Newbie gets — 1 part
Jr. Member — 2 parts
Member — 2.5 parts
Full Member — 3 parts
Sr. Member — 3.5 parts
Hero Member — 4 parts

So if 2000 newbies, 1000 jr. members, 1000 members, 1000 full members, 500 sr. members and 500 hero members claimed coins they'll receive:
Newbie — 2250 coins
Jr. Member — 4500 coins
Member — 5625 coins
Full Member    — 6750 coins
Sr. Member — 7875 coins
Hero Member — 9000 coins

Sounds reasonable. There's no way to determine amounts before you know number of users. The other way you can do "first come - first serve", but slowpokes won't be very happy
