If you are not willing to go feds you are unfortunately better of eating your losses and moving on, born and bread nyer here. Not saying it's right its just a risk reward situation , tough call for some , this is coming from so called dick Tracy(jaybird) . And I am the same person that posted all the ip addresses , now that name is out there if anyone is going to act they best act quick , personally I'm moving on as much as it burns me, for personal reasons I can't go down that road nor want too for 15k, shifty world we live in. Now 3 people have a clue.

He shredded me not knowing a damn thing about me , but listen to the guy , I believe me and him are on same page and he is just trying to stop you from going down a road you don't want too, unless you are willing to go to feds or anonymous press . Attorney route will work but the end result still won't make you happy, obviously only one i would say its worth the risk is katz, and everything he needs here in this forum to proceed.. But one Cicada hunt per year is enough for me.
