first, why we need a coin to chat? So many communication tool
second, any giveaway plan?

1. Talkcoin is the first true decentralized chat.

There is BiTorrentChat but it's still in an alpha version and it will be never integrated into a cryptocurrency.

2. No giveaway right now because all bounties are not paid yet. I need to paid them first.

It would make a lot more sense. TalkCoin sounds like someone non-English speaking would say. Talk & Coin don't go together, sorry...
On internet you don't really say that you are "talking", you use the word chat. Also, dev is presenting this coin as the First chat coin, so why not just skip the extra step of explanation and tell people straight what we are about...

I claim to be a marketing strategist so I like to be careful with stuff like that...
Imagine people opening up coinmarketcap.com in a month time. You have two new entries - TalkCoin & ChatCoin , which one would in the best way tell people about the greatness of this coin? I vote for ChatCoin.

If you can whisper, to build a different group chat is even better. A good motivation to get people to use the chat more would be to add a function that let's people make a new address and label it, and your name will be your label when you chat and people can see your address in chat somehow and send you coins if they want.
