This block reward vote is open only every 82 hours for a few hours or how is this exactly working?
Sorry i missed the voting part and now it will available in 81 hours again.
So how it is exactly working?

Voting takes place twice per week, durring about 2 hours.

The power consumption mining with GPU this algo is lower than X11!

 Smiley Smiley Smiley

+1

i would say easy 20% lower than darkcoin kernel, i have comapared the rotation speed of the wheel in my old electricity supply and i can guarantee this is lower, we need someone to test for have the exact diff.

Will be nice also if we can have this information from the team they should know that ..
i am also waiting for a blockexplorer, it will be welcome because i am mining with my 70 MH/s on http://tac.nonce-pool.com and the Net Hashrate is 700 MH/s <----- is that correct Huh it means that i have 10% of the NET hashrate ... i think its to much ... ?

There are 5 hashes and not 11 different hashes. NIST selectioned the best algorithms for their performance and also their low power consumption, other algorithms were eliminated from the SHA3 competition.

I see several problems with this coin. Take this as constructive criticism.

a) the lack of chat rooms, e.g. to separate different languages and topics

b) what's preventing me from setting up 1000 wallets, distributing the mined coins to all wallets and spamming the whole room with advertising from each individual wallet? How would you ban that?

c) lack of private messages

d) newest messages appear on top - why isn't the design more like any other instant messaging or chat app ?

All these features will be in the next wallet, but it still requires a lot of work until it is ready.

Good question. I wonder that too. Cool coin with new concept. But with a block from 25 TAC, 1 TAC per 1 message is too expensive, IMHO.

It is deffinitely expensive but at least stops trolls. The tac is sent to a bounty wallet

Those same 5 cards mining HVC burn 270 watts, So I'm saving 50 watts over HVC. CCminer doesn't do X11 yet so I can't compare to that.
