Correct me, but aren´t the makers of bitscalper from Germany?

www.Bitcoin-Tools.de - Price Alert & Calculator [OUTDATED!]
A little tool to keep you informed or wake you up, if Mt.Gox reaches a defined price level and a calculator to convert  BTC or USD based on live Prices. It´s not working any more, because of Mt.Gox... but it was fun to code that time... keeping this link just for reminding... Thanks to everyone for donations done that time!

Completely mixed up. He claims to be Italian but hosted through KalyHost in Germany.

That´s intresting, because I am going to inform German Police about this Scam. I guess this will not bring a single Bitcoin back to those people who spend some, but anyway he will not be able to do more business this way.

Snitchin?  Everyone knew it was risky sending bitcoins to an anonymous person.  I believe Bitscalper should have disclosed more of the risks involved but snitching to the police is a bit overboard.  If you lost money consider it a stupid tax.

Contact Kalyhost (same owners as MtGox) I am sure they don't want a scammer on their VPS.  Go to the meta boards and have BitScalper labeled a scammer.

We are just checking that everything is in order, funds appear safe. We had hundreds of hack attempts those last days and we need to make sure there was no security breach at all and remove the bogus requests before filling withdrawals.

@bitscalper: Ok, you had the time to check everything and remove the bogus requests. What exactly is now your plan, especially with the still open payout requests. If this is not just fraud, you have to proof it by making the payments, and if you are still not sure that there are no bogus requests anymore you should have a detailed plan with deadlines and communicate it fully to all users. Payment requests starting from 9 Febrary are sill unpaid.

Have I missed any news on the payments being processed at some point or has bitscalper ran off again after the threat of police involvement a few posts up...

I only have 5 or so coins i've "lost" potentially but I do feel sorry for some people who have withdrawals outstanding for 100+ BTCs...
Hopefully we will all be proven wrong and see some movement in the near future.

I don't think you have missed anything.  I try to log in every day and withdraw.  Either I get a server error after the login page, or my withdraw request never gets processed.

Don't say I didn't tell you.. and warn you.. and make a thread about communications with OP...and his interest in working directly with me...and basically outlined in every way, shape and form why what he is doing is dangerous for everyone...

Absolutely shocking: this guy (terrytibbs) claims to be responsible for bitscalper and offering refunds.  This appears legit.

Not sure if serious.

(IIRC from what I read) TerryTibbs sold Spotify accounts which he bought from someone else. The accounts he bought were all banned. Instead of refunding clients, TT bought more accounts and issued the new accounts to everyone whose account was banned. That second batch of new accounts was then banned, and TT thought purchasing new accounts to replace the old banned ones for free was enough on his part (even though the replacement accounts he gave for free were again eventually banned). Admins/Mods of this forum disagreed, and gave him the scammer label. He's now issuing partial refunds to everyone who bought a Spotify account through him, and it appears the admin/mods thought this was enough to remove the scammer tag from his account.

He was trolling in response to the Bitscalper question.

Don't be a tard. That was a joke.

That was unclear to me. I was having trouble figuring out how TerryTibbs lost his scammer tag by refunding something else.
On the bright side, this means bitscalper might be legit.  For some reason, I don't want to send it any coins though!

EDIT: To clarify, bitscalper needs more security and redundancy, even if it really does arbitrage / scalping on real markets it has a long way to go to get a stable platform that can withstand attacks.
