Mybitcoin 2.0? My thought EXACTLY... "BurtWagner" +1'd it ... From the FAQ: "Is the account anonymous ? Yes we do not need your real name, a fake email will suffice, and a username. Our server is also in a secure location." There are more elegant ways of saying that. This is non-professional. "AS LONG AS WE GOTS YO BITCOINZ WE COO!" EDIT: even the logo looks eerily similar to the intro graphic wagner uses for his hit youtube show, the Bitcoin Show. I'm staying away from this.

Deposited 1BTC I don't understand how could I earn 0.0207 and have 1.0283 instead of 1.0207 because its probably a scam and they can choose to pay out erratically or keep all your money at their leisure.

Us people who put in 1 BTC or 2 that we are willing to lose is exactly why scams like this work in the first place But whatever, I plan to withdraw early.

I'm sure all the users do.

Post screenshots if you have them. Roughly 365 times the return rate of your standard savings account. Even if the creator of bitscalper found some magical algorithm that never fails... diminishing marginal returns will set in; there's some fixed maximum a system like this could achieve before it has completely exploited these "market inefficiencies". no? also this must clearly be a scam anyway...

Well, this could be Bernie Madoff running his operation from his prison Internet connection. It would explain why... We choosen (SIC!) to protect our identity because in our Country Bitcoin-related business is considered a banking-like activity, and it's regulated. We do not hold any legal license to operate, hence our choice. He obviously can't set up business with dollars anymore, and Bitcoin makes the perfect choice. The similarities are striking. And to the decent, honest posters above: Everybody likes ponzi schemes. Until they get burned.

Unless market inefficiencies are far greater than the scalping resources. But yeah, I had the same thought.

I think the knee jerk reaction would be when withdrawals start to approach the numbers of new subscribers.

If this were to work, why the heck would they not trade with their own money? If the method is really that good, wouldn't their returns pile up, exponentially depleting whatever opportunities they try to exploit?
Smells very fishy.
Unless they have small/no capital. Then they rely on other's withdraw fee for returns to pile up ? Let's say they were very poor and had only 10 BTC capital of their own. With a 5% daily return though after 4 months they would have 3500 BTC and after 8 months they would have 1.2 million BTC. Clearly, the smarter strategy would be to just use their own funds and let the returns pile up.

Buying /selling that amount to make a few percent is possible in this crazy market. If/when they have 10,000 or 50,000 it will be very hard to do the same because of the size of the market.

Probably one would just skim off the top all the time and run when there's no longer enough money for payouts to members.

Registered and deposited yesterday. Not exactly the 5% they promised, but it seems that it works. I'll leave that running for some time and then try if they let me actually withdraw all this .

I seem to be defending these guys all the time , but please stick to the facts... they never promised anything to anybody let alone 5% a day. They did say this: " When the right opportunities windows are open, Bitscalper is able to generate as much as 5% daily with very small and easily accountable risks." To me that reads as sometimes they can get up to 5% and sometimes less( and maybe sometimes none or even a loss)

Hey, I'm not bashing them for not keeping up the promise, half coin from 25 coins in one day (2%/day) is still nice. This means I could get 100% from my account in just over 30 days. This is very risky though, so I won't be advertising them to my friends, but for the sake of experiment I'll keep my BTC there and report to you guys from time to time.

Has anyone successfully made a withdrawal?
That's the most immediately important question.

Bitcoin Fact: the price of bitcoin will not be greater than $70k for more than 25 consecutive days at any point in the rest of recorded human history.
