For the curious, still poking away, but here's the one I did for MaxCoin in the mean time:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=438150.msg6612369#msg6612369
( Please, please, please don't quote that full post it here - they're pretty big posts and not actually related to MNR!  Oh and if anybody wanted to make an interactive website using the same setup - have at it! )

I like the look of this one better then the one you did for HVC!

Why would we want to make an interactive website with this info?  That's what we keep you around for. Shocked

Carlo

PS Another very nice package you put together.

It's a bit more polished Wink  I do miss the HVC vote charts, though.. I never get to use Bubble charts Wink

I know you're kidding, but..
1. Realtime info, baby! (I don't know, apparently 'baby' is a thing)
2. More details.. zoom in, zoom out, hover over to get values, all that jazz.

Oh, internet.

I could probably throw something like that together TheRealSteve but it would be at the bottom of my ever growing list of stuff to do. Smiley

Would you consider maybe sharing what you have now to get get a head start on something like this?

You know, I still have to actually check the MNR bits?  Lips sealed
But sure - it's all just CSV data, parsed from either JSON API responses or yoinking the HTML.  There's a few that can give grief (oh hi, CloudFlare DDoS protection / login required but we only check cookies).  All the other bits are pretty useless once porting to an online graphing module Cheesy

yea, cloudflare sucks for that if you aren't working inside a browser.

What language are you using to scrape with?

Hi again,

If anyone care, else just ignore Tongue. Just tested the MH with different diff, it didn't improve as much as I was expecting but anyway here are the results using I 9 and work size 64 I tested using 2 280x.

diffHashrate MH
0.0336
0.339
3.041
9.041

Cheers

666 blocks before reward drops from 75 => 50

=> 1332 minutes => 22.2 hours

get that 50% extra reward before it's too late Smiley

How did you do that?  Were you solo mining?

At 0.2 difficulty the miner spends on post-HEFTY hashes so little time it can be neglected. At the same time, this value is safe to stay under network difficulty until at least one GPU miner remains on the network. This is why it was chosen for the pool.

No, manually edited the miner to fake the diff for the benchmark.

Yes but my point was that solo mining is more efficient that using a pool, I still don't know if it can be done with your miner, I tried to use it but now testing more I noticed the function hefty_prepare_work on line 169 of heavy.c:

Code:
applog(LOG_DEBUG, "Hefty masks for %f, tbits %d: sha 0x%08x, keccak 0x%08x, groestl 0x%08x, blake 0x%08x", work->sdiff, tbits, work->blk.sha_mask, work->blk.keccak_mask, work->blk.groestl_mask, work->blk.blake_mask);

always show work->sdiff as 0.0 when solo mining, why ?

Anyway using your pool for now  during the weekend I will dig deeper.

Cheers!.

Edit: I am a noob in mining and crypto in general, but has been very fun until now, please correct me if I say or if I do something stupid Cheesy.
