned.

I think it works now, but we won't know sure sure until a block has been found. Please help me test. maru.altmine.netedit: found a block and payout received in wallet!!! Need windows binaries for your x13 fork, cpuminer 2.3.3 doesn't support x13 Sorry, I don't have windows or know how to cross-compile. I'm sure someone will upload binaries soon. This was a pain to compile. Probable die to the fact that this is my second time compiling anything. I have created a .BAT file for use with the suprnova pool - don't forget to create workers and edit this file. Windows 32-bit binary : https://mega.co.nz/#!48wSxLCB!FgAmJ-i6ORrs2IgcIMQ_ZMHCSBXJs__uX4G0gC2zfgk Perfect. Working fine.

Does the x64 cpu miner work with solo mining ?
Also, performances seems pretty low : 4 times lower than X11 (i know it has two additionnal algos but..)

Not sure, but you can try to point it at your wallet by using something like: minerd -a x13 -u rpcuser -p rpcpassword -u http://127.0.0.1:7745Performance for CPU miners is ok, but can surely be optimized a bit, we expect more benefit from/with GPU miners.
